Cynthia is a loud mouth disrespectful woman. This use to be the best GameStop. I move and still come here to support the store. It’s been a few times I came in but I kept excusing her unprofessional behavior but today was enough I had to leave a comment. She’s who the devil want to be like.

Awful customer service. I called the store to check on my preorder, rude male placed my call on hold 2 times and hung up the phone. I drive to the store just for them to tell me my preorder was not available yet.

A little rude when we walked in. Maybe cause it was the start of the day? Not sure. Didnt feel like we were welcome.I will say that the same person was really nice in many previous experiences with them. So I kept the rating at a 4 just to keep the into account.

The two guys that are always here are amazing! They’ve helped us find games fix issues and always are smiling! I will gladly drive out of my way just for them! Wish I could give them more stars!!! Wish I remembered their names (tall dark haired guy and short darker hair guy)

I came in for trade ins (I had a lot) and Chelsea was super helpful! She really made my day! I did not think I would be able to get much for all my old games but she checked every single one! Left with credit for more games!

Matt is one of the coolest guys in this company! extremely cool, nice and very knowledgeable. I went there with my son which is a gamer answered all our questions. Usually a pleasant store to go too. Didnt like the new associate and supervisor. But hey its always a hit or miss with Gamestop.

Awesome store! I go here since I recently moved to the area and because theyre always friendly. Im relatively new to gaming and they always do their best to help me out when trying to select a new game to play.

Customer service, really now?!?Saturday morning on Aug. 13, 2016 at about 10 a.m., I call this location and ask if they have a specific game. The sales person tells me he has it in stock. But, once I get to the store, its a different story. Now, Ill spare you the details and simply say, I was told the copies he had on hand were reserved but I could travel to another store to purchase.As a paying customer, I should never have been turned away from this store. The sales person should have done all he could to have sold me the product I requested. If that meant calling another store to restock his reserved copies, then that should have been a burden his company should have taken instead.But now his actions have diminished the brand he represents.So, until this store takes some action to show me Im valued as a customer, the entire organization is one Ill no longer support.

Everything you need (and a whole bunch you dont but will buy anyways lol) and a very knowledgeable staff combine for a superior experience. Ask a question and you will be quickly directed the resident expert - the have one for everything btw. Cant say enough about how highly I recommend the folks there!

Good selection of games but is very pricey

The only GameStop I use! All my console, accessories, and ship to store/preorder ship to stores are done at this location. Always feel like family when I come in and they always do everything they can to fix an issue if one ever happens. I’ve used this location for years and will continue to do so

Came in a while ago while getting a prescription filled to get a copy of FIFA for PC. Asked at the counter, and was told they dont make that for PC by the guy at the counter. Said pretty sure they do, prompting him to sigh dramatically and say no they dont. Jokes on them, since I downloaded it from Origin later that night.

I have been shopping at this gamestop for quite some time and had no real problems until now. I was trying to buy a new copy of GTA 5 for the ps4 and had it on hold, but when I got there, the employee (white male with long dark blonde ) gave us a pre-owned version with many scratches. I had to go there three times to change the game because it would not work only to be told by the employee that it was our own/ps4 fault that the game was not working which is indeed the worse thing an employee can do to a customer. I finally ended up going to a different store and finally got this problem resolved by going to another gamestop with far better and customer service. Overall, this experience have taught me to not shop at that gamestop ever again.

I would give this store a better rating but i had an issue. The 1st guy that was helping my wife & I was very pleasant & helpful. This was a guy who was a heavier set fellow with a beard. He was cool. The other guy who was there, a slimer fellow with a smug attitude was very much a dick if i say so myself. He thought that just because we were a certain ethnicity we didnt have the necessary equipmemt for what my wife & i were trying to buy. None the less the ass was made to look stupid because he assumed. We bought what we needed, left then came back 5 minutes later because we needed something else. I made the joke on the way in yeah im here to return it lol... He looked up lile up i knew it.. Stupid 👦

From me personally game stop ripped me off when I got home and put my freshly new video game in my PS4 it wouldnt take it and when I looked at it and put some light on it, it had lots of scratches and fingerprints on it so I will no longer shop there
