Everything is perfect about Customer service, but...Never thought that a family-owned dealership with a good reputation can sell used car in the condition of junk car which even doesnt pass state emission test, catalytic converters not working, both turbos is leaking coolant, the front suspension is dead, intercooler has a hole and losing air, multiple miss fire in cylinders, passenger window, parking sensors and fog light doesnt work, evap system fail. Please inspect the car with your mechanic first, then sign the paperwork. They dont care because its a high mileage car, but instead repair or send it to the junkyard they sold it and charge money for reconditioning and inspection. Mechanics decided that it was safe and ready for the road. Hope other customers have a better experience...

Went there to buy a car, i was 40 mins early and when i showed up they were in the middle of selling it before my appt even started.

I have gotten service done here since I bought my car from th about two years ago. I have had great experiences up until my most recent visit. I was told that I needed a complete brake reconstruction on both sides in the rear. When given the figure of “at least $1000”, I decided not to get work done because I was not prepared to spend that kind of money that day. After leaving, I decided to take a look at my brakes and found that only one side needed to be replaced. Long story short, I was able to complete the job, myself, for under $200. I have never been so disappointed in Napleton’s service department. I feel, as though, they were trying to scam me and rip me off because of my age. I will never go back to Napleton for anything. I will forever give North End Garage in Libertyville my business. I do not recommend Napleton’s Service and would advise to stay away.

The truck & car was bad news. But the sales ppl were nice

Purchased two vehicles here. Worked with Richard Randazzo, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the sale. The finance department was also helpful and accommodating. After the sale, both vehicles had a couple of minor warranty issues; the service department had a very slow start trying to solve the problems. Incorrect ordering of parts on both vehicles, and installation issues, but they eventually came through to solve both issues.
