Looking for parts(12) for 2 identically cars. Had 11/12 for the first car. Had 1/12 for second. Sadly, I have to wait 3-5 days for the rest of the parts, holding up both cars!Helpful and friendly staff was still smiling. Ive never seen a auto parts so busy at 8:30 at night! 12+ customers in line for the 3 counter/cashiers.

This AutoZone is open 24 hours. It has a large parking lot and extra parking on the left side of the building. A key making machine, the same FREE services at other AutoZone’s like check engine light, tool rental etc. Although there were several employees around the registers an immediate greeting wasn’t given. Thankful by the time I got to the end of the store Mr. JUSTIN a manager who was stocking the shelves with product greeted me with a warm welcome asking if he could help me find something. If you need a new battery with a good warranty and FREE installation come to AutoZone. If you need windshield wiper blades and FREE installation or even a headlight or brake light this is the place to come. Reminder, like the sign says.... AutoZone is hiring!

Walked in for a fuse part. Had no clue on which fuse to get. The Spanish guy wasn’t really customer oriented stood in line twice. Got help with locating the correct fuse thanks to Westly!
Same as the other location. Stock inventory was out of date. Ordered a part to only go in and find out they didnt have it. They claimed to have called me but didnt leave a voicemail. If you go through the trouble of calling, leave a voicemail.
The staff is always great! I hope I can help them help me find some more common and easier to get parts soon. They have the best patience with me!

Been a loyal customer to this location for over 6 years recently started noticing these new employees being very rude, disrespectful & very unprofessional you would expect to be treated like a customer & not like some thug off the street.. first thing you notice when you walk in is loud music being played, employees ignoring you & the smell of weed... never coming here again best going to another location.

Not once but every time I go there just to pick up something quick. You always have to get in a long line just to check out with a pick up off the shelf item.. takes 20 minutes to get a quart of oil. Other than that great store.

I have been running around all day trying to get my battery after a cashier forgot to check the delivery box to be delivered to the store close to my home. I ended up having to drive to this location late at night to pick up my battery. I needed to go out of town the next morning. Tony delivered the battery to me and was shocked when I was confused there was no installation, it was close to closing. When he realized he grabbed his cart of tools and headed outside to assist me and worked past 10pm. I truly appreciate him. Thanks Tony!

I ordered online for drive by pickup but didnt hear back. I called and was asked if I could hold. 25 Minutes later I drove to the store still on hold. 40 minutes, total, the phone was reanswed. When I explained the situation I was told, Oh, then an employee up front will help you. I was placed back on hold.Eventually I received my tool for free, ($2.11) that only cost me an hour.This is why I most often shop elsewhere.Why 2 stars? They had the tool I needed.
Walked in here to pick up a part but was greeted with a miserable attitude by a young spanish lady who works here followed by the train wreck of workers blasting music where they had to scream at each other to hear themselves. As I continued with my part pickup the young lady was annoyed that she couldnt comprehend over the last music and continued to mumble and curse under her breath. As a customer I dont want to walk in to a business place and hear cursing as well as loud music thats distracting the other employees by not being able to assist customers.

Call store spoke with sales person. Informed him I have a used part & I would like to return it but I dont have my receipt but I have my card that I purchased it with and its under my number. This is my goto spot to purchase parts for my vehicles. Its open 24/7, conveniently located near me with ample parking and great service. They check your batteries and troubleshoot issues with your vehicles for free and on the spot. There may be some wait time in the line though as they are normally busy.

The first time I got a ride out here the man that helped me sold me the wrong alternator even though I gave him the correct year, make, model and engine size. Me and my dad have been coming here for years and normally had a decent experience. However in the past year or so the service her has gone quickly downhill. It seems that they have been hiring/transferring lazy, unmotivated employees. If you want to do a warranty be careful because they may or may not come up with a way not to honor it. There has also been times where i have been straight up ignored by the staff there. Which is why If i do need a part from here I always try to go to a different store because i was tired of having the hassle of not knowing if i was going to have a pleasant or unpleasant experience.

