Wow. Thats all I can say. Dont waste your time. Large selection but they will not let you touch any wigs. Would not answer how a lace front wig works. Said young people do that. Go buy on internet and watch a video. They lost a big sale on human hair wig I wanted go some place else

Wig City had a great variety of wigs,hair and beauty products.They have great customer service and made you feel comfortable while shopping. They offered assistance and was quack to help when needed. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well, I was definitely shop there again for any of my beauty supplies needs.

Ladies it’s not worth your time or money horrible selection with almost 75 to 100% ( pretty sure more than 100%) markup from market value !! The price margin is completely ridiculous Not to mention the horrific customer service!! Customer service lady was terrible. I took my 85 year old mother there because of hair loss. CS lady talked constantly. Would not listen to what we were trying to tell her. All she cared about was making the sale and you couldnt even understand her. Will not go back.

They were extremely helpful with showing me where all the things i wanted were.

We went for temporary hair dye. Only 4 bucks. Cant complain about that. Oh and got both the daughter and I a belt for less than 5$ a piece. Other than wigs theyve got purses, hair products, and some costume jewelry (I mainly seen earings and necklaces).

They are very nice people and very helpful. In order for them to get used to seeing you, they will know exactly what you are going for. I am a regular there, and i get help there every time i go there. I know i might piss some people here in the comment section, but if there are complainers saying that the owners are rude, 9 times out of 10 the rudeness usually comes from a customer. If the customer is nice, they will remember that you are one of the nice ones, but if you are rude and impatient with them, they will be the same back to you. Common sence. They kinda want the customers to know what they want, and they will take you right to it. Then, you will get great service.

I read a lot of the reviews and thought I would give it the benefit of a doubt. Working with the public I know sometimes reviews arent always fair. Nope. I could see a lot of the negative reviews here being accurate. While stopping short of being rude or aggressive, the owner was far from welcoming or pleasant. I was there shopping for a wig for a play, and once she found this out she assured me they didnt have anything like that and basically shood me out of the store. I did see several wigs that I would have liked to look at and that were in my price range (Im assuming she thought I was looking for something cheap and therefore not worth helping) but given the way I was greeted and her overall demeanor, no thank you. I suppose its a fine place if you are looking to spend a decent amount of money and you are clear about that upfront, but for me the costumer service was so uncomfortable, it wouldnt be worth it. Though to be fair, I cant be sure her demeanor stems from racism. I would bet she is prepared to be equally unhelpful and unwelcoming to anyone she didnt feel was worth her time.

Im always puzzled by the saleswomans response to what I ask for. I told her I wanted a wig- fake or real short Bob. She goes into why I cannot do that, too expensive, you bring your hairdresser in to agree on purchase. Whatever! She advised me repeatedly what I could Not buy. I tried to ask her to sharpen sales skill (not like that) but she just went on in a shop Full of wigs, why I could not buy one. Puzzling!I did make a purchase of 2 different hair pieces $80). I would love to do more shopping in there too but their response is one of great fear of shoplifting, I guess. Im 67 yrs old and cannot walk without a cane. So, customers be patient and persistent if you really need something from Wig City.

Best selection of quality lashes. And lots of fun hair pieces. Great prices and caters to ethnic hair too.

I gave 4 stars because it is a little disorganized and hard to find what you want on your own. Other than that, the prices are great and the owners are very friendly!

Anytime I have gone to this place, I have not once had a problem. If/when I need assistance with something, their son who is always there working, helps me with no problem.

Although they have a huge selection, I have NEVER in my life witnessed discrimination, blatant disrespect, and racism in the manner the owner (the female) showed today towards one of my family members. She truly showed her a**. I have spent so much in this particular store so of course I was in complete shock that she was acting the way she was. She asked me to leave along with my family member although I had NOTHING to do with the situation. As I was explaining this to her she said just go out...same bloodline, same family, same dna. My mouth dropped of course and she continued her rant talking about America and you Americans.... Her remarks were so unbelievable. They were distasteful and I will NEVER shop in this store again. Trying to diffuse the situation by talking to her husband and son probed to be unproductive as well. They didnt care in the slightest. Her son even threw out some untruths which was another jaw dropper.As I corrected him and reminded them of how much money I spend in there and how we have never had a problem. She said she doesnt care about my money, she has money...They were SO rude. Im not sure if it was a bad day but they were VERY unprofessional.They should be concerned about lawsuits..discrimination and defamation of character.

Love this place best hair hands down

I wanted to give it a minus star, this is the rudest, un-professional owner that I have ever experienced. I was going to spend some serious money there, but she seemed very distant and did not really want to help me. They used to be at the American Mall. Please any one do not patronize this place. I am so surprised how they stay in business.

I would rather travel to Dayton or Toledo or Columbus or something to get anything before I go in that store.. And they jump up the prices on wigs and hair products you can find cheaper online
