Went in to ask for help the guy was rude and would not let me speak about my problem even though I called customer service earlier and told him what they had told me and he told me to go to corporate. He didn’t even try to help just a lazy worker not willing to do any work. Worst customer service!

Went here for help with transferring files from my phone to my SD card and help with backing up my files to Google. Instead, the guy that helped ended up DELETING a large file I had ALL my videos in! Videos of my grandmother, who has recently passed. Those videos are gone forever. I dont know, it may sound crazy for me to think this, but, if you work in a cellphone store, you should know how to operate the phones that are being sold in said store.
