If it were for Abe, I would give 10 stars for his kindness and helpfulness. He is an amazing human being.I’m not sure if the guy in front is owner but I’ve never had a great experience at this store since he’s been there. He really shouldn’t be in a business with customer service. You can’t lash out in anger at customers. It’s customers that make a business. His attitude is very hostile. As for the girls that work there (if you can call it working) they look at you as if you’re invisible or they can’t hear you. Judging by these other comments I see here I am even more disappointed. I hope Ali works on their customer service.

Poor Customer Service. Expensive in comparison to other popular vendors. They steal sometimes; due to past experiences. I came here for convenience only. I have Visited 4 times in 15 years. I live 10 minutes away, yet usually drive 30 minutes to avoid them.

Nasty hearted dark skin woman working here. She got mad that I came in and asked for help. She yelled at me and told me to hold up. She took very long to get my wig and when she did she flung it on the floor laughed and said my bad. Very bad person working in a nice establishment.

Stumbled across this place hoping to find a good trimmer and beard oil. I was surprised to find that they a have a vast selection of mens grooming products. The staff was helpful and I definitely asked plenty of questions Im glad they were patient with me. Def recommend for men and women. Huge selection, great prices, and great service. I went looking for some 9 pieces that comes in package of 3 sizes as well, NONE, they only had crochet hair, are you kidding me! Also wanted a short sassy wig, again NONE, all the wigs they had was floor length, Im saying this because theyre so damn long, does anyone sell short wigs anymore. I will not, I will not be shopping there again. and some of the staff you have to ask 5 times to repeat themselves, cant understand. Definitely not recommended by me.

This place is definitely the hot spot for all your needs. I was very impressed at all that could be done and purchased here. There are subs available. Snacks and drinks are a reasonable price. Checks can be cashed here and bills paid here. Notary services are available here as well. The staff are friendly and professional. This store is very neighborhood friendly.

3 gentlemen were at the register and I asked one of the men behind the register do you accept Apple Pay? He says “yes, we do.” Another gentleman comes and says you shouldn’t take Apple Pay, I have too many problems with Apple Pay. If I don’t carry my wallet that is how I pay for stuff and it’s very convenient for me. Won’t be going back, that was very unprofessional and a waste of time.

3rd experience of feeling invisible and unwelcome at this location. Haitian girls in the front ignore you and converse amongst themselves and friends whom come in to purchase. I feel more than a burden than an customer whom deserve good customer service. I lived in Deerfield almost 2 years but I will continue to drive to Pompano to Classy Girl where I am always welcome and educated on products Im unsure about.
