After reading the reviews, I was skeptical but I still took a chance on this company and I’m glad I did! Stan and his sons not only accommodated me but they went over and beyond on repairing my car. I had to have the entire front of my car replaced and they gave me new parts, painted everything and even fixed other minor physical blemishes on the car. The price was affordable and Stan was communicative the entire way, always sending video updates. They truly are a hard working family company. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I was devastated from my accident but when I brought my car to Family Auto Body, Stan was so understanding through my frustrations. The insurance company definitely low balled me to repair my car but Stan didn’t allow that to stop him from going above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired to my complete satisfaction. They were fast, friendly, and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone to them in a heartbeat.

This place is the absolute worst, he is money hungry doesnt know anything about cars acts like it. And what i found out he does work at his own house sick sick person. I car is the same if not worse. He need 2 b out of business.

These guys are the worst. They had my car for 1 1/2 weeks. They charged me 2700.00 and they didn’t do nothing they told me they was ordering all new parts and didn’t they gave me my car back with paint chipping, stuff in my paint and u can still see the deer hair in my paint and not only that they told me to bring my car back and they will fix it and they wasn’t there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOU INSURANCE MONEY THEY NOT WORTH IT!!!

Took a little more time than expected but it was miscommunication with insurance. When we realized the timing would be a costly problem he JUMPED into my repairs and helped me get back to driving. Very professional and has the lowest prices I have seen.I will be back when and if needed and will refer anyone that needs their cars worked on.

Honestly this one star is being generous. I went to get my bumper repair and all they did was spray paint it and put duct tape on it, i didn’t noticed until it rained. I literally would’ve been better off throwing 300 down the drain. And he ever tried to up Charge me. DO NOT go to this place. You might as well just fix your car yourself.

Great experience was informative kept me up to date on repairs and my body work as well as mechanic work was phenomenal and inexpensive ‼️ Five stars

Two stars to be generous. I took my car here to fix the bumper and other minor things this guy is a con artist do yourself a favor and go else where to fix ur car.. he kept saying that the parts were expensive and that I had to pay him more first he gave me a price then kept on changing it with the excuse that the parts this the parts that .. my car has scratches from the buffing runs of paint all over took my car for a wash and the paint started to come off have to get my car repainted all over again terrible terrible job I regret taking my car here

Love love love this body shop . The owner himself, took the time to and had our truck redone in a week. This is literally the best auto place I’ve ever worked with . Paying them was just not enough lol, great family, great business, great people . They take the time to listen to your problem, and def fix the problem and fix it well. Just really really great people, great energy. I would recommend them to everyone if I could lol .

Without Knowing Stan form Adam, I decided to give him a shot. Worst mistake of my life! I dropped my car off to Stan Feb 25th only to get it back a month plus later in piss poor condition. Constantly blaming the parts place for sending him the wrong bumper and other excuses that had absolutely nothing to do with me. Once he finished my car he had me meet him at his home where his boys would detail the car for me... I pull up only to see them with very small buckets of water and dish liquid wiping down my car. Didnt rinse off the dirt or anything! My car has dull spots where he didnt apply enough clear coat, missing reflectors/ rear diffuser, runs where too much clear coat was applied, super glue or epoxy to hold my tail light in place, sanding dust all inside my car and to top it off a check engine light... when you hear or see family auto body do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction! Stan is a con artist!

These guys are frauds!!! They received $4522 from Geico and did not do ANY engine repairs on my 2017 Chevy Malibu that I purchased brand new!!! I took it to the dealership and all of the stuff damaged in the accident is STILL damaged and in need of repair!!! So I have to pay out of pocket!! The dealership also said the repairs to my hood and grill was not done correctly (They are NOT certified) and was poorly done. They have been reported to the GA dept of law and will also be reported to the senate’s office. This is NOT a joke!!! If you want the runaround, bad work, a bunch of excuses, your car driven, they smoke in your car, and file more money through your insurance company. If you think that’s ok, take your car to them. OTHERWISE TAKE IT ELSE WHERE!!!

Did a dam good job. The best we ever had . I would really reccomend coming here. These people are really good. Anybody who wants to get a really good job done and avoid paying a high deductible. I would really reccomend going here. They work there butt off to satisy the customers. If I can give 100 stars I would in a heart beat.

Great shop i had a broken taillight on my nissan murano and they fixed it up quickly and did a great job 10/10 would get my car fixed here again

An idiot hit me at a red light and drove off so I had my car towed to this shop. A very inexpensive collision repair service, given I had to pay it myself.

USUALLY I DONT LEAVE REVIEWS UNLESS MY EXPERIENCE IS REALLY GOOD OR REALLY BAD. THIS TIME EXPERIENCE WAS PHENOMENAL. CHIK-FIL-A LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM A REAL ESTATE AGENT, I NEED MY CAR. THESE GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN LESS THAN A WEEK. THEY ALSO GAVE A FREE LOANER VEHICLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT TO THESE GUYS.

My daughter and I were in a minor parking lot accident that left us with an unsightly dent. Thank you for your hard work. I sure hope I don’t need your collision repair service anymore, but would recommend it to those who do!

In the beginning they used be good i even recommended them,but i dont know what happened to them.i took my infiniti for a minor job,to fix the scratches on the driver door and fix a loose bumper we agreed this should take less than two days i even paid upfront,this turned in to three weeks even after going to him several times he would complain about how he has a toothache and how his sons didnt do a good job.i got tired and requested to get my vehicle back he even left my keys below the tires because he was too embarrassed to meet with me personally he said i should go back when i get time and he will fix it,after trying to get in contact with him and unanswered text i decided to ask for a refund from my bank..DO NOT GO HERE STAY AWAY THEY WILL SMOKE IN YOUR VEHICLE AND DRIVE IT TOO.

Great body work great prices had to come back to have some areas buffed out a second time a few days later little inconvenient but all and all worth it for the price and friendly service

Professional work get the job done quick.

They were able to waive my $500 deductible but I also got some cash back only down side was had to come back a week later to buff out some runs little inconvenience but All in All it was a $800 benefit on my end & totally worth it
