This dealership is truly one of the best around! The staff cares about their customers and makes everyone feel welcome that walks through their door. Don and George make the purchasing experience easy going and want you to feel great about the Indian brand and your purchase. Todd and the crew in the shop stand behind the Indian motorcycles and truly care about their work. Todd, went all out to make sure I was happy with my bikes modifications and went the extra mile to make everything right. I would definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

George and the team at Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville have entertained my drooling for quite some time. Ive been in more than once as I admired both the 2018 and 2019 Chieftain Dark Horse and George has always answered all my questions and taken the time with me. While the Darkhorse sat outside my price range for now, I stumbled across another manufacturer that they had taken in on trade. This bike fit the bill and the bankbook and once again George took the time to talk through options. In less than half a day, I was approved for financing and was able to take delivery from the team at Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville. The crew cleaned up the bike after my test ride and checked all the pressures and fluids. Accounting got all the paperwork ready in no time as well and I was in and out in time for afternoon rush hour! Its very telling to the professionalism and courtesy of George and the team when they take the same care to sell something other than the house brand. I know a new Indian is in my future and there is no doubt Ill be back to the crew in Libertyville.

Bought my bike at Rt 66 Indian of Elmhurst because I live 5 minutes away. I make the trip out to Libertyville for service, the difference is night and great. The service garage is incredible. And the viewing windows are a great touch. Full transparency is extremely rare, and just makes you, the owner, feel that much more confident in the work being done to your bike. Simply the best.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people that provided great services and advised me to select my first motorcycle. Everyone was very patient with answering all my questions from selecting a motorcycle to getting it delivered. The delivery guy was great too and waited about 20 mins for me to arrive back home. These people deserve more than a five star review.

Recently, I was involved in an accident with my Indian Chief Vintage. I had my motorcycle transported to Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville where I purchased it, for an estimate and repair. I must say that everyone, without exception did a great job on my bike and kept me informed during all stages of repair. They are professional, polite and good-hearted people. I wish that I could give them more than the 5 Star rating. I am glad that I purchased my Indian from them, and I am glad that they service my motorcycle. Many thanks to all of them.

I just purchased a 2018 Indian Scout Sixty and took delivery of it this past weekend. George was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. You can tell he is passionate about what he does as everything was clearly communicated and laid out prior to finishing up the paperwork.George proactively worked with the lender, ensured I was getting the proper insurance coverage, and continued to communicate with me even after the bike was picked up. I never once felt like I was out-of-the-loop.I could not recommend this amazing dealership more, and especially George. I only wish they were located in my home state of Virginia, but that just gives me an excuse to stop by next time I’m in Illinois!

The sales manager, George, was INCREDIBLY helpful. He was able to walk me through the entire process of purchasing my motorcycle, helping me ship it to a different state, and giving me advice on how to take care of the bike even after I bought it. 10/10 would definitely buy again.

The dealership really is one of the best. I was referred by a friend, went to the dealership with lower expectations and left with a new bike. The process was nice and George (always ask for George) made the process extremely easy. He really knew his stuff and was able to answer every possible question I had. I really felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door and you will too.

Recently bought a 19 chieftain DH and wanted it painted. Let me tell you, they blew it out of the park with this bike! George’s experience, knowledge, and customer service cannot be beat! He stayed in close communication throughout the whole process and went out of his way many times to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. While there are a few indian dealers closer to my house, I will be traveling to this one for service and future needs. Had a family member buy an indian at a different dealer and the process was night and day difference between the two. Libertyville Indian for the win!

A superior experience! Purchasing an Indian Roadmaster has been on my bucket list for several years having visited the three dealerships closest to me during this time. Each time I visited a dealership I left feeling pressured to close the deal on the spot. I get it, their job is to make the sale.By chance, I saw that Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville had the Roadmaster I was looking for and the price was better than Id quoted/expected by anyone else so, I sent them an email.First, I received a response within 12 hours which was great. George and I exchanged a few emails; each time he responded to my questions without ever once asking if he could call, set up an appointment or even to find out if I was planning on purchasing this month. One Saturday in April, I decided to take the hour+ drive down to see the bike expecting to feel the pressure. It never happened! George recalled our email exchanges, showed me to the Roadmaster and we had a plain, easy going conversation. We talked about trips Ive made and compared the experiences of my last bike (BMW) with what I should expect with Indian. I dropped a deposit for my new bike in less than 30 minutes.Returning a week later, we finalized the sale and I was on the road in under 60 minutes. EVERYTHING was ready to go. Paperwork, temporary tags, gear that I wanted to pick-up, and of course the bike. No extras, added service agreements or warranty up sells. I asked so I know theyre out there. George just said, Let me know.In all, I spent less-than 90 minutes in the dealership, spent less than $29k (including about $1k in gear) and left completely satisfied. Im going to schedule my 500 mi service on Monday (Ive only had the bike for 48 hours) and will add-on some personal touches. I expect that the service experience will mirror the sales experience. Ill write an update when that happens.

