Left my car for an oil change and a filter. Everything was fine until I got in to drive home. The electric seat was adjusted all the was back and would not come back up. When I went back in to ask what could be done, I was told that the tech was tall, and that “it’s an old car, dude”. I drove it home with great difficulty (straight shift car). When I got home I jiggled the seat around some and it started working again, but was left with a strong feeling of “Customer Non Service”.

Very professional attitude and honest. The manager had 2 people call out and he didnt mind dropping everything to do an emission test for me. I was treated so well I sent my son up there to have an emissions test the next day and my son said he was treated as if they had always known him. I highly recommend!

I love NAPA Lilburn Auto Center! I can always trust them with anything that my car needs because after they fix it, I never have any further issues so I know they always speak the truth and have plenty of work ethic. They also arent ridiculously expensive like other auto shops, I know that they always provide reasonable prices for their services. Denis is the guy that always speaks to the customer and he has great customer service; hes very honest and professional. I would totally recommend this auto center for anyone looking to find somewhere reasonable, honest, and professional.

Staff was nice and communicated well. We waited several days before writing this review to ensure all mechanical operated fine as much work was done (brakes pads replaced, oil change, radiator flush, transmission service, engine tune up) and all Mechanical seems to be fine.However, leather seat & console damaged and GPS power cable & iPhone power cable cut. We showed The service rep this and they explained that a rodent must have damaged leather (but happened at this shop sometime during the vehicles 4 day stay, so beware). Cables Being cut was explained as the car having a poor design where cables can be cut when closing center console. But know that I had no problems for 9+ years, so figure service carelessness.Husband personally repaired/spliced cables, but leather is damaged.

I ask for repairs up to standard operating performance. Thats what CB, Dennis and team are doing. Each intake for work is star a ⭐ performance. We are keeping it moving right.

Probably one of the friendliest and most welcoming places Ive ever been too. CB the one you gotta ask for though. He gonna get you right. I was worried about dropping my mustang gt over there but when i called to get a quote i was instantly comfortable and ready to drop my car off. Service was A1 and was completed soooo much faster then i thought it was gonna take. I will DEFINITELY be going there whenever i need my car worked on.

Appreciate getting an actual appointment time for my car repair. Getting email reminders of the appointment is super helpful. The front desk person, Dennis, is courteous and professional. The work done is explained well. The waiting room is clean with comfy chairs. This was our second time to bring a car to Lilburn Auto, and we plan to do additional work with them in the future.

After 2 mis-diagnosis of my vehicle I remembered a former client who owned Lilburn Auto Center. Appreciating her kindness I decided to call. I didnt reach her but did reach the shop mgr. Although they would prefer not to work on a Fiat he accepted my car and made me feel instantly secure in the fact that he knew what he was doing. And he did!! Gave me good advice and got my little green machine going without anything more than a starter. He is my hero and Lilburn Auto Center is the only place I will go. I always get excellent attention here. Being a single, elderly female it is difficult to find automotive repair places you can trust to be honest. I have never felt I was taken advantage of or given false information at Lilburn Auto Center. Have been using them for over a decade.

Had a wonderful experience! I had let my front brakes go too long due to financial problems and they were so good about trying to make it safe for me to drive again, but not go over my budget. And the 3 hours I had to wait i met the most loyal customers that speak so highly of the business. I know where I’m going for my car work now.

Highly dissatisfied. Dennis was very unprofessional from the initial phone call. He was slightly condescending face to face, but i was able to dismiss it for the most part. We had an appointment for a Thursday afternoon. I got off of work early and made the necessary arrangements for a ride home. When i arrived, he said he overbooked himself and needed to reschedule. I rescheduled kindly, despite being inconvenienced, and came back the following Wednesday. He quoted me for a $3000 worth of repairs. I only did the minimum until i could evaluate the quote better. After driving my car for a week, I started to smell a STRONG oil smell. It was giving me headaches, and causing my son discomfort. I couldnt tell where it was coming from as it was strongest when i stopped at lights. When my husband and I looked under the hood, we noticed that his team left the oil cap off. I had been spewing oil for over a week at that point. When i called to ask Dennis for a refund on the oil and discuss other options for refunds due to this mistake, he was highly defensive and mocked me for even asking. I kept my composure and told him that I would contact his corporate office. He laughed, said they’re not going to do anything for me, and hung up on me. I am reporting him to the BBB and will be contacting his corporate office. I was able to find someone highly recommended and quoted me half the price for the same services.

