James was in charge of signing the paperwork and I was in and out of his office in about 20 minutes. He thoroughly explained every document I was signing and was knowledgeable about the warranty experience. He helped me make the best choice for my living experience. Worst place I EVER bought a Car.a 2013 srt8 they first fixed the leaking water pump after I drove it to North Carolina to let KEEFER JEEP a heck the car .who told me the transfer case was going out and the KEYS where after market I have to spend 2,600 to fix transfer case AFTER the mechanic SAID he check the car.Also had to do a brake job the FIRST month I had the truck.OMAR is HORRIBLE and hangs up the phone ON CUSTOMERS I called to see about getting the truck fixed he told me TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the vehicle 🤯 After I put DOWN 4k I would advise EVERYONE to get a better look at the car BEFORE you buy cause this is a LEMON FACTORY.

I was on a car search months and could not find what I needed for my family. While on the lot with Phil this car came in with 3rd row seats, sun roof and moon roof, dvd, bluetooth, and under 95k miles within my budget! He was awesome with assisting us as we were leaving the next day for vacation. No pushy sales pitch, no unneeded warranty, and the price in comparison to other lots and sites was on target. The next day a couple came in looking for the very car we had on hold, thankfully we pulled the trigger prior to their arrival!We then worked with Benjamin who was a rockstar. He communicated while we were away, completed the auto inspection, shined it up and had it ready for when we returned. There are a few minor cosmetic pieces we needed to replace that are on backorder from the warehouse, but the team has handled everything professionally with 5 star service.I financed with my own bank, not through the dealer, so no comments on their finance process besides the person who assisted us with the title, registration and check submission was prepared and we had no issues.

The way Automax Atlanta gets good reviews is the salesperson has the customer write a review at the time of the sale, so of course most people will write a good review when the salesperson is looking over their shoulder. Demetris, or DJ, the salesperson, has the worse customer service skills and will forget you once the sale is done. The sales manager is the same. Both completely lack integrity and honesty. The price on Car Gurus is not the actual price you’ll be charged, either. Check any car over completely! Check oil, and all other fluids. My in-cabin air filter was filthy and putting out an unpleasant odor and I didn’t catch it at the time of sale because it was cool when I test drove the car. I asked them to have the car and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up and was told it would be, but it wasn’t and I spent nearly three hours there. I got a call a few days ago that the car needed an emissions test in order to register it, could I bring it in? No way, I live 30 miles away! Yet they won’t send me the money to have an emissions test done, and I’ve yet to get my $20.00 tag that I was charged $43.00 to get by Automax Atlanta. Such a low class operation.

Nobody return you phone calls after the vehicle is sold.The extended auto warranty costumer service I wont recommended.Some of the vehicles have suspension rust issues so make sure to look for that..In my case my vehicle came just with one key and it was a copy I never had this happening to me before I bought new and used vehicles before and they always have more than just a one keyAnd especially not a copy

My husband an I did everything we were supposed to do... we signed our contracts AND got a warranty only to get a call a week later that the bank we signed with pulled out and that another bank wouldnt take a warranty.... THEY ASKED FOR 2000 UP FRONT to cover a warranty that we were under the impression that we already bad...NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS LATER WE NEED A NEW ENGINE!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK its not just about the customer service because the customer service was great at first THESE VEHICLES ARENT SAFE

Our car buying experience went fine. Living out of state, they were good about handling everything online and the car was pristine when we went to pick it up. However, we were assured taxes/title/license was all taken care of. Except for getting hit with a $190 bill at our county office when we went to pick it up, and our rep at Automax kept saying his licensing department was working to find out what happened, but nobody ever called us back, no matter how many times we went back to our agent. Same experience when less than 60 days after buying the car, it needed $7k of repairs in spite of a $4000 warranty purchased through Automax. Rep wouldnt return our calls then either. Admittedly, my tone wasnt cheerful, but I was never disrespectful or rude, just wanted to see if we had any options, but was repeatedly blown off (and called sweetheart...first I chalked it up to a southern thing, but there may have been some misogyny in there in retrospect.) So, buy your car here, itll probably be a good experience. But if it doesnt go super-smooth, you will be persona non gratis. Good luck.

I’m excited to say I purchased my 2014 Range Rover Evoque a few weeks ago. I wasn’t happy about how when immediately I noticed a problem after driving off the lot, the sales person made excuses and then said oh I don’t work on cars. I was happy to speak to the owner. Omar will go above and beyond to make sure that if it was a preexisting problem, he will fix it within reason. He has been very helpful and very tentative in communication. Not one car off his lot has he not offered his service. I’ve even read the reviews on how he still communicate with the others who has purchased from him. Yes inspect and test drive the cars. Keep in mind the cars are sold as is and anyone is lucky he even offers his assistance!

