Over-the-top customer service!I hate the whole car buying experience! But these guys make it painless.I found a small maintenance issue the dealer never would have known about 2 weeks after buying the car. My sales agent was Eric and we were 3 hours away and he was able to ensure that the QX60 was outside and ready. Also in tandem he worked with the finance manager to get me my great rate, trade in value, and paper work ready to be signed, should I like the car and the deal. Both he and the car did not disappoint and all the initial prep saved me a lot of time when it came to sign the paper work and get back home. Lastly the finance manager took time to show how to save interest and was very detailed and knows his job well.In short I would not only recommend Eric but this entire dealership. My other visits to Infinity dealerships were your normal run of the mill sales guys and I promptly left. Again if you want to be treated right this is the place regardless of your location.
Jason Nichols has been helping us with the sale of a new QX60 -- WOW -- I will never want to work with anyone else or another dealership as long as I live. The absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. Service advisors have limited if any knowledge of the vehicles they service. When asked a simple question about a potential minor warranty repair I was told by the advisor he did not know and couldn’t ask a technician because they are a “union shop” and he would have to charge me for the answer. On a previous visit, they were unable to diagnose a simple issue with my 2019 Qx60. I brought it to another shop and the fixed it right away. The only reason I went there again is because it’s the nearest dealer for warranty repairs. I would now gladly drive 100 miles to not have to use Gregory. They are horrendous!
My vehicle was at Service for almost 6 weeks. The end result terrible customer service. Throughout six weeks of my car being there I was in contact with an employee who deals with warranty companies he did fight with my warranty company very well and got them to cover. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up the estimate total had changed. The paperwork did not add up to the dollar amount difference and no one was able to explain to me the dollar amount difference. I went on Monday to pick it up and spent almost an hour and a half trying to calculate the numbers nothing made sense no one could explain to me what was happening. I got a call on Tuesday from the employee who handled the warranty company and said it was the end of the month and the ticket needed to be closed. When I want on Thursday to go pick up my truck I spoke to the service manager he started off by saying because I caused a scene the other day the price is now $500 more which added up to almost $1000 difference from the original quoted price. The rudeness having the service manager yell at me only to find out that he couldn’t add up the numbers that the numbers didn’t make sense and he couldn’t give me an explanation as to the difference I was so infuriated with the customer service, or lack of respect they had for their customer.
Bought a car from them and it was the best car buying experience Ive had.I took a test drive with Frank and he answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. They never pushed or pressured me to buy or make a decision. They were able to accommodate my schedule and set me up with a test drive even though I would have been there after they closed. Nothing but good things to say.

Spectacular dealership. Leased 3 years ago with Joey and bought out the lease today with Steve. Joey had the best price anywhere and unlike other dealers where the salespeople couldn’t explain how they arrived at the monthly payment from the agreed purchase price and money factor, Joey’s math checked out and was transparent and what you’d expect given the parameters we agreed on. Steve went way out of his way to score us the best deal on financing and make the process extremely short and sweet by taking care of 90% of the work by phone. Cannot say enough about how nice Steve was in his approach and how hard he worked for my benefit. These guys value the customer’s time and mind the customer’s interests with money. Great experience on both engagements.
Service department is amazing here. The day cashier at the desk is very professional and knows her job very well. I also experienced seeing the manager of the office have not a friendly attitude towards customers and employees working there. The owner Gregory well what words can I say about him. He literally asked one of his employees to clean off the bottom of his shoe. I along with family and friends will never buy a car from this place again. I would give the service department and the day cashier 5 stars.

Considering the current automobile market (semi-conductor shortage) situation, the purchasing experience at Gregory was excellent.Hats off to Betsy (Online Sales), who honestly answered our initial questions regarding the fees associated with the total price of the car and this gave us a reason to drive 45 minutes to Libertyville.Jason Nichols (Sales) did an outstanding job answering our questions, concerns and he never hassled us for the 3 cars we examined which led to a successful sale.The gentleman who took care of the documentation receives 5 stars too. It was Saturday night, the dealership was technically closed and he blitzed through the paperwork without a mistake.One suggestion, leave the Service Protection and Security (Etchy?) as an option. There are owners who take care of their automobiles and select cars that will most likely not be stolen.Thank you!

Advertised a Qx80 that was not available for purchase. Five days later when it became available, they changed the price because market conditions supported it; even after sending me emails with the lower price. I paid cash for the car and still it took over 3 hours to complete the transaction, this was because of computer and printer issues. The finance manager seems to have anger issues, yelling at the staff in front of customers. Very bad experience all around.
I went on the dealership on 8/24 and met Jason. The service started off slow at first because they were short staffed. I then met Steve who is the finance Manager, they both were Great!!! I already had my own financing through NFCU BUT Steve reassured that he could beat my current rates and he sure did !!! First off I pulled into this dealership and looked around and not one person came out to greet me so I went in 😏then told immediately I need 9000 down on a $29,000 Suv and get this the price is non negotiable(WHAT) took forever for him to bring the Suv and not the one I asked for😣not good business and definently not good warm welcoming customer service.I feel like this guy told us anything didnt seem to want to be bothered
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Test drive one vehicle with several dangerous and expensive issues. Lied and said they “fixed” it. Car still had issues. Ended up buying another vehicle and messed up our paperwork twice and only received registration after 2 weeks and 3 phone calls. It was a simple email. Lied about ordering a second key for us with purchase and would not honor deal even after several calls. 1/10 experience with this poorly run business.