Came here to do alignment.fast and courteous.price was average but had me in and out in about an hour for an alignment when other places had much longer wait.will be back for more services.

They did offer me products and services which which were relevant after a thorough inspection and not just blindly upselling as some places often do. The repairs were timely and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Follow through has been great!

When I drop off my car for service I ask them to do whatever is needed. They never take advantage of the open door and call me before doing anything. This is a mixed review. First, Lilburn Auto Center took my car in to check out the a/c on short notice, couldnt find an a/c problem, and charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee. All good. I appreciate that they didnt make something up & the people I dealt w/were all very nice. But they did say I needed motor mounts, as in more than one. I had to pick up the car, but I was told they would figure an estimate & get back to me. They never called me back. In the end I went to another nearby shop, needed 1 motor mount & the repair was complete in less than 2 hours. They were also very reasonable, couldnt find a problem w/the a/c & actually completed the repair. Ill stick w/the 2nd place.

Stopped in for a minor repair to a gravel flap and the polite gentleman put a temporary fix on it and told me how to have my nephew fix it because it was very simple and easy and would cost only a few dollars. I tried to give him some $ for his time and advice but he refused, wow thats service!

I needed serpentine belts replaced on my GMC Yukon XL. I already had the new belts and just needed someone with the tools and expertise to put them on. I made an appointment to have the work done a few days after my initial visit. I brought my vehicle at the appointed day and time. They did the work while I waited and charged a reasonable price for the labor. I was satisfied with the experience.

Weve taken our Toyota cars to Lilburn Auto for over ten years and weve had an excellent experience every time. They are extremely knowledgeable and always give us the best advice. We highly recommend Lilburn Auto Center for any car repairs you may need.

Absolutely the worst service and non repair I have ever experienced. My truck was in Lilburn auto shop for three weeks, and when I was told it was ready for pickup the repairs was not done. However, the manager want to charge me more money for service not rendered. If I could rate this place a zero, I would! I will never visit this shop again EVER.

Finding a place to have your car worked on is always a hit or miss proposition. Ive only been to Lilburn Auto Center twice but both times I was treated with respect, was given a list of services that needed to be done and what it would cost to do these repairs. I will be using Lilburn Auto as my primary car care from now on with the knowledge that I can trust what they tell me and they will get the work done in a timely manner.

Took my van here today for service. Not only did they get it fixed and got it to pass the emissions test for a very reasonable rate, when I didnt have a ride back to get it they arranged for someone to pick me up and bring me to the shop. Ive been taking my vehicles to Dennis and Bob for as long as Ive lived the area, around 10 years. Dennis, who has an awesome name, is excellent about explaining whats wrong and what your options are for remedying your cars ailments. My lack of know-how and my experience with other shops in the past, put my trust-sensor on high alert when dealing with a service center; but Dennis and Bob consistently put me at ease and made me feel comfortable that I wasnt being taken advantage of. I dont trust any other mechanics around, like I do these guys.

Im so glad to have found these guys on Google, they are professional, knowledgeable, and very affordable. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from CB the manager, Im so used to dealing with rude mechanics who dont want to take the time to explain things but he took the time to go over all the details and handled everything accordingly. I will definitelytel be using this shop for all my car needs.

Ive had great service and advice from the Lilburn Auto Center folks. I brought my car in for a 3-month service and told Dennis that I felt the struts needed replacing, but he advised against and suggested it was a tire problem instead. The tire was fixed and the car has handled well since. They could have charged he hundreds more, they didnt and now Lilburn Auto is the only place I go for car service.

Very friendly and helpful, they were able to fix my tire without making an appointment.

Dennis and his team were helpful, quick, and honest. He explained everything that needed to be done and what prices to expect. In working with Lilburn Auto as I went to them for a second opinion and found Stone Mountain Volkswagen tried to fib they way into my pocket by saying the repairs needed were $600 and was a simple fix for less than $100.Ad on review; Went back for another service with them in July. They went over and beyond yet again. So, I brought in my other car tge next day for service. I trust their work and their pricing for the services performed!!

Dennis is by far the best mechanic that Ive had the pleasure to meet. I mean that in both the mechanical and personal aspect. Dennis and his employees were very friendly from start to finish. My car had a horrible engine noise that was hard to diagnose and yet I had my car back in a day.I usually dont write reviews, but this is one business that I feel really deserves it.

The work Lilburn Auto Center has done on my car has been consistently excellent. I love that they are always ready to take you at the exact time of your appointment. Also I have a prickly 2007 BMW with a mind of its own but Dennis always knows what to do to fix the problem. Lilburn Auto Center has my highest recommendation.

