Excellent store. Easy to order online and super nice and friendly staff.

Store was clean and employees were wearing masks, which I appreciated. I was greeted promptly and the employee guided me to the paint. I was hoping for a little more guidance and advice but we did find some paint for me. I couldnt get all the paint I needed though and that was a disappointment that I had to go to another store to finish my purchases.

First time in this store. A young man named Greg helped me and was very knowledgeable on there products and color matched some paint for me. I will definitely return to this store in the future, hopefully Greg will be on hand to help me.

Very knowledgeable, well trained associates. They took the time to answer my questions about the different types of paint I should purchase for a remodel. After I checked out, the associated took all of my paint to my car and kindly loaded it for me.

Horrible customer service! Nothing but mean mugs and shoulder shrugs from the second I walked in the door! You would think that for spending $1,000 dollars that you would not be bad mouthed and treated like scum on their shoes! Shawn was mouthing me as soon as I stepped in the door and his lady manager laughed as he was badmouthing me! I will never step foot in that store again!

Unlimited choices and options for color and quality. Customer service personnel extremely helpful and attentive. Turner at the Liberty, Missouri location did an outstanding job. He really took time to listen to our needs and offered the best ideas and solutions.

The guys in the store were extremely helpful both times I was there. Gave me some tips on how to guesstimate my paint color, and when I was off they matched the color exactly with a sample. Both of them were really friendly too.

Ive used Sherwin-Williams paint for every room in my four-bedroom, three-bathroom house, and 99 percent of the time, Ive had excellent results. The one time I was unhappy with how the paint performed (but loved the color), the Sherwin-Williams sales associates worked with me to find a solution, ensuring I left happy and got exactly what I needed. That type of customer service is why Ill be a Sherwin-Williams customer for life!

Staff was very nice. They told me which color would come out, like pink,green, grey.

All staff has been extremely helpful and on my 3rd visit the gal gave me a sample packet of colors which was wonderful.

Just a great store, very helpful a friendly

I came and ordered my gallon of paint. The young lady said it would be a little bit andthey would call me when it was ready. (No problem). A young man waited on me when I picked it up. I paid for it with my debit cardori and then asked that it be entered into the system. He said the lady had already done that. I said not possible. He said yes, looked it up and gave me my name but with a different address than mine. He said it was OK to be under her name/address. I said no I wanted it under my address. He then issued me a refund and then redid the transaction putting it under my name/address. When I got home I noticed the refund had not gone through. I called the store. The man who waited me said it would be a few days for the refund to go through. when I protested he basically siad it was my fault because he told me it would be fine to leave it under the other persons name. He was very rude and arrogant and acted like I was an idiot.
