First off, I had an amazing time that I might go back and buy more haha. They literally have everything that you need from lip liners, to face masks, to eyeshadow palettes, etc. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. I never felt welcomed until I walked into the Beauty Pop-Up Shop.

My mother and I are quite angry about the false advertisement. My mom got lip plumping lipgloss and it didnt do anything, I got what was suppose to be lip stain and was told it was gonna take a lot to take off, it came off immediately and did not stain. The gentleman that was working at the checkout grabs my eye cream (thats in a syringe looking thing) and proceeded to tell us how it worked and touched the product and discards a lot of it. The lady that was supposed to do a foundation match never helped us but goodness when we were somewhere else in the shop she was right there telling us what we didnt know at the time were lies and false advertisements. So disappointed in the products and the service. Oh and the free gifts arent worth it. Not at all pleased with this service.

They are so amazing and sweet! I highly recommend going if you have the opportunity to do so! It is family owned business! They make you feel welcomed and at home! I will definitely be coming back next year! They will help you and explain to you about each and every product! Wow experience 🔥

They made us give them 5 star reviews in order to get our freebies. In reality, this place doesn’t have half the items they market to have. All the brands they sell are cheap and unheard of, things you should probably not put on your face. To give an example, these brands are worse than dollar tree brands. It’s also worth mentioning that most of these items look old or expired. This is your warning that if it’s too good to be true, it probably is. The only thing nice about this event is the excellent customer service, which this event does NOT deserve.

Makeup is really poor quality, they lie about what they have and they overcharged me. And a big part of why they have good reviews is because they tell you to give them 5 stars when you check out so you can get a free item that is also really terrible in my opinion. This at least the experience I had and seen.

I had a friend come in town who’s obsessed with makeup and I was so excited when I saw this event was in town. When I first saw 90% off I was a bit skeptical but was so impressed with all the products and the FANTASTIC customer service!! I got a dupe of my favorite perfume and cologne for my boyfriend and together they were $20!!! LOVED IT! And so did my friend! Hope to see them again :)

Beauty pop-up has a wide variety of cosmetics including testers. They’re originally from LA so these are all LA products at a very affordable price - mainly $5 - $15. Glad that they come to Austin!

They made me give them a five star rating to get a free eyeshadow pigment. That was probably the best thing from the place. I got skincare and Im worried it was expired or something. It was slimy on the top. The dog was adorable though!

I have to say when we first got there and i seen there was stairs and then found out that the hotel did not have a ramp or a way for a wheelchair to get in i was very disappointed ... But with the wonderful staff they didnt let that stop me from being able to go in they helped get my wheelchair down the stairsand help me get around and get all the beauty supplies I needed and even more .... I have to say a huge thank you to Macy and the two wonderful young men im so sorry im horrible with remembering names and cant remember there names but what I can tell you is that will put a smile on anyones face and after the wallet is empty they still chat and take fun pics with you to remember your amazing experiences and if that wasnt enough they help you back up the stairs...You where all amazing thank you again it ment a lot to me and shored me no matter what it takes you wont let anyone get left outHope to see you all againMarie

The quality of the makeup was low tier but I guess the prices kinda show for that; But, fragrance selection was awesome and they smelled good.

No name brands. Loud music. Watch the cashier she calls herself showing how to post and the she reaches over and pushes 5 stars but I pulled my phone back before she hit post. I know how Google ratings work. 1st dont touch my phone, 2nd you cannot rate my experience. ONE STAR.