It is always a great experience going into Lilburn Auto. They always greet you with a smile. Answer all my questions, even the crazy ones. They are professional, honest and know what they are doing. I appreciate the attention they give to me and my vehicle.

Diagnosed my car as having a bad rear differential and wanted $1500 to put a used one in. I told them I had just had the rear differential rebuilt by a different shop and it was still under warranty. I went back to that shop and they confirmed that it was my FRONT differential that was bad and so I had them repair it for me. Fortunately, I only lost the $50 diagnostic fee at Lilburn Auto Center, but I wont be going back.

AAA Auto Club pointed me to Lilburn Auto Care when my Honda broke down on the interstate. I had never used this shop and they had never seen my car. They repaired my issue at a very fair price and advised me on regular maintenance that was needed. They also found the cause for a pesty problem I had been having for years and repaired it. Great customer service. This will now be my shop of choice.

I have three vehicles I use for my business, and I do not want one of them to get me stranded somewhere far from home late some cold and rainy night. Lilburn Auto Service is my insurance policy against having this happen to me. These guys do a thorough job and their prices are fair.

Im very pleased with Lilburn Auto Center and feel confident when my wife goes in for service that they will do a good job at a fair price and that they will not try to sell her on things she doesnt need or try to get her to buy a product or service more expensive than she really needs.Before moving our business to there I checked several sites to see comments about the Auto Center. Also, on my first visit I met several customers who have been doing business there for 15+ years.

This is the worst place to go, they don’t know anything about the german cars. I went for alignment and engine crank, SRS light, they charged me $181 labor and $90 parts. Did not do the alignment and the SRS light is still on. Only the engine crank is fixed, half way fixed. I had to go to the dealer to replace they parts.They want your money ... bad experience

Over priced and not very honest

They are awesome! Had an issue with my Toyota Camry and had it towed on Christmas Eve. I was told upfront that they could get the diagnostic done that day, but it probably wouldnt be ready until the following Monday. Well about 2 hours later I received a call stating that the issue was minor and that my car would be ready in an hour if I ok the repairs. Of course I said yes. My car was in at 10:45 and done at 1:30. The staff was friendly and I saved 10% with my AAA discount. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

I found this auto repair center using AAA. I had my timing belt, water pump, fan belts, power steering fluid and antifreeze replaced. I was given an estimate beforehand and was kept advised about the work in progress. The shop did a good job at a fair price. I will use them again in the future when my car needs to be serviced.

Weve been having Lilburn Auto handle our cars since we moved here 14 years ago. They keep up with the preventative maintenance schedule, they explain clearly what needs to be done and why, and dont seem to suggest expensive, unneeded repairs. Weve had no major breakdown of our cars in all these years, which I attribute to keeping them up with their preventative maintenance.

Overall had a great experience. Had shocks/struts & a 4-wheel alignment done on a Honda CRV and their price was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. I found this shop on repairpal and will continue to use them as long as were in the area. Dennis kept me updated throughout the repair process and he gave me a full estimate up front and there were no surprises in the final cost.

We was looking for a new automotive place after yours closed. I just found it. I have had work done here twice with excellent customer service and prices.

They are honest and find the problem the first time. There No pass no pay emissions program involves them reading the emissions results and figuring out what caused the problem and knowing exactly what it takes to get your car to pass. Also excellent for problems which baffle other mechanics.

Ive used Lilburn-Auto without incident on many occasions over the years. Unfortunately - this particular occasion (most recently) - the timeframe which I was told to expect service continued to get pushed back and never done; but diagnostic still got paid.

They are always friendly. They tell me when the work suggested by the dealership or tire store is not really needed.

Do not recommend. Heard a whirrling noise from the engine & took it to this center to check if it was something serious. I waited for 2 hours before one of the guys finally did a 5 min front end inspection. They could not find any issue, but still charged me $50 + tax for their labor. Outrageous. If there was no issue & you were assisting other customers for 2 hours, this labor cost is ridiculous. Do not come here and do not hand over your key to them for any reason without getting a FREE quote first.

Good work, good price, and honest, friendly mechanics. Have been there twice in the past year for repairs on 2 different cars and both times received very good service.

Always willing to go the extra mile. We have had 5 different cars in here and now that our daughters have two of those cars, they are still running tip top. Always will tell you if there are other issues you need to look at to save potential labor on taking the same part off to get to another problem later down the road.
