Devin who is the GM at this location came up to me & snapped his fingers in front of my face. He was up close & in my personal space. I was absolutely in shock when he did so. I had already been at the dealership for 2 hours to service my car (oil change) I wanted to know the estimated time on my car & he said it can’t be done just like that & snapped his fingers. He then called the cops & gave me my keys & told me to leave and he said guess what I’m not doing anything for you. Not to mention I had my little girl with me who was in tears because, DEVIN THREATENED ME WITH THE POLICE. He is very rude & arrogant. A formal complaint was filed. Devin should not be in charge of customer service!

Tydis is knowledgeable, explains the numbers thoroughly and goes over every detail of the car. Excellent sales rep. Very good experience.Definitely paid more for the car than I should have but that’s what I get for buying a car during a chip shortage.

NOTE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD..This place SUCKS! I took my car to have recall items corrected. Now I cannot lock my drivers side door. I have to do it manually. They told me they did not have the parts after they called an told me they were in ( once I spoke to someone else they were miraculously there). This is after theyve had my car in excess of two (2) hours. Then one of the parts are broken! REALLY. So now I have to go back for them to fix back my door they broke... and to change to gearshift part that was supposedly broken upon receipt. Mind you they had it for a week- you dont check the parts to ensure that they are not faulty. I HATE THIS PLACE!! They keep making up services I NEED for my car. Just had a wheel alignment a week ago but I need one today. REALLY! My car is well taken care of. They are full of it! Again I HATE THIS PLACE! THE SERVICE CENTER SUCKS!! NOTE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I took my car in to get a tail light assembly replaced. I noticed a couple days afterwards that there was a chip and a crack in the new tail light. I returned to inform them of the problem but they insisted it wasnt damaged when it was installed. I have been a loyal customer and purchased multiple cars from this dealership. The fact to see that I paid $380 for this part and no consideration taking into account by the manager is not accepted. Because of this reason, I wouldnt recommend any service to this dealership.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. We came here on a Monday and the manager, Ken, did not want to work with us and didn’t seem to want to care about customer service. It gets better, we came back four days later because we really wanted to take the car off the lot. The price was increased $100 within 4 days…. Only 4 days. Ken said to us he is not willing to work with us anymore and he did not care if we left. I have never written a bad review but I truly believe that this place deserves a negative review. I am completely baffled by the manager’s unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, along with unethical behavior.

I made an appointment at 9:30 am to see a brand new 2021 Sorento at 5:30pm. When I got there the SUV they showed me was disgustingly filthy and the manager gave me some story about it having to be cleaned up because they just got it. I think somewhere between 9:30-5:30 it could’ve been done. There were a few pings on the vehicle, but it was so dirty inside. The kicker was the tissue and razor blade on the passenger side floor. The salesman was fine, he seemed at a loss for words himself.(hence the star) Shame on the management team at Phil Smith Kia Lighthouse Point.
