Easy way to find food or something else, great friendly people

Manager was yelling about how terrible past employees were (by name) and complaining loudly about how she could not keep anyone to a very quiet employee who seemed unsure how to handle the situation. Store is undergoing renovation but it seems your management team needs reevaluating. Male employee who helped me and other customers was very polite and quick.

Love this little store. So convenient and the staff is so nice.

I bought 10 cats of cat food that was advertised 10 cans for $4.50. It rung up as $4.82 before tax. I had a picture of the special and showed them. She goes well its only forty five cents a can and wouldnt give me the advertised discount. Terrible customer service.

I visited family dollar on 10-21-19 with my kids, for movie night at our home. (Im a loyal customer) I had to use the restroom and was told it wasn’t available. I expected how it was an Inconvenience to customer to shop. I was then told I should’ve USE THE BATHROOM WHILE I WAS HOME! What.....,??? It’s was so unprofessional for a employee to say that to a customer! As a loyal customer from the neighborhood I will never go back or recommend others to shop there! Very disappointed with this location!
