The best UPS Store...I recently opened up a mailbox, at this location. Taylor, who is simply, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all, very friendly, helped me out. The entire staff is excellent. The Owner/Manager, Derrick, runs the place extremely well.Compared to other locations, there is no comparison.
Very personable crew in there. I switched stores because this one is closer, but I’m definitely staying. Derrick the manager is also the owner/notary.Had the pleasure of being taken care of by James on one occasion who was a replica of the owner.They also have some cool stuff in there to buy. Definitely worth waiting in line and talking to your neighbors😀
Almost closing and they still helped me for notary service! Pleasant and professional! Trust them and will return!!

I had the worst experience with the store employee they mix up my labels and when i talk to the store manager they said that they would get back my package and I havent received anything from them it has been 3 months and have not hear back from them and when i try to call the store no one never picks up the phone the worst store ever everyone is rude in the store i just want my package back already 😤😤😤😤

I have been here a few times and have always received great service. I went to the post office this morning to attempt to mail a package and after waiting in line for 15 minutes they wouldnt even advise me on what label to prepare, so I came back to your UPS store and was in and out in 5 minutes and was given exceptional service. I have been waited on by three different employees and they have always been friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to come to your store. Merry Christmas.

I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible ups store!!! I was very appalled in the manner in which I was treated at this location. I went in to return an item I ordered on amazon, with a prepaid label. I was told by an associate that I would have to pay $2.25 to print it out. I scratched my head because right now this store is promoting $.29 cent color copies, so I asked if speaking to the manager would help, to which the associate responded, “he’s just going to tell you to p*ss off.” I was shocked, but still wanted to see if paying $2.25 to print out a prepaid return label was standard. During this time the manager on duty was flirting away with someone else in the store, and seemed very pleasant with her, but that changed. The manager I spoke too was Derek Laster, and he confirmed what the associate told me. The manager expressed zero effort in assistance, and went as far to say, I should take my business elsewhere. I am literally appalled.
Great team!All UPS Stores are not created equal, and some locations seem outright annoyed to have to deal with customers, but the staff at THIS location is fantastic. Ive had to use a variety of services over the years, including Comcast equipment returns, Notary, business materials printing. The team at this location is always fast, helpful, and friendly.

Omg!!!!! THE GUY WAS SO RUDE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THIS RUDE EMPLOYEE SAID ‘all my manager is going to say is to piss off’ so I said ok I’ll wait then. Manager was sooooo rude. You wanna tell me to take my business elsewear that’s fine BUT AS A MANAGER THERES A WAY TO SAY THINGS. It’s how you say it not what you say! Very un kind! I see a few complaints on here and they need to fire this so called ‘manager’

Always very helpful and pleasant
I had the worst experience with the store manager there who is essentially does not have customer service experience. On Friday of last week I came to their business around 5:30 PM. I was desperately looking for a place to overnight a package that had to go international. This package was important because it was going to a family that was going to do a surprise birthday to an orphan. I expressed the need of getting the package delivered on time because it was important. I was guaranteed that by Monday I would be able to have a package delivered to the country. I felt safe enough to purchase the express delivery charges of over $300 because I was told three times that it would be in the country and delivered by this Monday. Needless to say; that today is Wednesday and my package that is less than 7lbs is still sitting in customs and when I called the office to find out what happened I was basically told by Bob Jackson, the manager, that he trained his staff never to guarantee delivery because they can never tell when DHL will pick up a package. I proceeded to ask him what are we going to because the package was not delivered on time and now the family does not need the box, or if I would be reimbursed, he told me that he can only give me a discount on the next package I deliver with them; its not about the money that I spent at this point, and if it didnt get delivered than I could even understand that there could have been a miscommunication; however Mr. Bob Jackson was disrespectful, did not care about the package nor the customer and that for me is just not okay; I highly recommend you not to go to this location nor give them business; as they cant own up to their mistakes nor negotiate with customers on solutions.

I’m shocked at how unfairly I was treated at this location. They advertise 29 cent color copies, but want to charge $2 plus for a black and white prepaid return label. The associate I encountered had no manners, and the manager seemed to be just as polite.
I also had the worst experience that I have ever had with any shipper anywhere. The store manager has no customer relation skills at all and furthermore I would state he has no business running any retail outlet of any kind. Im surprised UPS would allow a Independent store to represent their business like this one. In my opinion they need a surprise visit from Corporate.