If I could give them zero stars I would - Absolute worst company. I traded in my leased 2017 Jeep Wrangler and purchased a new car w. cash @ Gregory Infinity on January 16th. It took 35 days and several phone calls and complaints to receive the title to my new car. And it arrived without a signature! The lady told me to just “sign her name for her”. Additionally, they waited a week to cut the check to my lease holder, failed to reference my account number (or any identifying info on the check) and also failed to include the odometer and damage disclosures. Which means that 35+ days later my lease remains open, I’m still getting charged, and have even incurred late fees! When I’ve tried to get in touch with anyone at the office, no one picks up or returns any phone calls. Even the bank has been unsuccessful in receiving a callback to resolve the lease. Hands down worst company, worst customer service. Nightmare start to finish.
Scheduled time to take a look at a Volvo XC60 they had and ended up driving it off the lot. Super straightforward experience/process which, in this case, Id consider a major plus. Worked out the details Eric Devoe, who was upfront and helpful every step of the way to getting things finalized.
Do not use this dealership! Customer service is legitimately the worse I have seen - go ANYWHERE else. They also have no idea on their pricing on maintenance and just make things up as they go - good luck asking for an accurate receipt that is itemized correctly - I tried - what a joke. They tried to overcharge me nearly 400 dollars for minor work (oil change, tire rotation) and forgot to include the Infiniti specials in all the pricing until I had to “remind” them a third time despite having put it through the portal on line prior to my appointment and addressing it upon dropping off my vehicle.I honestly would be embarrassed if I owned this shop.You guys single handedly made me think worse of Infiniti.

Even though I was the donkey that shows up at 5:38 on a Saturday...20 minutes before closing (and did I mention it was SATURDAY NIGHT?!) and wanting to buy a used Mini Cooper of all things the entire staff was amazingly friendly. Kevin Kersten my salesman was more than happy to let me take the Mini for a test drive even though it was time for him to leave. He was helpful and friendly and walked me through the buying process. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman. I also have to thank the sales manager Tim Smith. When he heard I was worried whether my golf clubs would fit in the back of a mini he scrounged up a set of clubs and eased my mind that they do indeed fit. The sales manager Dan Schlichting did all of my financing paperwork and he was super friendly and walked me painlessly through all the paperwork. All in all the staff ended up staying 2 hours late (ON A SATURDAY!) to help get me into my Mini. I couldnt be happier with the service and friendliness of Gregory Infiniti. It was a great car buying experience and like I said I wasnt even buying an Infiniti, I was buying a Mini but they were still completely awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. In my opinion they really went above and beyond!

Went there to get our vehicle checked regarding our q50 fluid washer not stopping. They checked it and they said they didn’t find any issue. After 3 minutes of driving out of the dealership, the problem started again. We headed back to have the service guy look at it. I think his name is David. Bald gentleman. He told us it’s not covered when INFINITI of CLARENDON HILLS told us it’s covered with our extended warranty!!! and then he wanted to charge us $180 ASAP! Bunch of crooks and lazy people there!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would rather drive 40minutes elsewhere, than take it there!!!!!!

I came in and worked with Michael to look at a q50 red sport they had in stock. Overall he was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the car. He was very informative and even gave me other options to which cars would fit my needs and lifestyle. Even tho I did not purchase a car I will definitely be coming back in the near future to work with him.
I bought my Lexus from this dealership on 2019. On the same day, I brought it back because the car was shaking at 50 mph. They told me the rims was bent and they will change the new rims for me. A year have passed, I took my car to Toyota dealership for the regular maintenance and the car was shaking at 40-50 mph. The Toyota dealership Tech told me that one of my rim is bent. I was shocked when I heard that because I remember that Infinity told me that they would change me the new rims. So I called the Infinity dealership to address the issue and they told me that according to the record, they just re-balanced the rims. I was like what!! you guys told me when I bought the car that you gave me the new rims. And the person I was speaking with said nothing he can do, this is what the record says. Do not go to this dealership. They are a bunch or liar people.

I went to this dealership today to look at this Lexus NX200t and I was approached by Michael Rockwell. He was able to show me around the vehicle very well, and answered any questions I had. Overall he was very helpful and ill most likely be going back for that Lexus another day.
We purchased a car on May 18th. They added in charges for items and didn’t disclose them or even ask us about them (paint protection, security). They claimed the paint charge is a treatment that is applied to all of their cars and they could not remove the charge....I’ll be calling the company that warranties it to find out. We also discovered later the car had a blown front speaker but they had the stereo set to rear speakers only when we drove it and also taped the sunglasses compartment closed so that we wouldn’t see that was broken. I’ve called and emailed and was assured that the sales manager would call me back but we haven’t heard from anyone. They are less than transparent with their customers. I’ve bought many cars and never dealt with such a shady dealership.

Just bought a vehicle from this dealership. Great service throughout the sales process but nothing good after. Soon as the contract is signed, things change drastically. We had to have the windshield replaced on the new car. No updates on when the car would be ready. Took a week and I had to call in multiple times before they finally said oh yeah, the car is ready to pick up now. Went to pick up the car and they handed me one key! No mention that the was a key missing. We’re not talking about $100 key replacement. $900 plus tax for a key that should have come with the car and they conveniently failed to address. Just got off he phone with the general manager and he tried to put the blame on me saying I should have asked if it came with two keys. Maybe I should have also asked if the car was coming with four wheels!! Terrible customer service after the sale! Would not recommend. Go to a dealership that values you as a client and not just the commission that they will put in their pockets that evening. I am in sales and a true salesman always puts their client’s need in front of their own. Something this dealership needs to learn.
