I have not had such incredible customer service in a while! They did take a little extra time to get my car fixed, but they provided support and communication the entire way. There little extras were amazing.

I have been using Classic Collision Lilburn for years. They have always done a wonderful job. Referred my sister and what a mistake. The employees that have serviced us for years were all gone. The few employees that were there were not wearing masks. They were all sitting around talking inappropriate non shop talk. When we left the guy who looked at my sisters car (supposedly the General Manager) said he would email the quote later that day. Never gave us a business card.We never received quote. Called for 3 days. Lady we spoke to very rude. It will be a week tomorrow still no response. We are going to Caliber Collision. Very professional. Classic Collision has lost a new customer and a loyal repeat customer. They obviously have changed management and I will never recommend them to anyone!!!!
Mechanics did a very spectacular job repairing my rear bumper and promptly checked everything plus did a spanking brand new paint so now my car looks brand new. Thank you very much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

WORST BODY SHOP.Ive used Classic Collision in Duluth twice now and never had a problem. I unfortunately had to drive down to this rat hole of a building for an estimate due to Hartford insurance.1. Horrible Customer service. The receptionist didnt even greet me let alone look up when I opened the door, I had to get her attention.2. Lewd music videos playing in the front lobby.3. They didnt even send my estimate to the insurance company! Over a week later im trying to schedule my work and get my ca fixed and this useless branch cant even do their damn jobs right.I shoulndt have to police a company t send reports that should have been sent over the same day.I will never come back to this location let alone refer anyone here.
Nothing but good comments. I went in to ask about a scratch on my hood that was not bad but did go down to the metal. Jim came out to my almost new Honda Odyssey and looked at the damage. He was polite and gave me an idea of what would be required to get it back to perfect.I was honest and told him I could live with the little dent but I did not want it to rust. He then told me I could go to the Honda Dealer down the street and get a bottle of touch up paint and bring it back he would show me how to fix it. It would take 15 minutes. I did come back and he gave me several suggestions and helped me with my Car. It took him 5 minutes and he showed me how to put the touch up paint on.What I like is that Jim took the time to help me and was straight with this issue. He could have pushed me to have hundreds of dollars of work done but he listened to my comments and worked with me.I now feel confident that If I did come back with a real auto repair he would give me an honest answer even if it did not put a lot of money in his pocket.I happen to have another car that does need more drastic repair and I most certainly intend to give the business to Classic Collision.
I left my van at Classic Collision in Stone Mountain and they repaired a rear spoiler at a very reasonable cost compared to others. They took their time to make sure the vans spoiler was back in the proper position. I really appreciated the honest and hard working staff and I will use their service again.
For the second time I had a great experience. No BS. Everything as promised. They did excellent work both times. They worked great with State Farm to make it easy. Will definitely use them again if needed.

My experience with Classic Collision was outstanding! Yesenia and Xchel both provided awesome customer service. I was informed every time something was being done with my vehicle. They dealt directly with the insurance company when they found additional repairs. They estimated one week and it was exactly one week. Kudos to Classic Collision.
Great experience overall. My insurance company is terrible and wanted aftermarket parts despite my car being only 1 year old but Classic pulled some strings and got all original parts. Paint looks amazing. Hope I dont have another accident but Id definitely recommend them.
Took my car here for the first time earlier this week and could not have had a better experience. My wife was rear-ended on Saturday afternoon and we went through Geico to repair to damage to the rear bumper of her SUV. I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon (they had a rental already there waiting for me) and they called me two days later on Thursday to tell me it was ready to be picked up. They did fantastic work and did it quickly, and everyone I spoke with was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.
Car repair was perfect to the last final detail my vehicle looked as it did before the accident, perfect. The staff here is amazing and super friendly. I had an unfortunate situation with my insurance deductible but these people worked with me and kept my vehicle safe for so long. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

Ive taken my car to this location twice in the last 6 months but wont be returning. After picking my car up on 1/24, I was charged for an additional week in my rental. I was told this would be handled by the store and I would be reimbursed for my expense. Today is March 7th and I have yet to receive a check. I have called and followed up several times only to be fed lies of misinformation. The customer service has been poor to say the least. Its ridiculous to lose a customer over a $200 reimbursement but that is exactly what has happened. I will never bring my car to this location again or refer anyone here.

Got rear-ended last week and was told to go here by the Geico agent. This place is teamed up with them to have an inspector on site, as well as an Enterprise agent. They had a rental car waiting for me and I met everyone involved when I dropped my car off. Within 30 minutes I was on the road to work. I dropped off on Monday morning and got my car back, good as new, the next afternoon. Everything was really easy and everyone was really friendly. If I need a body shop for anything else, Ill come back here.
I got in to a accident in my late grandmothers car, the front hood was damaged. I took it to classic collision and they did one hell of a job it looks brand new, every thing is tight and secure. I was nervous it wouldnt be done right the hooked me up with some extra details I highly recommend this place being that its my first time dealing with a repair shop. They were nice, I was in and out in no time.

