I bought my first Harley here 3/6/21. I had a great sales person and good experience. Everyone was beyond friendly. I actually came in for a 2009 street glide but didn’t find it as comfortable as I expected. Marty listened to my experience and showed me other bikes that would meet my expectations. I was able to test drive a few different bikes. I ended up buying a 2012 ultra limited. One of the bikes Marty recommend I test drive, on top of that the ultra was cheaper then the street glide. I would do business here again they seemed genuinely concerned about my sales experience and finding the right bike, not selling me the most expensive bike.

Made a trip to Milwaukee from South Indianaabout a 5 hour trip on my little 2014 sportster 883 and on the way back decided to stop in and take a look around. Had a great experience! I wound up buying my Indian Chief Vintage there, yes an Indian at a Harley dealer, what are the chances of that happening! I bought a 2010 street glide at this dealership. All was well with the purchase process until, We were talked into purchasing a warranty. A day later after researching, we discovered that it doesnt cover after market modifications done to the motorcycle done before purchase. We signed papers to cancel the unnecessary warranty. Finance manager J. Jackson said that it was in process of canceling. Five months have passed and no response. J. Jackson has not returned calls or email with the disposition. All beware of the practice of purchase a useless warranty. Do your research before purchases of used motorcycles warranty from this association of dealerships.

Stopped in today to look at some clothes and a bike. The salesman Marty was awesome and answered every question. V helped me pick out some shirts and the manager Nick was super friendly.

The staff was courteous and polite. The dealership and store was organized and neat. This was my wife and I first time visiting. I would visit again.

Horrible experience. I ordered some speakers from the parts department. I was told they would take 3 weeks to arrive. I attempted to call before taking a trip there in person and was not able to get anyone on the line in person. I rode there after 1 month and was told they hadnt arrived yet but was told I would be called in a few days with updates. I called back again after 1 more week of no communication. I requested to speak with a manager why was not available but would return my call. Again no response for several days. I called again to the store and after being put on hold for almost 20 min, was told they still hadnt arrived but would hear back from them the following week. The saga still continyes.......

I just got done taking the basic rider safety course here. I will say I have been riding for years, and now finally wanted to get my licence. The Family feeling this dealership has is customer service first. The people here are knowledgeable and really care about you. The riding course really taught me things I never knew and I have been riding since I was little. I will be back to buy my Harley from this dealer soon. Chad the instructor for the riding course has a passion to teach and makes you feel extremely comfortable. You guys get 10 STARS from me.

This is the worst service department I have every been to. No call backs. They don’t answer phone, dropped off my bike picked it up with dead battery, they did no inspection as promised. Cory is over worked but that excuse goes away when it take 30 seconds to return a call and he’s outside smoking all day. I was going to trade in my Harley and upgrade, but I will not by a bike from a place that is run so terrible. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes in the near future. Best advice stay away.

Your service department is seriously backed up. I always appreciate Corey’s professionalism, but he needs some help! He is unable to pick up any call because he is doing multiple tasks all day. Horrible customer service. I bought shoes off the manikin. The girl told me she would give me an extra %10 off, and she took them up to the counter. Once I got up there. It was a different girl to ring me up. I told her what the other girl said, and she was like we can’t do that for this model of shoe. I asked if they did military discount she said no. Today I’m on the Harley sight they are $12 cheaper, and I can apply a military discount to them.

Good people to deal with, got a good deal on my bike and felt welcome there. My only concern is the $795 handling fee they are charging...

Went to Lakeshore HD looking for a replacement for my 1987 Sportster. Saw a couple of possibilities on the floor. Pete came up and asked how he could help. We started talking about my riding style and what I was looking for. After a couple of test rides I was convince I had found the best bike for me, a 2013 Street Bob. I bought a Harley back in January from them and got it ship to me at fort bliss tx and within five miles it broke down, I call them and they told me, (I don’t know what to tell you) I have to get new jugs, pistons, heads and rebuilt the carb. I messaged them about all the problems but then have just been ignoring me. I would not recommend this dealership

I just bought a new 2017 Ultra Classic. This was my second motorcycle purchase from the Lake Shore Harley guys and gals. I cant say enough good things about the fantastic treatment from the folks over there. Ellen, Hunter and the gang put me into the bike of my dreams at a price I could afford.From the time you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome and encouraged to take your time and look around. You never feel pressured, heck you dont even feel like you are talking to a salesman. More like a new riding buddy.The service department is awesome. Drop your bike off to get work done and not only is the work done correctly, the bike comes back to you cleaner than new. You can tell they pride themselves in what they do, even the guy at the wash rack.The guys at the parts counter are knowledgeable and helpful. It is great to have that level of support if and when you need to find a part to enhance your new baby (something shiny and chrome) or to fix your what ails your favorite old bike ( in my case a front brake hose of just the perfect length).Jessica and the other folks over in motor clothes will do their best to help you find that exact helmet, T shirt, jacket or other Harley item you are looking for. The pride they have in their work shows in the orderly displays and crisp folds.

