One of if not the best Starbucks locations we visit. Craig and Sebastian are primo baristas! The quality of their product is always consistent! A++++

I’m so confused with these good reviews. Maybe my server was having a bad day, but I was treated rudely after asking a question. I was bubbly and joyful and ignored it. The entire interaction, the worker seemed to be annoyed. I still said thank you very clear and kind after receiving my drink and even didn’t get a response, but I noticed he said you’re welcome to the customers before and after me. As a business owner myself, I would not have been okay with the way I was talked to. I wasn’t going to leave a poor review, but I find myself wanting to travel farther and out of my way to another Starbucks to avoid another uncomfortable experience. I’ve always had pleasant service at all the other Starbucks I’ve been to.

I get a salted caramel cream cold brew a few times a week so I know exactly how they should taste. The one made at this location was not made properly and was not even drinkable it was so weird tasting. Won’t be returning to this location!

Pulled up in the drive thru, set there for 15 minutes before seeing the menu. Get to the menu and see a paper note explaining there are items not available. The list didnt have the available or unavailable items. Well guess what, the item I wanted was unavailable. So I try to order something else, and it has been discontinued due to it being a seasonal item. My experience sucked.

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Friendly staff and good customer service. Shout out to Craig for always making my 4 and 4 perfectly!

The Starbucks in The Kroger on five forks is Outstanding. The service is REALLY GOOD, The employees go above and beyond to make sure you get everything that you need to start your day. BAD CUSTOMER service, the lady that took my order today @ 12:28 on 11/14/2020 was very RUDE when I showed her my order which I have it on my phone. I spoke to her what I wanted and she said she couldn’t hear me which is fine then I showed her the drink that I wanted from my phone. She said she can’t see that. REALLY then she does not know how to make secret menu and she charge me the price of TWO Frappuccino instead. Almost $10 for one VENTI drink. SERIOUSLY!!!! At the same time I got same drink in different location they charged me same price that I usually bought.

This Starbucks inside the Kroger is awesome. The baristas are very kind and patient. They listen well and I havent had a wrong order from them unlike other stand alone Starbucks.

Lately i have been ordering an iced Carmel cloud macchiato. Ive had it in different locations before going to five forks location. Ordered it the first time this past Sunday, didnt get what I asked for. It was a regular macchiato. So i decided to go today. Got what I asked for but it was displeasing. There was clumps of sugar at the bottom, the drink wasnt as creamy as it usually is, it was too runny. I wasted my 5 dollars. I will not be coming to this location again. 😭😭😭😭 my fave drink ruined. Didny even finish it, i just tossed it out.