First time at this autozone and was happy with the service. Walked in, inquired about a battery replacement and the CSR was outside working on my battery as soon as I paid. Whole process was about 30 minutes, my battery was stuck. Poor guy was struggling in the heat, but he got it! Did not feel pressured to buy anything extra. Yes, its more expensive than going to Walmart, but I feel like you get better quality. Thanks Autozone!

I’ve been a customer at this location for quite sometime and every single time that I have stopped by I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. The employees here are curtious, kind and knowledgeable on a variety of mechanical issues. I’m especially fond of the free battery checks and windshield wiper replacement that they do at no cost. Another plus is that they’re open 24hrs!!! The guys and gals don’t disappoint when it comes to get it done right the first time.
Took them over 2 hours to get 1 part for my car dont ever go here they dont know how to treat there customers poor service I wouldnt record this location. Horrible please stay away

Great customer service! Tony B was wonderful to work with. I had a dead battery. This was my third store to go to. In fact, I just got home a few minutes before 10p. This AutoZone location at 4150 Highway 29 in Liburn, GA is open 24 hrs. I definitely needed their help after my car battery died at work. Tony B worked on my car for a good 30 mins. He even made sure I had the right battery after another location gave me the wrong read out. Tony B was very knowledgeable and funny. Im blessed that he was able to help me that late in the evening when most stores closed at 9p.
This particular location is the DC so they are pretty much always on point, plus the employees at this location are actually quite knowledgeable when it comes to repair and very helpful and friendly.
They were fast, professional, and eager to help me. They also took the time to use their code reader on my car and then come back and look them up, explain the codes meant, check pricing and availability, and then print all this information out and gave it to me.So I left armed with all the information I needed to make informed decisions about how to repair my car.They really are the best AutoZone Ive been to in Atlanta!One of the best experiences Ive ever had at an auto parts store.

Dont Trust them to Charge your battery they just put it to the side and will try to sell you a new one. When you just need a charge this has happened to me Twice at this Location. Took my battery to the competitor down the street after actually charging my batter my car crank just fine.
Very convenient in being 24 hours. Every time I go to this store I find exactly what I need, and if I can’t find something there is always someone to help. Also seems to be one of the stores that is always stocked with what you need!
Horrible service. The employees have no idea what theyre doing and repeatedly gave me the wrong part even though I gave them year, make, and model of the vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went to buy one quart of power steering fluid.No assistance. Found 7 people working. None of them was interested in customers. Two clerks and 6 customers in line waiting. Everyone was doing the most unnecessary jobs like setting up the shelves dusting cleaning walking in n out. It took me 20 minutes to check out . no sorry no excuse
It took a long time to get help. I was looking for windshield wipers. After they were able to assist me, I had to go find the wipers and then get back in a long line to check out.

Drove an hour to pick up a CV axle for one of our old BMWs. Checked to see if it was in stock; verified that they had TWO. Cashier checked when we arrived and again verified TWO in stock. She disappeared to the stock room for at least 10 minutes and returned to tell us she could call around to see who else had one. We said we were told there were two in stock before we traveled an hour to the store. She said she just couldnt find them becausethere are a lot of pallets back there. She said shed check again, and left is for another 10 minutes, returned to ask another cashier who came over and looked at the computer and said theyre on the inventory list but theyre on a different truck that hasnt arrived yet. (He didnt look at us while he said this.)Very disappointing experience, to be lied to because they either didnt understand their inventory or couldnt be bothered.#notthefirsttimethishappenedatautozone
All I can say is the trip served its purpose. We found what we were looking for. I found it more than a little off putting that none of the 3 employees bothered to acknowledge (let alone offer to help us) until we went to checkout. (It was 10pm and 2 other customers so its not like they were busy)
