Love the atmosphere and staff. Drinks are amazing as well. My husband gets a iced chia latte with pumpkin syrup and pumpkin cold cream. Its a perfect drink for the fall. Oh and if you are a pumpkin lover, try the Pumpkin cream cheese muffins!

Drinks are made very well to order. Completed a lot of my masters degree at this coffee shop. Simply cannot get over, however, the wait time in the drive through. 26 minutes to get a drink for my wife. Maybe because of COVID theyre under staffed? Would have run in, but had my 4 yr old with me. . .

Service and quality has dropped since re opening. Weve received banana bread in its clear plastic wrapping, not had it warmed either time we asked and our order is regularly missed. Conscious cup or birdys - both are better options at this point

Lori was very helpful. I wasnt sure what to get and they gave me a great recommendation, a cinnamon dolce latte with vanilla! Overall, great team working here.

Considering the location, Im surprised at the customer service and quality. Starbucks prices, Burger King service.

I dont expect much during a Saturday morning rush but these kids went out of their way to make sure we knew they were miserable. Practically threw my sandwich across the counter at me.

If i could rate 0 stars i definitely would lol the baristas there were not friendly and dampened our mother’s day experience. we tried ordering a traveler for our picnic but were notified that we would have to mobile order 30 minutes ahead, but their mobile orders were turned off and were turned away because “it would take way too long and we’re way too busy”. they were of no help to us whatsoever. i’m glad i don’t live around here bc i never have to go back.

Horrible drive thru experience. The woman who took my order was very condensing and corrected me. Before I could order my second drink, she told me my total and to pull forward. I told her I wasn’t finished and she didn’t care. Once I got to the window she gave me my drink shut the window and I had to wait a good two minutes for my second drink which was given to me by somebody else. While I was waiting I could tell that she was avoiding coming out with the second drink. Either way I’m never going back to this particular Starbucks.

If I could rate less stars, I would. I had to wait over an hour and a half for 2 drinks ordered through UberEats. Completely unacceptable. I got so fed up I just cancelled my order and paid the cancellation fee.

I love this Starbucks because it is always so quick! There could be a line of 15 cars in the drive through and I never wait more than 10 min. And they never mess up my order.Also, Pedro is always so bright and cheerful every time I hear/see him at the drive through! I hope I see him every time I go just because he always makes my day!

Tried ordering a first responder coffee today 12/3, and was told at 7:00pm that they are closed, but I was in line at 7, so why is it so hard to order a coffee? Disappointed that this happened....

The employees here always seem happy to be working and help with anything that they can. There was a miscommunication with my order and the employee handled it with speed and was very helpful to get the problem solved. Would be happy to return there

Good Service but very loud obnoxious music on full blast all the time. Why not play it softer. Should be relaxing & not overbearing. You cannot even have a good conversation over a Starbucks Coffee there. That is such a joke!!! They dont understand. Their reasoning behind it is so others cannot hear conversations at other tables. Thats exactly what I was told.

I ordered through their app and when I got there, they told me to go to the drive thru which I think its stupid. Other Starbucks just put mobile drink in the front so whoever order mobile can just grab and go. This location should learn from others to improve

Was nice until the young lady started sweeping and banging the chairs around. She then decided to start bleaching the floors during our coffee date! Shouldnt this be done when the store is not occupied and closed?? Sorry, I for one, dont feel like inhaling chlorine with my coffee. 👎🏼

This Starbucks is on my way to/from my volunteer spot in Grayslake so I stop here a few times a month. There is very rarely a line in the drive thru which is always nice, and the workers are always pleasant. I dont think theyve ever gotten my drink wrong and they always taste great.

I always enjoy coming in to a Starbucks, especially one I have not been to. I stopped into Libertyville, Illinois and received an ALOHA! from the baristas. They saw my cap and made new friends. Will come again!!!

Getting in and out of this location is a bit hard, by car or by bike. The staff is great and friendly. They are very cyclist friendly and you can fill up your water bottles if needed.I am giving this 3 stars really for the hard exit and entry to the building.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks the music is absolutely blaring. Nobody can accomplish anything with the music so loud. Your staff is turning up the music when a song comes on that they like. Not everybody is interested in blasting the music. This is the third time in 2 weeks this happened. It is so loud you cant think.

I asked for a Mango Dragon Fruit drink and a matcha green tea frappuccino, the Mango dragon was so light in color that it almost look like water and the matcha frappuccino was not smooth in texture, it look like if I made it at home with chunks of ice.

The music is ridiculously loud, the internet was slow, and there were ants in the bathrooms and flies in the food display. The employees were rude and spilled mop water on my legs on purpose.
