Bored Paracord sent me the wrong paracord and said they do not pay for shipping back to them even if it is their fault.I bought 50 ft of their Moss Green paracord.Their product image depicted dark green. I was sent a green that is almost the color of light tan.They offered to give me a 50% refund if I kept it. That would be ~$3.00.I am not happy with their offer but there is no other choice.I have asked for this refund. However Bored Paracord refuses to answer my emails or give me a refund.

It looks like a great place except that its closed for covid-19 and only can be accessed through their website. But it looks like they have a very extensive selection and would be worth shopping in person sometime because from the looks of it they dont have everything on the website that they have in stock

So many colors to choose from and Shawn was very friendly and helpful. I wish I lived closer so I could shop in store and not just online.

Loved all of the products. I watch their YouTube channel and then met them in the store. It was unreal meeting local celebrities- they were all so nice. The coolest place to purchase all of your favorite paracord and accessories.

Its the first time I visited the store after being a fan of the YouTube channel for some time, the store have a real good variety of paracord and all tools needed also offer a real nice assortment of buckles, beads and accessories . Staff was very helpful also so overall a really good experience highly recommended.

This place is tops, man! They have an inventory of paracord that puts online sellers to absolute shame. Ive bought from their online store multiple times and have never waited more than 2 days for a shipment to arrive. The website is easy to navigate and the descriptions on each item are very thorough. I plan on visiting the actual store at some point, but I expect great things!

Order several 550 100ft and 2 micro cords. The micro cords are not so great. What ever the brand the micro cord it knots up and pulls apart when trying to use it and not just on the ends were it is cut. I have switched to other brands that seem to perform better. Then most of the 550 cord I got was ok. Except when I got to the middle of a 100ft hank of red 550 it had been melted together. I did get a general response after contacting them. But that is it. So be sure to check the cord you may get bad stuff. Or be forced to alter lengths. I have also tried a few times to leave reviews on there web site and none ever post. I have also tried to use the links they emailed to me to review my purchases and still none of those reviews ever got posted as well. I might have left 3 or 4 star reviews but after the accumulated issues have dropped it to 2 stars.

Ive been to the store several times when I worked in the area. Absolute best selection Ive ever seen. I have told several friends about it as well. They knew of the on-line store, but were unaware of the actual building. I think a return trip back is in order for me to resupply. If you go there you will be met with top notch customer service, and almost anything you can think of related to paracord.

I got into paracord projects a couple of years ago. When I really got interested in the craft, I found it was hard to determine what colors I needed just by looking at the colors online. I was very happy when I found out that there was a store right here in the metro Atlanta area that was dedicated just to paracord. I have been to the store numerous times and have always had a very pleasant experience. Shawn (owner) has been there on most of my visits and he is very friendly and helpful. It has been great to see how he has transformed the store over the past year. There is a huge selection of paracord colors and options to choose. He also has buckles and other paracord accessories in the store. If you are in the Atlanta area (well really the suburb of Lilburn in Gwinnett County, still not far from Atlanta) and have the paracord hobby, stop in the store and browse around. I am sure you will not leave empty handed.
