Run i got a tire from this place and they try to tell me wat I should do to my explorer and I said I had a mechanic I am here for a tire only not mouth and a week letter the weight came off and going to go to Jones today to get it balanced and the weight put back on this is sad but I always did business with Jones anyway run for ur life I also heard from a friend about this place to she got a tire and the belt was broke in side and they sold her the tire like that that is crazy dont go there u be sorry

This business is ran very well! My part NATIVE AMERICAN husband and I found ourselves in need of new tires over Christmas, as we were traveling with our 2 young children. The man gave us a great deal, took no time at all! And the lady was super nice.. Neither one seemed unprofessional and smelled like... Grease. If your in Lincoln County and need some tires, go here yall!!

I got some decent used tires at a fair price. No problems.

Sold me 2 tires, one tire had holes drilled in it. He was making assumptions that myself or the other shop drilled holes in one of the tires and refused to understand that the tires were unknowingly like that when he sold them to me. And also refused to refund the money. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend.

Im going to remain neutral on this because I did not personally go myself to get tires. I sent my husband, who at the time would have just settled with anything to get me off his back. The tires were fairly priced. However, after three weeks I have noticed by back passenger tire is going low. Checking to make sure I hadnt picked up a nail or what not, I noticed that the tire had been plugged previously. I understand that they are used tires and you get what you pay for. But I really do not think selling a plugged tire is appropriate. I have not contacted the business because technically, its been three weeks.....the warranty is gone. So I am now going to have to eat the $80 spent on used tires (I bought 2) and go somewhere else. I drive a Yukon and brand new tires are more than what I can afford at this time. I was really hoping that these would hold off long enough for me to purchase new ones. This was our first time using them, as our regular tire place was out of the size I needed.

Got a wonderful used tire for a defective tire. Tire looked almost new. The help was very quick and did a fantastic job and may me feel right at home. Would recommend this place to family and friends. This place also does some other vehicle maintenance but I didnt inquire on those services in depth.

Great place to get get used tires at a decent price! Ive been having trouble with what I thought was an unbalanced tire. Jerry went to take off my tire and, not one but 4 of my lug nuts were Loose! And thats what was causing the problem. He did recheck the balance and it was fine. He did mention a problem with the alignment and he recommended a place to get it done. I appreciate ALL of the employees at Jand G Tire! A Great Family built business.

I had the worst experience dealing with J&W tires & automotive! I ask the employee if he would take a check? He says! No! No! Dont take any kind of check!! I ask if he would right me a receipt?? The employee started cursing at me and told me to get off his lot! Say he does not warranty his labor! No need for a receipt!! I will never go back to this so calledBusiness and I recommend that no one takes there business there!! Both employees where rude smelled of alcohol . And where two of the nastiest people I have every had to deal with! Thumbs down!!

Called to check a weird tire size. They were able to order it for the same day and it was still fairly priced.

We were traveling and tire pressure starting getting low. We looked them up on the Internet. They were open on a Saturday afternoon. A very nice young man found a nail in the tire, took it off and plugged it. We were back on our trip in 30 minutes!We were just so grateful . A great place to do business with!

I was broke down not to far from them with what i thought was a stuck lock bolt and they drove to my car and took a look.got tge bolts of my car changed my tire .So i was good to go. You guys rock. Thanks a lot.

This is good place to get good used tires. I have never smelt any alcohol on ether one of them. I dont think anyone should take a check from someone after business hours. They are good people and have good business skills.

Ive had my business with them for a while and have bought many tires. Bout to go on a trip and needing a couple tires. He wanted $80 for 2 tires and I had $60 and would NOT work with me. Really??? After a previous tire I bought was bad and had to come back but yet I continue to come back. Greedy man, Im taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous!

Came from Newton & with heavy rain & they (JW Tires) still changed all 4 of our tires. Yes. And we arrived late because of the heavy rains. Awesome 1st experience. I highly recommend them & great used tires.

Not good been waiting 3 months now to get my car back. The worst do not go here ever. So i got the cars back after four month and 400 no. Motor swap no work done at all and i had to pay to have them all towed home .this is the worst shop Ive ever been to there was no call for this .i put half the money down and got nothing .and for the life of me i cant figure out what i did to this man an his shop to be treated like this .my only conclusion i wasnt the right color live and learn.so if you have some color to your skin stay away. Should be closed down
