Although convenient it is rarely stocked with items you need especially in housewares. And it looks like staff does not take pride in the store. Very disappointing. Let the pics speak for themselves.I would like to blame it on Covid and being understaffed but it was this way back in 2019 long before all the issues of the past year. I find myself ordering more items online or going to other stores even if I pay more because the selection here is poor and the store is untidy. It’s a shame because it’s a large store and if stocked well and kept clean it would really shine.And as I moved through the store and encountered at least 5 employees including the young woman who approved I was over 21 to buy a 6 pack of beer none of them said a single word or even acknowledged me with a head nod.

Not enough employees. I want a cashier. U only have 2 open and the lines for them are over 6 people and self checkout nobody wanted to use.and the employees working there dont know where anything is because there are 4 employees down every isle doing pick shoppers items .but they are in the way. You need a better system. Always out of stock Im sick of shopping there I end up going to 2 other stores anyway

Well I did pay $80 out of my hard earned money for a Google play gift card I still have the receipt and the card and I paid $80 for a card that has a zero value and Walmart sells us these cards and I have been told Walmart does not stand behind these card even if the card was bought with damage preventing its use, I wrongly gave 3 stars so minus 2 because its the second time I have bought so called bad card. So why would Walmart sell us cards that they do not stand behind the sell of these cards its is like being robbed, Im gonna say why sell these cards if you refuse to stand behind that sale, I do have this card and recept, it is hard times I who can afford this now and I bet they make money selling is these cards so people forget these cards go next door to world wide imports lets help local business or rather than be robbed by BIG retail.

I was in your store on November 2nd at approximately 4:50 pm. Personal shopper Dorcas was very rude and disrespectful to me and another customer. She was blocking items that we trying to get. I ask several time to get the items she replied very rudely “I can’t move”. I guess she thought that until she was done she wasn’t going to budge an inch and we were not important. Cherryville or Denver Walmart is a must nicer stores.

This is a pretty decent Wal mart, they are very clean and neat inside the store and outside. They also seem to have more things in stock.This store usually gets and stays pretty full very quickly.

Any racks were empty. They were out of grey t-shirts I use for work. They were out of white t-shirts I use for dress. They were out of the multivitamins I use. I went in for 3 things, I came out with nothing, wondering what is going on!?

Quanity n quality have gone way down hill here! This is cut off a family pack of chicken thigh very disappointing they used to be much better. Alot of times they are low stick on basics n Walmart brand name to get all weekly needs it is a minimum to two trips.

A good store with courteous and helpful staff. They always have anything I need and some things I dont but a good store for whatever you may need. Thanks Walmart.

My pickup order 2 and half hours late. I ordered 15 items. Only got 9. Didnt offer any substitutes or,give me chance to replace. A lot of issues at this store. Not happy.

Everything you need is there. People are great and helpful, With warm exception an older lady in her mid fifties, Grey hair to her shoulders medium built about 5 one, Absolutely no help from this woman very rude And no manners if I was her boss I would tell her to hit the door. Very very rude

Earlier tonight I called three Walmarts near me. The first two there was no answer. The Walmart on General Blvd. in Lincolnton NC rang for a while then a young lady named Destiny in the sporting good dept. answered. I was looking for a Clue game in toys. She told me that toy department phone wasnt working but she would go and look for me, in which she did and I went and purchased the game. The reason this was so great for me is because I am disabled and to go to all these stores are impossible, I do good to get to one. My hats off to Destiny. Thank you.

Been sitting in this pick up line for 45 minutes, new cars show up, get their order then leave. But Im still here waiting. No one comes to me.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible as always walmart in lincolnton nc is the worst they have only 1 cash line and people standing in line way back through the store mostly elderly people who doesnt use debit cards and its awful plenty of workers standing around laughing talking and on cell phones so yes ill drive 10 more minutes to cherryville at least there self check out accepts CASH!!! Wish I could give this sorry store ZERO STARS!!

This place is always stocked well. Employees are always helpful. It takes a very long tie to check out but that’s to be expected. Usually pretty clean. I would recommend this place for sure. I will be back.

Well. What a grand surprise! I walked in looking for something else and walked out with Satisfaction. Nelly was stocking her section near the paint section. I asked her if she could summon a paint counter rep. and she said could help me. I was amazed at her expertise. She looked up my paint color in the data base, and had it mixed in mere minutes, whereas others at other WalMarts went so as to claim it was no longer in their database. Lol. Nelly was courteous and pleasant. A great employee who turned the normal into the Great. No complaints here and all smiles in a job well done.

This place was really Awesome. I found everything I was looking for. Everyone was extremely nice.

I shop 4 area Walmarts. 2 are never stocked well. My fav for friendly is Cherryville, very clean and mostly well stocked. Lincolnton WM had what the others didnt, (hard to believe) eggs, milk, cream and tea and even the hard to find (Great Value) Sour Dough bread, which is better than the branded loaves. Clean and friendly.

The pharmacy is in the center of the store! I couldnt find anything & the checker basically growled at me when i left. Nice. Ill not be a return shopper.

I find exactly what Im looking for in my hometown Walmart! Everybody is friendly and available to help when needed.

