Ready and able to inspect vehicle. Courteous staff. Other businesses close by did not have time for inspection. I will remember that when needing tires.

I went today for a oil change, it was raining but not bad at the moment, a man asked what I needed done and I told him a oil change. The man said it would be about 45 minutes, I told him I would come back..So I took my son to get breakfast, went back and sat and waited another 30-45 mins and then two men came up to my car and was like the price of oil has went up so your vehicle is now going to cost $92 for a oil change. Given I’m middle class, I was not prepared to pay a arm and leg for a oil change.I said I wouldn’t have waited if I would have known I couldn’t afford this today, one man looks at the other and says you didn’t tell her? The other man says it was raining… Mmmm No it wasn’t pouring rain, it was barely a drizzle. You were able to tell me a time to come back but you couldn’t tell me the prices had gone up?Unprofessional to say the least.

Charged $40 for an oil change which is reasonable but then charged an additional $30 for an “oil system cleaner” and “fuel system cleaner” so basically paid $70 for an oil change on a Ford Fusion. Will not be returning & will make sure to let everyone know.

I took my 2007 nissan xterra to get a radiator flush on 8/12/2021 at the snappy Lube in Lincolnton North Carolina upon leaving it was leaking fluid they said it was equalizing pressure upon arrival at home it had started to run hot and was spitting fluid out the Reservoir i called and talked to Leroy who basically told me I was S.O.L so I did some research on the internet tuns out they had put my radiator caps on opposite the way they should have been so I went to autozone bought two gallons and put the radiator caps on right and now she is running fine and not spitting fluid or running hot I paid $114.99 for the flush that they said they want reimburse I am posting this on there comments as well as sending it to you. It is messed up that now Im out 140 because one of your techs doesnt know how radiator caps go

Weigh to costly 79.99 synthetic service and still charge for filter also $10.00 more plus deposel fee and taxes right at 100.00 dollars

Ive been using them for oil changes for 2 years. Service is usually good and friendly but today they didnt use the high mileage oil I usually get. It was aggravating and they didnt even offer to fix it.

Truck inspection. Good, timely job. Its first come first served. So you might have to wait a little bit.

They charged $20 more than I usually pay then took 20 minutes to get started because they kept trying to talk me into stuff I dont need. Yodelling!!! They got the last money they will ever get from me. No wonder there was no line. Should have took that as a sign.

I tried to get an inspection at 4 in the afternoon. I was told to come back tomorrow while the guys sat around.

I have known Leroy for years and love him and his kindness, but the guys seem to be in no hurry to get the customer in and out. Enough said!

This place is a joke. They prey on women and unknowing men. Claiming that my wifes car had a bad tie rod and failing the inspection. Took to another service center and they got the car in the air and inspected both tie rods and found both to be fine. Not the first time I have heard of this. Will never use this center again. Beware!

They are awesome, Leroy, Joseph, Chris are the bomb!!! I brought my car in Because my oil plug was stripped by another company and these guys not only got the plug off but vacuumed my car and put air in my tires. Joseph was honest and very helpful!!!!Good job guys all these other haters don’t know what they are talking about. I’m coming here from now on!!

The Staff were GREAT!They changed my oil, inspected it and put some type of air freshener in it and it smells AMAZING in less than 30 minutes. They worked together as a team and I was very impressed with the service.We will definitely be a repeat customer ☆☆☆☆☆

I have been here several times for oil changes on various vehicles. WILL NOT BE BACK. Pushed several services not needed. All I wanted was a simple oil change. $80.00 later I was informed I got the premium oil change.

Terrible customer service...came in for an inspection and waited over 10 minutes for the guy only to look over at me 2 times but never approached me ...the heavy set guy with long hair seems to only have one speed...he moves like a sloth so I left and went elsewhere else...never again

Leroy and Joe are not just about making money or trying to do a quick fix and put a bandaid on the sore. They actually care and give you solid facts about your vehicle. As a lady, you’re reluctant to taking your car for service because of being ripped off. However, snappy lube service technicians are honest and I will remain a loyal customer.

