All of the guys that work on the cars are extremely knowlegeble and helpful also. Chris makes you feel like you can ask any question, and he is happy to answer. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that needed new plugs as it hit 100,000 miles. I also had them replace the air filter, oil change, and did a five tire rotate… why do I share all this? So you don’t get ripped off by the Chrysler/Jeep dealership who wanted $350 more for the EXACT same services. Don’t be a sheeple stay away from car dealerships unless under warranty (free).

The reason I had to come to Chris was because Pep Boys couldn’t find the answer and the only person they knew that could solve the issue was Chris and his team. Been going here for years and always had a great experience; however, they are not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. They do good work, affordable, and in the time window they give you, but Im nervous about returning during the pandemic.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THEMOR GO THERE!!!!! This place was the most atrocious storage place we had ever been in our life. Somebody for the call center called us to confirm so we decided to go check the storage space out. We drove up and a some lady gave us the rudest attitude before we even get out of our truck. We parked and attempted to walk in and she walked out and and very rudely and charging at my fiancé said “what do you want” and we said looking for a storage space. She then again very curtly told my fiancé to move the truck, when there is no space to even park a 16 footer box truck in their driveway. We asked to speak to a manger after being dealt with so disrespectful and this same lady said “it doesn’t matter”. This is not any way of talking to any customer especially after you call them to show up to your space. She demonstrated the almost unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if this was the last storage space left. This is not any way of running a professional business. Anyone looking for a storage space save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else. There are much nicer storage units near lilburn area, who have professional and positive attitude people working for them.

We thought that selling throught their shop a second hand cars we would get a reliable car, we took my sister there and she bought a car, paid $3,900 for it and one week later she has a sitting car in her driveway that needs a replacement transmission 😩 that will cost her $3,700. We asked a lot of questions about the car and received a positive feedback from them, we believed and trusted these guys as representing the owner of the vehicle, they all deceived us, they played us good deleting that code. What a scam.👎 DO NOT buy a used car advertised there.

I was VERY pleased with our experience with Chris at Killian Auto. My company had a service technician stranded nearby, both him and myself are from different states (me-Alabama and him-South Carolina). This would have been a good opportunity for someone to take advantage of our situation, but Chris treated us fairly and honestly and got our service technician back on the road very quickly. I would recommend this company to ANYONE! Especially an out-of-state stranded motorist :)

Best car service period!

Took my Taurus in a few weeks ago to have an oil change, alignment and a couple other maintenance issues addressed. Chris and his staff got my car back to running like it was when I bought it. I was also having issue with my brakes making a horrible squealing when I took the parking brake off and put it in reverse. I had taken it to ford previously and they fed me some bs about it being something I just had to live with. Chris immediately knew that it was an issue with the caliper getting hung up and the problem was fixed when I picked it up. I’ll be back for all my service needs.

We had Chris and his guys do a bunch of work on my sons Ford Escort. They did the work well, stood behind their work 100% and worked with us to help minimize costs. Would recommend them to anyone. These are good guys and arent out to beat you like a lot of garages do.

Ive been having trouble finding an honest mechanic in GA since I am an implant and dont know much about cars, took my vehicle here for a battery issue that firestone didnt fix correctly. and all they had to do was tighten some wiring and got me back running and only charged me $50. Thank you for your honest and fast service. I will be using this mechanic going forward.p.s. firestone did reimburse me $50 for not doing the job right the 1st time.

I have had work done at Killian Hill and have been satisfied until my recent experience. The airconditioner suddenly stopped cooling, although the blower was still going. Chris said it needed a new control. The only place he could get it was from the Ford Dealership and the part alone would be $400. The total repair $800. I had a 5% off coupon and paid $752. I was expecting a new part, which I have learned they still make. The mechanic left the tag off the part lying on the floor in front. The part was rebuilt and had been ordered on Ebay with a 1 yr warranty. My son checked the internet and found several of these rebuilt parts. The most expensive found was $229. Some had free shipping and some a lifetime warranty. Im a senior citizen. My car is a 1996 Mercury with 105,000 miles, which I will probably drive until I pass. The tag had a rating on the part A,B,C. My part was rated a B. Chris did say he would warrant the part 2yrs. or 24000 miles. Im very dissapointed and feel like I was over charged for the rebuilt part and taken advantage of. I would never have known, if I hadnt found the tag.