Absolutely terrible left with more problems then I came with even after multiple returns totaling 5 weeks of work still have issues, I wouldnt let them work on my childs Power Wheels. Id give a 0 rating if I could. Nice receptionist however.
My history with your company is one that reads horribly. I came to you for get my rear end fixed, and was returned a car with a trunk trunk and tail lights that were visible misaligned, so much so that it was a bit insulting that you tried to give it to me in such condition. I returned it, and got it back with a leak in the trunk so severe, that it left a pool; a pool large enough to nearly ruin the camera that is kept there. The man who presented himself as the owner said it was because you didnt do a seam seal.After a bit of fuss, a representative told me to drop off the vehicle. He said that if I get there when you open, Ill have it back when you close; that he would leave my car out so that I can access it with my spare, and we would be done. When I got there, my car was no where to be found, and you were closed. After much more fuss, I found that you were unable to compete the work as quickly as you said, but no one bothered to tell me anything about it. I had to take to Facebook to get an immediate answer. The man who presented himself as the owner got me a rental car the next morning, and allowed me to keep it for the next 3 days as you more properly did the repair.After this, I had damage done to my vehicle. It was another case where payment was no issue. I had a choice to go to the most convenient place (Classic Collision), or find another place to go to. I choice you because there is no way youd drop the ball like you had before, and there was no way that youd do it twice to the same person. I was incorrect. I came to you for an estimate. Someone came out, took photos of damage and the VIN, asked who the insurance company was, who the agent was, and said I was all taken care of.Months go by, and I hear nothing from all parties. I called insurance agent and he said he had never gotten an email. I call you, and get no answer. I press zero, leave a message, and wait a month for no reply. I call again, and do the same thing, only to get no response. The next month (January), I call and get an answer. Nothing had been done. The secretary makes the comment that its her boss, Jeff, who did the estimate, and who had not done what he said he would. How is this acceptable? And if its leadership dropping the ball, how am I to believe the culture of the company is?My last call resulting in an email being sent, without the photos that you should know to include (damage and VIN). Did you call and ask me for the photos? No. You sent it anyway. The insurance agent had to ask me for it. Whats going on with the communication? Is my time it valuable to you? Are you lax because insurance is paying for the repairs? Do you expect me to just lay down on shoddy workmanship and suspect practices because my money isnt being spent?Even now my taillight is out (it had been going in and out since the repair, but I cant prove its your fault so I let it go). I only bring it up not because I want you to look at it, but because I want you to understand that I have a legitimate fear that if you are tasked with the repair, it will only result in a failure of something else.Let me make this 100% clear. I am only allowing you to finish this work because we are so far in, and I should not (and will not) take another day off to get an estimate and start this process over after 9 months of fighting. Should anything ever happen to my car again, I will not be using any of your locations, and I will very publicly advise others to follow my lead.
Love the work that they do their friendly staff the rental car place is right in there so theres no worry if you have to leave your vehicle will always use them if I need them

I took my vehicle in for some Front end repair and a scrape on the side nothing major. They are a Geico authorized repair facility so thats why I went there as Geico is my insurer. The repairs took about 2 weeks which wasnt bad. When I went to pick up my vehicle it wouldnt start. Someone left the headlights on. They gave me a jump and got me started. One of my headlights were out and the guy said we didnt touch the headlights. That was not true because the bumper and grill had to be removed to do the repairs. It that was ok Im upgrading the lights anyway. In all the repairs look great but its just little things that need to be paid attention to before delivering vehicles to customer.

Our first impression was absolutely terrible. The male that was listening or so we thought did not address all of the issues that our car had incurred so it just put a bad taste in our mouth... Got another male that helped with our vehicle and he addressed and made all the issues right

They suck and terrible customer service. especially the receptionist that tries so hard to be more than a receptionist when she cant do that correctly. Nasty attitude and lies about how long work will take. no one calls you to say your car is ready.
I would give it a 0 star or even a negative star if I could. Bottom line, this place should be out of business because they think nothing of their promises with their customers.I got in an accident on March 4th. Although I insisted that we fix my car at the Honda dealer, my insurance agent kept arguing that we should take it to Classic Collisions of Stone Mountain. This turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I signed my papers for repair on March 7th, Friday. They gave me an update, predicting the repair would be done by March 23rd. Near that date, they pushed the date to March 31st then April 2nd. Come April 2nd (Wednesday), I gave them a call. They said they forgot to change the date and said it would be done by Friday. Come Friday, no call. And the weekend goes by. I finally gave them a call again on Tuesday (the 8th). They said its not ready and theyll have it done by Friday (the 11th). I called again on Friday. At 12 pm, they said theyre hopeful itll be done and that theyll give me a call. Of course they dont call me so I call. AGAIN.They keep giving me b.s reasons and this time, though the work is finished, the car isnt clean enough. They promised me it will be done by Monday (the 14th) and they will give me a call by 12 pm. OF COURSE they dont call me and I call in again. Now theyre saying theyll give me a call by 4pm. Total bullshit. Cleaning a car takes all day?What angers me most is that I know that theyre not giving their all when it comes to fixing it. My car is not their priority. Ive been getting picture updates and theyre putting maybe 30 minutes of work into it despite my tenacious phone calls. They think well push the date back again.Either set a date you know with certainty you can have it fixed by, or dont give me your word. Really? Cleaning a car takes a full day? Im under 25 so I cant even get a rental car. I have been without a car for more than 40 days. And they keep changing the date. Any how, I have already filed a complaint with nationwide so they dont ever use this shop again and I have filed a complaint with the Governors office of consumer protection.I hope no body makes my mistake. Dont do business with them. They dont value your time and are incompetent when it comes to valuing promises with their customers.
Really hated them. Very bad customer service. Not willing to help at all. They were suppose to give my car back about a month ago, and still havent got it yet and they still havent got my car ready, my car had very small damage, which can take uo to 7 days to fix it, and they have taken a month and 14 days
I spent about 30 minutes here. There was some snafu with my paperwork and they couldnt figure out how to process the insurance paperwork despite giving me the all clear over the phone. No one really knew what was going and, even worse, no one cared. I eventually gave up and left.
