I absolutely love these people! They are a family owned business and understand times get tough. Rosa and Diana are freaking amazing and i will be referring all of my friends here. They were beyond helpful when it came to putting me in a vehicle. Everytime i called and spoke to someone they were more than willing to speak to me and never sounded agitated. The most polite and professional people ive ever dealt with. Ive had my car for over a year and its still running like new. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Would not recommend this business. Very unprofessional and unorganized. The lady is ignorant and doesn’t want to do her job. Literally have had to BEG for a title and have gotten the run around. Also couldn’t get anyone on the phone for a MONTH my tag is expired I can’t drive my 8k car and until I apologize to the lady for calling her names I can’t get my title processed. Save yourself the headaches

Bought a car from this family and I am amazed at how great they are. I wanted an extra key and they sent someone out to me without charging me a dime or making me go out of my way. I know this isnt much for a lot of people, but to me this says a lot. They didnt have to do this. They also negotiate! I got my Dodge Challenger at a great! price.

STAY AWAY! CON MAN AND THIEF!In September, I bought a 2006 f150 from Javier at Rivera auto for 6k. I was told he would finance and I liked the truck so when I was ready to sign the papers they said they couldnt finance because it wasnt their vehicle as they were selling the truck for a customer. I paid for the truck and asked if they could give some kind of warranty. They said they couldnt but Javier would fix whatever was wrong with the vehicle for free unless it was something major in which case, he would work with me. Fast forward a year later and I had to pay 1000 for a vct cancellation, otherwise the truck wouldnt run. I had Riviera do it because my mechanic couldnt figure out the problem and didnt have the right computer to do it with. When I got the truck back from Riviera, they told me they had cleaned out my catalytic converters for me... They took all the high dollar scrapable metal out of the cats and welded them back up. 4 months later, the engine locks up on me, 6k later the suspension breaks down. Ive spent almost 20k on repairs for this truck in the past year and havent been able to get anyone to answer a call since they cleaned out my cats for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEF. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Would not recommend conducting business with these individuals. Very unprofessional, rookie-like and have zero concept of organization regarding paperwork. You will have to beg for your title and your tag will be expired until they finally respond and then they will have to email you a temp tag. I was then harassed by DIANE (owners wife) via text because I got law enforcement involved on my $14000 investment...I paid then the full amount cash first day and they claimed I was short a few hundred....had my money counter count it three times before I left the house...scammers. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to the individuals. They’ll take your money no problem but then will turn around and scorn you for asking questions regarding YOUR title, tag and paperwork

Worst experience of my life. First the paper work was not submitted right which then delayed me from getting my tag for car its been almost a year and I havent received my title. They made me pay 10 years of taxes which the car didnt even last the first year. My car leaks when it rains and it causes the wiring to further damage and inside to smell from mold. The alternator went out on the car and I cant even put it in reverse. I have 3 kids and completely just lost out on $5,000 I really didnt have. Please save yourself the headache and go else where. Complete disaster. Run as fast as you can. These are scammers for sure. Im going to file charges as soon as I get the chance.

Javier and his team did some work on my BMW and they did an amazing job. You can really tell they know what they are doing and they will do everything they can to take care you and your car. Purchased a car a month ago, no problems with the car but having problems getting tag and title and they are not answering my phone calls. I’m on my temp tag extension and when that runs out I’m screwed. They are very unprofessional when I comes to getting tag and tiltle!! Getting lawyer to draw up papers now to take to court 12/12/2020

Just got a 2011 Ford escape and Im so happy and satisfied with my car. The process was very easy and they really care about their customers. They detailed the car for me etc. It is a used car dealership so it may have a few minor things going on but overall this car rides good. Thank you Rivera auto sales. My kids and I are so content ! 😍

The shop and owner are very professional and reasonably priced. They have proved to me they know their stuff. They repaired a 95 BMW for a fraction of what I was originally quoted. They will be getting all my business going forward, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I usually do not like to review dealerships until a few months down the road for obvious reasons. I purchased my 2010 Hyundai Genesis from Riveras Automotive about 8 months ago, cash at a great price with low miles. Since then my car has only needed its regular oil changes (done by Riveras Automotive. At a MUCH better price then any other shop I have shopped around for). I am very pleased with the customer service I have been provided with throughout all these months. The friendliness of this small company will not change down the road like other dealerships I have purchased cars from. I highly recommend. Will be returning to purchase my twin daughters cars from here very soon.

In 2018 they sold me 2015 Nissan Versa Note with 4 accidents on it and didn’t give a Carfax report. Told me that it had no accidents, but in Carfax report I can see that they purchased it damaged after the last front end accident.

I very seldom do reviews but my son looked them up on Facebook, I was very leary at first. But when we got there and tested drove the car it was a Ford Fusion. I couldnt have been more happy with level of professionalism. They were fast and efficient and were very nice and HONEST about everything and very genuine at making sure we were happy with the car. Purchased the car right then and there. He is still very happy with the car...NO PROBLEMS

They sold my wife a can back in March 2019 and the van has yet to be registered. She has gone to the Tag Office on (3) different occasions and was unsuccessful with getting her tag or title. They were very misleading just to get you to purchase. Were looking to file There by deception charges against them. Stay away from these scum bags.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Instead of fixing up a car the right way, they slap a Band-Aid on it and let you drive off the lot only for it to break down. Then ignore your phone calls and take no responsibility for it. Oh & still no title...

Worst place to buy a car I do not recommend anyone buy a car from this place they sale cars that run for a week and then brake down and they won’t fix them or even return your phone calls.
