I received phenomenol service even though I called last minute to make an appointment. Im truly grateful because one of my tires was full of glass and I had no idea!! They had an affordable tire on hand to replace it which was convenient. I will always recommend this business and they are my first choice!

Took my (stock) truck in to have a simple alignment done. Waited around for over an hour for them to them tell me that that there alignment machine is not calibrated right? Told me to go to another alignment shop.3 months prior, I called and was asking for an estimate for a brake job on the same truck. Told me they would get back to me, and I had received no call in return.

Great service! Had a control replaced and was told my car needed struts when another place didnt let me know they needed done and wanted to charge more for the arm. This place is upfront and honest about what work needs done. they stand by their work and by the reviews and responses they will help you in anyway. I recommend this place!

My wife blew a tire on our family van. So I needed a tire replacement fast! We had all kinds of places to take the kids the next few days.After calling two other tire places that I had used before and having no luck, i called Elida Tire Service.They were really friendly, had the tire I needed and got it done on the same day! Elida Road Tire was great when I was passing through and had a problem with my family minivan. (Talked with Kevin) Were honest and upfront about repairs and price quotes. I felt comfortable asking for additional maintenance on my vehicle and was pleased with the cost and the work that was done (front spring strut assemblies, door handle replacement, trans flush, oil change, safety check).

Our car was towed here by AAA after getting a flat on the highway. For not having an appointment, service was an average speed, and prices were a little high, but they got us back on the road. They explained the problem and possible solutions clearly and didnt gouge us on pricing. Seems like an honest business overall.

This is an outstanding business! I’ve had several car issues over the last couple of months and Elida Road Tire Service has provided excellent work with spectacular customer service. They have gone above and beyond in every aspect. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Called and made an appointment to get 2 tires put on and had them installed, when they informed me that i had worn front end parts and that needed to be replaced before i get the wheels aligned, i agreed and will call to schedule a front end alignment after parts have been replaced. Very courteous and educated me about the front end parts. They are the only place i trust to work on my vehicles!!!

Warm friendly environment

Company did not adhere to the terms set at the time of receiving the vehicle on 5-1-13. Communication was non-existent between the office and mechanics. I called their offices apprx. at 4:52pm on 5-1-13 to reiterate the details of the desired work which was to only charge the a/c system not to disassemble or repair anything. I told them I suspected that the O-rings at the A/C condenser were not going to work properly and only to put a small amount of 134-A into vehicle and check for leak. If in fact it did leak I would get the correct O-rings and install them my self. I received NO phone call until their mechanics wasted an undisclosed amount of 134-A after which they proceeded to change the O-rings and replaced them with the same style O-rings and proceeded to waste even more 134-A. At this point they called me and told me I needed the GM style O-rings, which I then asked why they didnt call immediately at the discovery of a leak. I did not authorize any repairs or disassembly of any kind, only to add 134-A to check for a leak and if no leak was found then proceed only to charge the system. At my discovery that they disassembled parts, I negotiated a cost deduction because of their error, but was only told that they would take care of me. so after they put the right O-rings in, they price gouged me to install 2 O-rings that only took 5 minutes to install at a cost of 65.00. I was expecting a bill in the 165.00 to 190.00 range and ended up with a 240.00 bill. I strongly believe that they charged me such a ridiculous amount just to change two O-rings to try and recoup some of their cost due to their miscommunication within their offices. I have phone records showing the call that I placed just before they closed on 5-1-13

I took a brand new set of rims and tires do you have a mountain when I went to pick him up with a bow stems were installed they were all scratched up and the owner refused to replace them atAt this time I have no choice but to take him to small claims court I would not recommend anybody taking their rims and tires down there and have them mounted

I needed tire repair. The got to it fairly quickly and did a great job. Ill be going back.

They had my oil change done in a half hour while I sat in their comfortable waiting area. Their customer service and prices will make me a repeat customer!

I made an appt For an oil change. When u get your oil changed they check ur fluids, belts, hoses, and etc. Right? I told him about some problems I had : a squeakie belt, a possible fuel filter problem and needed air in my tires. When I went to pick up my car they charged me $70. for a diagnostic and didnt change oil or put air in my tires! I complained so they then quickly changed my oil and still didnt put air in my tires, even after I reminded them a second time. They came up with $2500. In repairs! I called around and their prices to fix various problems were less expensive than most.

They act like they are doing you a favor by letting them work on your car or truck and Make excuses for everything they do wrong ..and be careful if you complain ..they put you on a (do not serve )list they keep on your file ! Do your patience and your $$wallet a favor and do business elsewhere !!!! Ps no response needed or should I say excuses!!
