Terrible Deli manager, fired a poor girl who wanted to pay respects to one of her best friends passing away..never getting my business again! Thats also the same with a lot of people because word is getting around and Pony Keg Deli is gaining a terrible reputation from this! Which, quite frankly, I am not sorry about. If I were the owner Id fire the Deli manager. A lot of people agree on that too.

Just walked up to the door at 7:11pm on a Sunday and was informed upon opening the unlocked door, Were closed. Google says open until 8pm, sign on the door says open until 8pm. I noticed a sign on the door for adjusted Labor Day hours but it didnt mention an early Sunday night close. Definitely not a good business practice to be closed when youre supposed to be open.

Very very rude employees, one woman in particular, (heavy set, dark haired african american) usually works mornings to afternoon is unbelievably rude that is if she manages to peel her ear off the phone to actually service you without making it seem like you interrupted her conversation, its sad really, pony keg has been around lima a long time but the service has declined rapidly...

The place is a joke and the staff is very rude.

My experience at this store was horrible! My lottery scanned inactive. Upon contacting the owner I was laughed at and mocked. Beware when purchasing scratch offs or lottery from this store. The owner is very unprofessional and rude also!