Ive been trying to call the store to reach TLE and even spoke to someone in electronics and they just keep hanging up on me. I wouldnt call if I didnt have to but your my closes Walmart but still 35 minutes away. Please have better customer service.

Had an online pickup order done at 10:30am to be picked up at 7-8pm today. App says to check in on the app after you received a notification that the order is ready, so I tried to do so, only to no avail. The option never popped up and I got there before 8pm, and everyone in that department, managers and all, were gone. No one was to be found, my order had only been partially completed. It took 45 minutes after 8pm to get a hold of a manager to complete our order and to bring it out to my car. Lady on the main line was as helpful as she could be, but the management and the online pickup department is truly disappointing. I will never pick up my groceries again in that manner. I would rather take the time and shop for everything myself instead of using this service.

I ordered groceries from them .. not only did they never deliver my groceries they have had a hold on my money now for almost a week .. I have been calling everyday and they say there is nothing they can do .. DO NOT USE THIS STORE

Really good place to go grocery shopping, and various other things one might want, or need.... but certain items in the store would be sitting on one shelf, one day, then ending up on A DIFFERENT SHELF the next time my dad and I go there for groceries, and he does not like those items moving around so much....

I go to Walmart every week and we spend at least 300.00 dollars or more for our weekly shopping but I will not be back to spend our hard earned money there again. No cashiers, only the small check out registers were open. Have you ever tried to check out alot of groceries on those? No room to put them, no belt, no where to put your bags because your buggy still have your groceries in it! When I asked why arent the registers opened at least 1 I was told they will be in at 7 so dont open at 6! Im done been shopping Walmart for 30 years but no more.

I appreciate having this store in my community. The shelves are poorly stocked and I find I cannot do all of my shopping in one place anymore. It has been an ongoing problem.

Cat food has been out for several weeks.You cant get to the flowers, because of huge racks. The girl helped me get to a few.Rating should be 2 stars. I rated this a few days ago. Now the rating is a two.

Walmart Supercenter is Amazing. You name it, they have it. Product is easy to be located staff is friendly and helpful. The Grocery Center is always up to date and fresh. Everything you need is here for you. You can shop online, pick- up, or shop in store your choice also they have a great pharmacy.

Terribly unreliable delivery service. We have W+ and just moved into the Farm at Ingleside: a growing community. Large orders delayed then cacelled twice in a row. When I called no one answered the phone. Finally, when someone did they were rude. It is time for the Denver store to offer delivery. This is unacceptable! They obviously cant handle the demand.

Love shopping at Wal-Mart

I finally found my fritos mild cheddar cheese dip, its very delicious if you dip the cheddar pretzels in it. I love all my mountain dew kickstart flavors, there is almost 10 flavors and they are all delicious. Walmart has so many awesome supplies and snacks and tools and even lots of wonderful plants...I got an aloe cactus plant at Walmart supercenter. DID YOU KNOW THAT THE ALOE PLANT IS ACTUALLY A SPECIES OF CACTUS, who knew. The only problem I had was that my cart was so full that I could hardly turn it, ha ha ha.

Things are frequently moved to different locations so you have to venture all over the store.

I called at 11am on a Sunday to see about buying a tire and having it mounted. The lady that answered told me to have my car there at 2pm. When I got there no one was there and the doors were locked. I called the front of the store and the operator said TLE was closed because they had no help. She then huffed and promptly hung up on me.

This is a newer walmart so it is still shiny looking. For example doors on the stalls in ladies room latch closed with no force. Store is clean and well stocked.

This is a huge Wal-Mart, and the layout is different. Im not sure why that makes a difference; it just seems more interesting to explore, I suppose.

I did a Walmart pickup order with a 4 hour estimated window for pickup. It was ready within 30 minutes. Went inside and was given it immediately. No wait. Customer service was friendly and with it being holiday season I was impressed with their quickness!

They usually have whatever I need. They require masks but they dont take your temperature. I dont see alot of cleaning going on after each customer. I did have a good experience though.

Terrible accessibility for the disabled. The ride in carts were not charged and stopped right as we got through the door. We tried another one and the same thing happened. And I saw someone just standing near the buggies on their phone not even caring.

They had lots of stuff on the Shelf for the upcoming snow storm but as far as cash registers being open we waited for about 40 minutes to check out and lots of people waiting in line This is on Thursday afternoon to me when youre a trillion dollar company you can afford to put a few more people in check out think about it Bank have many customers you lose by letting them walk out not wanting to stand in line then they leave their buggies there with stuff spoiling and then thats lost prophets think about it

The store was clean and well stocked. They lost a star because one of the female clerks in electronics gave me the impression I was inconveniencing her by asking for help. The other female and a male made up for that by being helpful and polite.

Other than trying to dodge the employees as they tried to stock, and being out of what seemed like everything I needed and then spending 14 min at a small self checkout counter trying to make room for bagged items and room in the cart and not reviving the employees discount for doing the work of a cashier, I would say way to go Wally World. You raise the prices, eliminate jobs and expect the customer to do everything. I believe from now on I will stick to the competition, might be a lil high in price, but at least you can get thru the isles and believe it or not; someone actually rings up your things and even bags them for you. Shame on you Wally World for you’re cooperative GREED!!!!!