Love the facility and the employees at this Harley location. I worked with Max who was a dream to work with. I had called him to plan a surprise birthday upgrade for my husband, he made the process so easy for me. Over the years I have dealt with many sales representatives and he was an exception. Very honest and to point. Which I loved. He DID WHATEVER HE HAD IN HIS POWER to get the bike ready the same day and all the paperwork flawless. I called Lakeshore Harley to see what bikes they had on floor to compare with what was available in Indianapolis, IN. The salesman Chris was very polite and honest and he found the bike I was looking for then went and got it, so I took a 3 1/2 ride up there to get my bike. The entire staff is helpful and very positive. Lakeshore is definelty the place to purchase your new Hog. And the New M8 (Milwaukee 8) is a beast!! Stop in at Lakeshore and test ride 1 and see for yourself!!

Update: Mike got a hold of me and resolved my issue that I was have thanks.UPDATE: after purchasing my bike that I am very happy with when I rode off that day and got home on of the Led lights was not working to I called them back and they said they would take care of it and never did... I brought it over to them 3 different times and they never got it right, I basically got tired and stopped bring it to them because it is a 1.5hr ride one way, the light is not cheap it’s a $300 light. Long story short they wasted my time and I doubt they even looked at it. Every time I went back it was a different story. I swapped the working light from one side to the other side that did not work and it worked on that side, so it was the light that was the issue. With all that being said i am dropping their 5 stars to 2 stars.MAX was an awesome sales person!! not once did I feel any pressure to purchase anything. Max answered the 100 questions that I had for him with solid and knowledgeable answers every single time!! I will continue to purchase motorcycles from Max and the Lake shore crew.

I have my Road King serviced here and the guys at the service desk are straight shooters. They don’t try to up sell me, just do what’s right for the bike. One time I was needing a special tool to install custom passenger foot pegs and one of the guys dropped what he was doing and helped me out. No charge. It’s like the old days. Good folks.The place is very well run, from the service area to parts to the sales dudes. They know their stuff.Prices are reasonable, they follow up on things and I’ve only had great experiences there. Thumbs up!

Lakeshore was amazing to me! My brother and dad both own Harleys and we wanted to go for a ride together. Just bought my first Harley Davidson Iron 1200 with Bryans help. Got it transfered from milwaukee and I couldnt be happier with my purchase!

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. Drove an hour for a bike that I was told was there. I get there the bike was sold but was told they have many other bikes like the one I was looking at. Ok found a bike I was interested in took me 3 days jumping through hoops for Financials with a perfect credit score. They wanted pics of my savings account, w2s, screen shots of my bank app. Was told it was becuase of my age, wich is discrimination. Then told the bike I was about to purchase was not able to be warrentied. Then when I was about to sign the papers for the loan the salesman told me to pay close attention so they dont slip in extra fees. If you want a very good painless transaction save the trip time and money and go to ukes harley davidson in kenosha and talk to my man Kurt.

I purchased a new Fat Bob recently at Lake Shore Harley Davidson. My fit specialist, Michael Berry, patiently walked me through various bikes that suited my expressed needs ultimately culminating in test riding the few final candidates.The entire process through financing and final walk through was smooth and relaxed. I felt no pressure whatsoever. I couldnt be happier with my bike and my experience. I would definitely go back for my next bike and highly recommend both the dealership and Mike.

I had been interested in buying a Harley V-Rod for a number of years, and my original intention was to buy a new one. However, after waiting too long, the last year they were produced was 2017, and only about 55 of them that year. So I checked out Cycle Trader and did a nationwide search for a black 2016 model. Lake Shore HD had a very good deal on one and my sales lady Helene let me know they shipped for free. So I wasnt really interested in driving from Columbus to Chicago to test ride it. Helene took it for a test ride for me, sent pictures and videos, and let me know it was in tip-top shape and rode just like it was new. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the way Helene treated me and helped me get into the bike I have always wanted. Even though I am a long distance away, Lake Shore HD, and Helene, will be my first stop for my next HD. Thanks!
