Decent quality for about half the price. I dig it... but not for the stuff that really needs to work perfectly, every time, for years and years.

I bought the Atlas 18inch 80 volt battery operated chain saw, self propelled 21 inch cut lawn mower,an 18inch weed wacker there quiet long lasting battery time. Made the lawn work easy an i like doing it now. Great investment

Very disappointed, bought a 800.00 dollar Predator generator there and its a year old with less than 10 hours running time on it and its got carburetor issues and wont even start and run today. Took it back today to get a replacement and said I didnt have extended warranty. When I bought it they asked if I wanted the extended warranty and I said yes. Looked at receipt today and it was never added on. Now Im stuck with a generator they wont backup what they sell. Caught me off guard. Will never buy there again. If you buy something there and get the extended warranty make sure its on the receipt. I have a bad habit of trusting people and never looked at my receipt till today.

I was super impressed and ecstatic to see the young lady with green hair insist that the man approaching her register put on his mask and another entering the store to take one and put it on. Another reason to love Harbor Freight. I go there first for anything that I even think they may carry.

Great tools for the amateur hobbyist and around the home handy man for completing honey-do lists!

Love shopping here for tools and dollies, have shopped at one in Florida for years and am now going to be shopping at one in Ohio.

I freakin love this place! I just wish they’d send me some gift cards to blow instead of my cash! I could spend the afternoon just dreaming. I had Toys R Us growing up, Harbor Freight as an adult. I absolutely couldn’t brag this place up enough. Take care of the stuff and it’ll last.

Great place to get tools and things you need.

They have good tools at low prices and wide variety of tools. No questions lifetime warranty on some items. Wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers are very good. I wont recommend buying power tools there.

They dont have a great stock but the workers will help you find other places that have what your looking for if they dont

Discriminated against my veteran disability and a genetic disorder. I have been advised by my doctor I should not wear a mask. This is while 2 store employees were not wearing their masks and the store manager was unable to wear his properly.If this is how Harbor Freight chooses treat Americans with any disability, then they should find another place to hawk their Chinese import cheap goods that wreck American jobs. America 1st if your not afraid to say it, vote with your dollars if you proud of americans and think we should have the best workforce, then you probably should not shop here.If this how they treat our veterans

Always a great place to browse thru and pickup a couple of bargains.. All of us self-proclaimed DIYers have some of those Harbor freight tools in the ol toolbox, Some are used as sacrificial tools and to be honest quite a few of the tools they sell are not too bad and they are improving the quality each and every year.. Not a bad place for beginners of woodworking or welding and even automotive repair to start honing their craft.. But just remember you do really get what you pay for...

Outstanding !! One of their customer service representatives took the list of items I had written down and he got each one for me and I had my entire order in a matter of 10 minutes.

Discount tool store. Tools of every shape and size from dyi to automotive to all forms/phases construction. Prices are somewhat reasonable. However I feel at times the prices are a bit much for some items. Eg: sometimes for less than $10-$20 more can buy name brand.

The store manager likes to retaliate on any employee that goes above her head to get something done or get answers on something.

This is my boyfriend favorite store. Hes like a person in a candy shop!! They have great tools n cordless drills etc. N you can sign up for a monthly flayer you get great coupons n a % off too.

Harbor freight tools have come a long way since they first opened. If youre a full time mechanic you should probably invest in an expensive set of snap-on tools. But for a shade tree mechanic they seem to work fine.

My husband was the customer. George loves Harbor Freight tools! They always have what he needs and their prices are very competitive. He says the Staff is both knowledgeable and friendly.

Always call before you go. They will tell you if they have what you need. Not top quality but enough to get the job done. At that price what do you want?

We love this place. Tools are great and the prices are excellent. Might not be name brand stuff but the quality is good, weve never had an issue.

I swear by this place. Almost all of my tools came from harbor freight and ive had them for a few years now. The associates are always really friendly and really adpt to listening to customers on a specific find. They can be pretty helpful also if you have a project and arent completely sure what nails/ tools youll be needing. Normally the prices arent enough to kill your wallet either so theres that. Would recommend to anyone.

Although i did not make a purchase during this visit i always find the staff very polite and helpful in answering questions
