Very disappointed with the particular location. I scheduled an appointment for a single process and hair cut for 5pm. I was working midnights and scheduled for as late as the website would allow. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. The lady behind the desk told me that I had no appointment scheduled. I offered to show her my confirmation calendar appointment inserted from the website, but she told me that she didnt want to see it. She asked me if I recently scheduled it, which I had earlier in the week (Monday). She asked me what I wanted and I told her. She told me that the system must have kicked out my appointment because they dont complete those types of appointments after 4:30pm. I told her I had driven 45 minutes for this appointment, I work midnights 7 days a week, and her response was to return Saturday at noon. This is the worst service I have had with ANY JCP Salon. I travel for work and NEVER had an issue when I offered to show confirmation of my appointment. If the system kicked me out, why did they not call me the next day or send an email? If they dont allow appointments after 4:30pm for the type of service I was requesting, why is it not blocked out from being able to book the appointment? Instead of offering to sit me down with another beautician, which the one behind the counter could have easily helped me out, I was offered to return the next day where I would have not got any sleep for my midnight shift Saturday night. I will never recommend this particular JCP Salon to anyone. Their customer care and service are horrible.

I would 100% not recommend coming here for a color. Very poor quality and my highlights are bright orange.

I love my hairdresser and I love jcpenney. I have been to a lot of salons, and know the products.Whether its color or perms, these prices are really great. Using the best products, makes it even better for us.

Chase does a fantastic job with my color and my cut always looks fabulous!

I went in as a walk-in, and Pam gave me the best haircut Ive had in years.

Its clear that all they do here is soccer moms. However as a male thats really not the look i was going for. 100% would not recommend