Unfriendly and rude. They act like it is an inconvenience for them to service your vehicle. Make up excuses not to have to work. Claimed computer down and could not change the oil in my company truck. The next time claimed the only person who could enter the information on the computer to change the oil in my company truck had left early. Will not be returning to Snappy Lube in Lincolnton N.C.

I had an inspection and oil change done in less than 30 minutes. The employees were polite and they accepted my 5$ coupon. They didn’t get my hood closed all the way.

I went to Snappy Lube to have rotors and brake pads changed. It was quick, efficient and very affordable. I will be bringing my car here all the time from now on.

They are always fast and helpful. They may get behind but its due to staffing issues, but they still do a top notch job. Always kind and pleasant to do business with.

I have to go get air in my tire a lot and Joe is always fast and courteous about getting me in and out.

I have never waited so long for an inspection. It had nothing to do with the number of vehicles there. The people who work there could not be any slower without coming to a complete halt.

Guys are nice, but jesus do you have to wait forever to get literally ANYTHING done.

So, my wife took our van here to be inspected. We have four young boys 5,2,2, and 4 months. They were requested to get out of the vehicle which I completely understand. They were asked to wait in the waiting room, which happens to be a row of chairs along the side of the bay, which is fine as well. However this is located right beside the employee smoking section. It became a problem, when the manager or owner came out of her office and began smoking right next to my 4 month old. When she was asked to move she stepped over a few steps, and smugly asked if this was any better. When My wife responded with NO its not, you should not be smoking anywhere near your patrons, she abruptly walked off and began talking to the employees about our vehicle and family. I assume we are not going to pass our inspection due to the fact, We offended the manager. VERY SHADY OPERATION.

Worst service I’ve ever had! They explicitly took advantage of the fact that I am younger and don’t work on cars for a living!! Charged me $75 dollars for an oil change and told me that my car “ONLY” took full synthetic, would not recommend to anyone.

I get my vehicles inspected here and they are always quick and thorough.

They dont try and rip ladies off like MOST other places do.

Sent my son there on 06/06/2017 to have his oil changed in his 2005 Tacoma and it was $73.44. My son said they told him he needed synthetic oil because they had changed things on the Tacoma (meaning factory). From my conversation with a tech the following day, his story was they asked my son if he was running synthetic oil, they thought he could possibly be because the old sticker may have said Mobile One. Then the tech changed the story and said that my son came back to them and said change it to synthetic. When I told him they took advantage of a teenager not knowing he denied it and said We normally ask if they run synthetic on a newer Toyota since a lot of people do. REALLY, they consider an 05 to be newer? And why would they ask him if he was running synthetic then turn around and tell me that my son said to change to synthetic if they didnt try to sell it to him. I dont like anyone to be taken advantage of!

I tried to get an inspection done, but the attendant wold not pass the vehicle due to a non-stock horn. I have had the inspection done there since i changed the horn in 2007. I just went down the street and got it inspected in a different location. This is the last time i use this location, ever for anything. As God is my witness. Thank the morbidity obese attendant. I had been a loyal customer since 2003....nevermore.

I have been going here since April 2016. When I came in this last time, I asked for same thing I always get....just an oil change. This time price was almost doubled. They have my record and see what I always get. The least they could have done was told me that the price was more before doing the oil change. I wont be going back.

I took my car in for an inspection on 1/14/17 and i got 5* service. There was my car, and 2 other cars getting oil changes.There were 3 or 4 people working and they were all busy, no standing around, not on their cell phones, they seemed to all work well together, as a customer, you want to see that! We didnt have to wait long at all, i would guess 25 min TOPS start to finish. My HUM system said it was unplugged for 19 min. Impressive.The check out process was quick and easy and to make it the best service, ever the one guy (bradley or brad) pulled my car around and had the heat on for me and my daughter. It wasnt freezing, but we were cold and that was very much appreciated.Thanks guys!

Went for an oil change and they COMPLETELY stripped the housing for my oil filter which ended up costing me $90 to replace (they had to break the cap to get it off on my next oil change) so I dont recommend this shop and will not be back
