Great place and has the best bolt selection it town!

This particular Ace Hardware has exceeded our expectations, time and time again! We purchased a new home in the area which needed much T.L.C. Shawnee Ace staff excelled in every way, from making quality keys, mixing paint, ordering supplies which arrived when quoted (ever during our recent pandemic season of uncertainty) and generally being the helpful folks advertised in the Ace commercial jingle. They know their stuff and are generous with their help! Thanks for all you have done to help us make our house, our home.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!As a patron of this hardware store since the early 1970s I disagree with the person who said the staff was rude. They always help me, even walk with me to find obscure items. Excellent knowledgeable staff! I explained what I needed and was taken by one of the staff members to where I needed to go. Unlike other stores, the associate stayed with us and helped us decide from several different models, and when there was I question he didnt know, the associate didnt pretend to know everything about the product, but deferred to another associate who was able to answer my inquiry, but also provided a plethora of information, so I could make a final decision on my purchase. DEFINITELY going to shop here more often.

Friendly staff, compared to the box home improvement places in town. Had to order parts and they would take little time at all to get there. Always will go back.

Easy parking and excellent customer service

This place has lots of variety of tools and building materials to choose from. Tore your pants while fixing up the garage? Grab a new pair, along with the wrenches, screws, light fixtures, and your paint. Employees are friendly and helpful. Ill be a repeat customer, even though its slightly out of my way to get here.

Ace Hardware Shawnee [also known as Lima Bargain Center or referred to as bargain barn], 1 exit north of Cridersville at I-75 and Breese Rd. has a wide variety of home improvement supplies and tools considering its much smaller than a Home Depot or Menards. It seems a little pricier. I think its the only hardware place on the west side of Lima (Shawnee). Everybodys always friendly and helpful. - Nic D.