Interesting call the other day. Telling me I had parts at the shop I had ordered. Well the story is I purchased my bike back in June. After I had finished I walked over to the gentleman who was in charge of the parts department and ordered some pegs and leds for the bike. That was FOUR MONTHS ago and they just called this week to tell me if I wanted them to call or they were going to send them back at the end of the month. Think they need a new parts guy who can keep track of his orders. Will never do business with then again. Racine Indian is 100 times better, they are my go to now.In response to your response I myself did some research and checked my phone log and found out the first call I received from Libertyville Indian was the last call you made a week ago regarding the parts. Never once did I receive a message saying my parts were in until a week ago. So Im not sure who you called about my parts but it certainly wasnt my phone. I also offered to pay for the parts at the time I ordered them but your parts guy said no need until we get them in. I appreciate your response I just felt I needed to clarify after reading it.

This is a great dealership to deal with. I wanted to surprise my wife for Christmas and they did a great job of helping to keep it a secret, complete the deal on time, and get the scooter to me so it could be a surprise on Christmas day. I live downstate and the only place to get a Vespa is in the Chicago area. Due to the expertise of this dealership, I was able to do the paperwork via email or mail and they offered to deliver it so I didnt have to make the drive up and trailer it home. They also had the best price of all the dealerships so it was a win-win all around for this purchase.

Dropped off my 2015 Chieftain on a Friday for a minor issue on my rear fender. Monday (that was fast) Todd called me stating that it will be covered under a good will warranty since my bike was out of the factory warranty. Awsome!! Fast forward a week and a few days, also got some heated grips installed and rear fender got replaced. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I arrived to pick up my bike and had a chitchat with Todd about numerous things regarding my Indian. I also got a chance to speak with the mechanic which worked on my bike, his attension to detail and knowledge impressed me. Todd is knowledgeable, proffesinal, honest and down to earth. I appreciate that greatly. The service department rocks. Glad they are my dealer/service for future needs. Highly recommend Libertyville INDIAN.

Reason I went to this location was due to it having the highest ratings. I walked in the door with my GF and no one acknowledged us. Nor did anyone came to ask if we needed any help until about 10min or so. Employee passes us first and goes toward what look like a father and son. Now Im not sure why we werent acknowledge when we came in and why he didnt asked us if we needed any help as he passed. After he was done talking to them he then came and asked for help. We did not feel welcomed. And Ive been to an Indian dealer in the past, maybe about a year and half ago or so and not only were they super friendly there but one of the employees came over and started talking to us and describing the differences in the bikes but he also told me to sit on the bikes and he even turned some of the bikes on that I got to sat on. So I guess I expected better service due to my first experience but it was nothing like it. Felt like they must of seen us to young to even bother.

Purchaced my 18 Roadmaster from Indian of Libertyville having visited 3 other dealerships. Bought sight unseen via email and telephone with pictures working with George. They were fair on pricing and on trade value to make the numbers work. Straightforward numbers, no juggling and hiding values to over-inflate and cloud the purchase/trade or incentives. Financing arraigned between George and my Credit Union, no issues. Added stage 1 and 2 ready at delivery. Respectful and engaging to my wife when we came in for pickup - big plus! Helpful and willing to walkthrough the bike on delivery. Easy to schedule first service. Love the bike, chews up hundreds of miles of road at a time. Would highly recommend Indian of Libertyville to anyone looking for a great dealership and relationship.

I took my Honda Metropolitan to the Indian dealership to have the tires changed. I took it there because they were near, and their estimate to change the tires was one hour labor. Before I took it, I also discovered that the front wheel needed some additional work because it wasnt turning smoothly. When I came to pick it up they said, yes one hour, $99. And did you fix the fron wheel?, I asked. yes, it wasnt a big deal, it needed cleaning and adjusting the breaks, and we also cleaned the break wires. At the Honda dealership in Des Plains they said tire installation is $90 per tire. At the Honda dealship in Lake Vila they said 1 hour per tire, so you are looking at about $200.I think at Indian they think that happy customer will come back... I think they are right, I am not looking anywhere else anymore. Thank you Indian, you saved me about $100.

I purchased an Indian Roadmaster from Don and the team at Indian Motorcycle of Libertyville this year. Ive seen a few of the bad reviews on this site, and find most of them to be unsubstantiated. Likely just trollers with nothing better to do. George was my sales person, and Ive met the service team along with the general sales and support staff. I found everyone to be absolutely fantastic. Always a smile on their faces, everyone is happy to help, the environment is comfortable, the accessory choices are great, and I always look forward to dropping in and visiting because I feel like family when Im there. Ive been riding street bikes for over 20 years. Ive owned Harley, Honda, Yamaha, and now Indian. For my purposes, Indian is the best of the best. If youre interested in buying a piece of American heritage, I recommend Indian, and I recommend you go see Don and his team at Indian Motorcycles of Libertyville. You wont be disappointed.2019 Update: Now that Ive had my Roadmaster for a year, I thought Id come back and add to my review. A year later, and Im absolutely as happy as the day I purchased the bike. Ive visited the dealership a dozen times through the last year, purchased lots of merch, and Ive since had several performance upgrades done to my bike by the performance staff at Indian of Libertyville. Im always treated like family, and the staff always goes out of their way to make sure Im happy. Great job to the entire staff!