This was my first experience car shopping with Automax Atlanta and I must say that the experience was a fairly good one. While doing a thorough search online, after filtering based on the make, trim, price range etc, the 2018 Lexus GS-350 kept showing up. This led me to Automax in order to test drive the vehicle. I was Very impressed. I loved the car inside and out, but I pointed out that the tires were all made my difference manufacturers which would effect the drive..and there were 3 scratches on the driver side front bumper. The owner told the Salesman that he would have 4 new tires installed for me, and would also send the car to a bodyshop to be cleaned up if I decided to purchase the vehicle. They kept their word and fixed me up real nice..Lastly, I took my vehicle to a Lexus dealership in order to have a detailed 27 point inspection done on it. The car checked out to be in Excellent condition and they did not give me any recommendations on exceptions that were found. This means that Automax sold me a very Quality vehicle which is the most important thing at the end of the day. Especially when buying a used vehicle. This dealership has very nice cars on their lot. You will be thoroughly impressed. The salesmen/saleswomen are very personable as well!

We highly recommend Automax Atlanta. My wife and I drove down from Knoxville and purchased a featured 2015 BMW 435ix. The car was just as advertised online, and our salesperson, Tasha, was great. The atmosphere was laid back with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle pricing was fair with very competitive finance options. Best of all - there were no high pressure sales pitches for the car, extended warranties or other extras. Wed buy from Automax again.

Horrible customer service Stay Away!!Sold us a van that they knew failed the emission test one day before and refused to get the issue resolved. We told the person to hold the TAG till Friday which she agreed to we were taking take of the stuff they messed up. I send the emission report on Friday morning and the lady had already sent the TAG to DMV. Horrible customer service with no ownership for their mistakes!!

This place is run by scam artists. I would give zero star review if I could. Price was increase by $10,000 from 25000 to 35,000 as we were process for test drive, despite of calling them twice to ensure availability and price before making this 1 hour drive. If this is the way to bring customers on the site then there is a law suit needs to happen. Who knows what else they lie about to get customers in.Screen shot included. You have been warned.

Shawn was cool. But firm no negotiating policy. Small lot. Typical rusty rotor trap toys with a inaccurate illustration of high a demand limited quantity to justify firm marked up price. Absolutely no concept of PDI or even basic TLC while the cars rot in the lot. Oh they did state they have a technician but not on site and that will inspect every single concern prior to completing the sale. Lastly, price at the lot was 2k more on sticker than car gurus. These are paper cars low miles, old but still current model year body lines, cars are an average 4 to 5 out of ten..kinda ragged out, enough for a lot margin but not substantially worth their while to fix and put on the lot however for a small dealer they can still that can be flipped. There is a difference between a car lot and a dealership. The above mentioned are obvious ques.

I have never left a review before. So this should let everyone know how serious I am. These guys are terrible . Do not waste your time. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle to buy, the next morning they called me (after I was 40 minutes down the road) to tell me it got sent out for inspection. When I asked to speak with a manager I received attitude from one of there “supervisors” and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and keep in mind I was going to BUY this car. I typically have low standards for customer service so this is not me being a “karen”. I was pre approved and ready to buy… clearly they do not care about selling cars.

The place is really nice. Cars are very nice and high quality. Everyone there is very nice and polite. The salesman we had Moe, was amazing. He hooked us up and took care of us right away. Moe was by far one of the best salesman Ive ever had to work with. Automax is definitely worth your time.

Absolutely the worst service! We were ready to buy the vehicle after looking high and low. Communication was bad from the beginning via text messages. Our sales person was never available when we called. Finance was approved at 5:00pm didn’t get a call back until after 8pm. They said they were busy with other customers. They were unable to do any of the paperwork online and said they could next day deliver. We asked for a tracking number or time of delivery of paperwork and didn’t hear anything back. Sent text messages and called to check on paperwork only to find out it still wasn’t sent out 3 days later. The salespersons excuse was they had to get the paperwork together, they have been busy with other customers and were having banking issues (not on our deal). We ended up canceling the deal after being told that we weren’t their only customers. I would rather pay more and know that I’m dealing with a legitimate company that has their act together. We just needed the paperwork and were ready to wire the money but they were to busy to get it to us. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism was too much for us. A happy time turned into a nightmare. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I believe my salesman was Gary. The was great and spent time with us to make sure we were happy. My husband loves his Mercedes. I will also say the finance man that worked with us was excellent as well. I would recommend this duo.

I CALLED MS MULLINGS REGARDING THE PRICE JUMP SHE TOLD ME THEY GOT A LOT OF HITS FOR THE VEHICLE SO THEY RAISED THE PRICE🙄. I ASKED MS MULLINGS CAN AUTOMAX HONOR THE PRICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED WHEN I CALLED. she TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL ASK HER MANAGER. 20 minutes later I RECEIVED A TEXT SAYING THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD 10 MINUTES AGO. I guess she felt bad so SHE TEXTED VERSES CALL. I HAD MY HUSBAND CALL AND THE VEHICLE WAS STILL AVAILABLE....NOT A GOOD LOOK🤔 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Horrible phone skills, very unpleasant experience. Was interested in a car I saw online, called to see if it was still available. Was shrugged off with a no and hung up on, didn’t even bother attempting to help me find something similar in price or make/model….very unprofessional. To top it off, after it was actually sold (almost 2 weeks after I was inquiring about it) i get an email from the sales assistant I spoke with initially via email asking how my experience was and asked if I was driving the car yet… SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️ Awful customer service!
