Upon my early arrival they were already open! I walked in and was greeted by Ms Karina who also later helped me find my products. Mr Cheto also assisted with finding the exact item I needed. The only thing I would improved would be walking the customer to the product when you are not busy. Thank you both!!!

My second visit this week. We got everything that we came for. They a good sale going and the staff was very good. Shot out to Hibbett for the social distancing markings throughout the store.

Kayla was my sales rep. She was GREAT! Kayla was knowledgeable about each product I inquired on and I inquired quit a bit. I inquired on running shoes, style and fit that would help me in my day to day as well as a good pair for my fiancé whom suffers from severe foot pain. I also i inquired on the most popular slides for my teenage daughter. I inquired on the clothing as well as the back support braces. I purchased some two pairs of bikes, back braces, leggings, slides socks and I’m very confident and satisfied with my purchases!It’s so hard to find someone that gives great customer service these days. The store was great but more important the customer service I received was outstanding and then some!!! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! Kayla was amazing and customer services, atmospheres was patient and relaxing. No pressure sales. I’ve been in sales my entire career history and to find this kind of service and atmosphere is very difficult! So glad I found them and stopped in here!!!- Very satisfied customer ❤️

On Sunday your hours say your location closes at 6pm but came to your store and the gates were closed before 5pm.

The associate is very lazy to the point where she didn’t want to go check the back to see if my shoes they’re in the store I’ll order the shoes two weeks prior because I knew I would be going out of town and I need them for outfit that I had to wear she still told me that the shoes would not be in the store for a couple of days but before that she told me the shoes were there that UPS tracking say that shoes are in the store so how in the world you do not want to look for my shoes that’s there they came with your shipment so that you can just let me be a happy customer Unfair!!!!!!

Nice store but didnt have what I was looking for which was boxing shoes

Purchased shoes online. Went to store to pick them up and they looked worn. One shoe had something on the bottom. Cashier said it’s just hair or carpet. Why would I buy new shoes with hair or carpet on the bottom. She really didn’t care and she said they didn’t have any more of the shoe in that size. So I returned them and wasted time traveling to this store.

Very disappointed. We ordered shoes online. Money was taken out of my account for the shoes. We never received the shoes. Received an email saying shoes are no longer available, but money was never refunded back into my account. I decided to physically go into this branch for assistance. I brought along receipt and copy of email. Anecito assistant manager was very rude and condescending. I reach out to corporate while in the store to no avail. I was told that the shoes were now in stock being the reason the money was not refunded to my card. Received shoes. They were dirty and obviously worn. Really over it. Returned the dirty shoes to the store. Still no refund. Buyers beware. We will shop elsewhere.

This review is for online ordering. I ordered one product and received the same product in the wrong color. I was told I was wrong by customer service and they refused a return for refund. Very very rude customer service. I promise I will never buy from them again. Not because they made a mistake but because the customer service team does not care about a customer they cannot see. I have a long customer service background from the front line to training to management. The person I dealt with has no business being the face of the company unless they want to lose customers in a hurry. There are too many customer service oriented companies to waste your time and money here.

I like this store, but they have a really small selection of womens athletic shoes.

They should be called, Hibbett shoe store, not Sports as they do not have any sports equipment, hardly! They have a very tiney section for football as if it was the only sport. And if it was, you couldnt find what you need from these guys! Staff was nice but didnt help my disappointment after a 45 minute drive to find only fashion foot wear!!

Terrible customer service....I go here ALOT but my most recent were two different occasions and neither one of the Hispanic guys offered to help...normally when it’s a black guy and a young Hispanic girl they are more than willing to help and very professional...I will not be returning to this location and I’ve spent plenty of money here..it was my go to for my family for years but I’m over the bad customer service and lack of training ! You can tell they don’t value their job ! Waste of employees! I rather drive 30 mins to another location than deal with this nonsense!

I like Hibbett Sports as a store but the customer service at this location is always horrible. They seem like they dont want to be there and are always unhelpful. When asked questions they never give a straight answer and it seems like they just dont care. Hibbett is not cheap and customer service like this makes me not want to spend my money there.
