I visited to try to find an electric plug to fit to an electric lawnmower I had purchased online. The customer service sales associate was very informative and helpful. I have shopped this facility for everything from flowers to gardening equipment and plumbing thru the years. They are family owned and very friendly and helpful.

My family and I have always used sayings hardware and garden for as long as I can remember since I was a young girl my grandfather would take me and he would pick out our planting seeds and tomatoes for our garden! They have a propane filling station they sell mulch!!! They also fix and repair weed eaters chain saws. The selections of the plants and flowers is unbelievable. ✍🏼Saines aslo known Ace hardware has been my familys go to place to get Carhart clothes and good boots 🥾 and also all of our painting needs. I’m so happy every time I leave the store. The prices are low and the staff is very friendly and is always willing to help if you need advice on planting a garden or trying to do home repairs absolutely give this five stars

Hope you never need your lawn mower worked on. They had mine 5 months! Worst thing it was a brand new lawn mower had to make payments on the lawn mower and pay someone to cut my yard. If youre just looking for stuff for your yard and that kind of thing then theyre fine for that.

Im an elderly lady and my trailer is all propane gas. I ran out and couldnt find anyone to refill my tanks. They came to my house and took the bottles to their store abd filled them, brought them back and hooked them back up. These people are the best. Also the price was $20 cheaper than TSC

The service department is best around for small engine maintenance, repair, tune ups, chain sharpening or education on your yard tools. Its a full hardware store with everything you may need. The sell Stihl power tools and have great product service. I have bought chainsaws and blowers here. I come here to find about everything I need for fixing things around the house.

Wouldve gave 5 stars but employees knew less than myself - asked for gelp they could not do so yet they followed me around the store. i.e. I am a tattoo artist so guess I have to be a theft!(?) I wish people would change their views.. Sad experience, degrading and awful customer service...

I have been going to Sain Hardware since its beginning, you will never meet a better bunch of folks, very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they carry, I always go by or call Sains before going to any other store, if you compare prices you will be surprised big box stores run stores like this out of business and then raise their prices, Sain Hardware keeps their prices comparable if not lower then all the others, I appreciate them caring for local folks

Bought a pair of boots at this location a few years ago. Very happy with the boots. Not at all happy with their mower repair service. Dropped a push mower off two weeks ago with a note that the problems were Not starting and Not running properly. They called today, Mower repaired. Three dollar spark plug and 17 dollar one hour service fee. I asked was the mower running properly, was the mower idling properly. I was told YES. Its in good working order.Got the mower home. Yes it starts up.NO it isnt fixed. Still not idling right and keeps almost stopping as i go across the yard with the deck set up high. I leave work in Denver at 5 p.m. Its difficult to make it to Saines by 6 PM. Now I have my mower back, not fixed. Charged an hour for fixing it. And no time to bring it back. Lesson. Shop at their store. Find somewhere else to take your small engine repair.

I cant believe how uncaring of their customers Saine Hardware can be. I special ordered a Stihl hedge trimmer package and specified that it was for a gift and needed it in the box. When it came in they didnt call me to let me know and instead opened the box and put the trimmer on display. When I called and discovered this the salesman said he could get the box from the dumpster! Yea, nice gift from the dumpster. Obviously they dont care at all about their customers.
