Great people the only place I trust in Lilburn for my front end alignments or to have tires mounted

They are always polite and respectful. I trust them to work on any of my vehicles and will take them here 1st! Rebuilding a 71 c20 and a so called reputable place in mountain park said it would be $12,000. I needed a bew motor and rebuild transmission. Bill, the owner, said I like ro try to fix the most obvious and simplest things first ... my bill is $1,900. I cant remember the last time I got full service when I stopped to get gas but this place does it!

I had a repair here in early August. Paid $250 to repair intake tubes on my engine.The repair failed within 200 miles. When I went to replace the tube myself, I found that only one side was broken. And the repair was some glue and tape. For $250. I replaced both sides myself for $110.

Their customer service is top tier and they are at a very convenient/accessible spot.

I have been going to Lilburn Chevron for about 2 years. These guys are the best and the truth. They work on my monte carlo and my bmw. It is like a family going here. They take good care of you and they treat with respect and dignity. The best car shop in Georgia.

This place isnt exactly that close to me but well worth the drive. The staff is extremely customer centric which isnt all that common at other shops. No high pressure up-saling but do offer you the best parts for the job, for you to make the best decision for your car.

My first few experiences have been pleasant. Dropped my Infiniti, Volkswagen and Mazda off because they are one of the few places that if you bring in your own oil and filter will change it for you. Later on brought my vehicle back for a new battery. They were very competitive in their pricing including labor.Their time estimates are a bit off but Im okay with that because I rather a job get done properly rather than quickly and sloppy.

As always, I was greeted quickly and when I asked for Harris, they went and found him immediately and he stopped what he was doing to come talk to me. I explained my problem and he said he could not only fix it, but quickly. I had mentioned I had a trip to make that day. While I waited, Harris personally took care of my issue and even fixed a related but separate issue at no charge. I was charged very little for labor and very fair prices for parts. This is indicative of a typical visit to this Chevron. I have been going here for years, and I even take my elderly mothers car here for service when she is in town, and they always work quickly on hers knowing she doesnt live here. Harris has always taken the time to talk to me, explain the issues, tell me what will happen if I choose not to fix it, and NEVER pressures me into additional services. I have met Bill a few times but it seems he works behind the scenes a bit more, but he is friendly as well and extremely helpful while Harris seems to be the face of the garage and he does it well. In addition, they still offer full service gas fill ups at certain pumps. The locations is convenient. Ive been going here through two cars in sixteen years, and I will continue as long as they are open and Harris is working at the shop. I highly recommend this Chevron service station and think it should be a model for others.Let me also say, ALL the staff are friendly and helpful - I did not mean to leave anyone out in my praise of Harris - every staff member I have encountered has the same friendly and helpful attitude and makes me feel valued each time I visit.Kudos to the entire staff of this shop.

Stopped and asked to buy a gallon of coolant bc my engine was overheating and running low, they said it be five dollars for a quart. They brought me an old used container full of a clear liquid and tried to pass it off as concentrated coolant. I paid for it anyway and said thank you since it was only five bucks but I wouldnt trust them if my life depended on it.

This is a shop you can trust your entire family with. My mom and dad have brought their vehicles here for 30 years. I am 29 now, and continue to bring my vehicles here. They have worked on our Fords, Chevys, Land Rovers, Jaguars, BMWs, Porsches, Jeeps, Subarus and so the list goes on. Mark and Bill have always been the nicest of people and truly care about you and your vehicle. They have gone out of their way countless times to give us the highest quality of service. This is what a Full Service Station was always supposed to be and is the only place I trust with my vehicles.

The gentlemen at Lilburn Chevron really took care of me when my service truck wouldnt start this morning. They dispatched a tow truck and picked up the truck right away. After a few hours, they were able to diagnose the problem, replace the bad part, and get me back on the road in no time. They are honest people who do good work. A friend recommended I take my vehicle to this location. My vehicle had an electrical problem, where the engine would not start. The distributor was replaced for $800. It was recommended that I have the plugs, wires replaced and to get a tune up. I elected to hold off. The vehicle would run when I got it back, but sounded rough at times. I took it back. I was told I needed a new catalytic converter, even though I never saw black smoke coming out. Again I was told I might need new plugs, wires and a turn up, but I decided against. The converter was $1,100. After the second time the vehicle still didnt run right. I did not want to take it back to them and elected to wait until I could get the vehicle back to my hometown mechanic. The service engine light came on before I could take it to my mechanic, as the vehicle never stopped running rough. I went to the local auto store to have the code read. The code said the 2 cylinder was not firing. I bought new plugs for it. When I went to change out the plug I saw the boot for the 2nd cylinder was not connected to the plug. I can not prove they did it, but I will never go back to them. There just is no way the boot simply came off. The vehicle has been running smooth ever since I reconnected the boot. I seriously doubt I needed the catalytic converter replaced.

20 years ago I needed an engine serviced. I first compared prices. This place was one of the least costly. Lilburn Chevron has now serviced our two cars for 20 years with never a problem.

I took my 2011 Chevy Aveo into the station because the AC was not working. I was given a quote by Harris for $924.30 to replace the compressor. The price was 606.98 for parts and $250.00 dollars for labor. After further talking to Harris he told me it was best to replace the evaporator, dryer, expansion valve. He showed me all the components that needed to be replaced to be safe and explained there might be debris in the systems. I asked that the total labor would be he told me it would be higher. It might be as much as double. I checked around and could buy the parts myself a lot cheaper. I called Harris and asked it he would put if my aftermarket parts for the same price. He assured me, he would. Before I ordered the parts I called Harris a second time to make sure all the parts he would need to complete a successful repair. I ordered the parts and then took the car and parts to him. I then talked to Bill. Bill tells me that the labor would be $1025.00. After many phone calls we were offered $825.00. I elected to not let him repair my car. When we picked the car up Bill would not tell us his last name and did not act very professional. He called me and my wife a liar that Harris did not quote that price. I tried to fax the receipt to him but he told me not to worry he found the original quote. He told me if it was not written down than he did not have to honor anything. I asked to speak to Harris and I was told that he (Bill) was the owner and he made the decision. I think this was the most unprofessional place I have had to deal with.

Its so nice to get the right diagnosis!After getting conflicting remedies, I knew it was time to see Lilburn Chevron, Bill and his team. Sure enough, the MAP sensor CEL code was due to misrouted vavuum hoses. Yeah!! The blinking CEL, a fuel injector issue. My engine was not compromised. Clarity is sanity. I feel relieved, and clear now as to how to proceed. Thank you!😊
