I was shopping for a zero turn mower. I had a few questions and asked for help. I expected to get someone who didnt know much about mower. I was wrong! I was helped by a very knowledgeable sales associate how answered all my questions and then some. He was super friendly and willing to help on any way he could. It is hard to find an employee who is helpful now days. Thanks Caleb for all your help today.

My daughter in law and I went to pick up a new mower at this store and forgot our ramps, all we had was a pick up. David and John were so helpful to load this mower and it wasn’t easy. They had to get a ramp from the store to get it up there. Thanks to these guys for not giving up on us! Thank you tractor supply for holding our mower for us as we came from mars hill. We had a very good experience here.

Its pretty cool but not really my type of a store to shop though cuz all there is just farm stuff which is Im not a farmer though lol.

This should be TSCs FLAGSHIP Store. The most Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable Staff you will ever meet!Recently I needed some T-Posts, and when the store in Bessemer City wasted a ton of my time I called on the Tractor Supply in Lincolnton. Not only did one of the team leads (Ray) attend to my call, answer my questions, price match the competition, and tell me everything I needed to know in a matter of seconds... he ALSO told me he would pull my order and have it ready for me by the time I got to the store.Now, I have to tell you, Ive heard this from store before.. and when you arrive at the store, a clerk will run and quickly begin pulling your order; and thats fine, I understand theres a certain order things have to go in.BUT, to my surprise, my genuine freaking surprise, when I arrived with my truck and 30 trailer.. when I pulled around to the side of the store I SAW MY ORDER PULLED AND AT THE GATE! A forklift driver was STANDING BY TO LOAD IT! Mind you, this is all before Ive walked inside the store and well before I have paid for any of it!I took out my phone and took a picture. I shook the hands of the people working that day and asked to see the manager JUST so I could tell him how amazing his staff was. In all seriousness - this store CARES about your time. It cares about YOUR farm, YOUR needs... Hands down, one of my best retail shopping experience ever.Im not a huge customer in the eyes of TSC, but for me, I spend a lot of my hard earned dollars at that store, so far in 2019 Ive spent $12,204.92. That may not be a lot to TSC, but its darn sure a lot for me! I only mention this, because the guys who answered the call, pulled the order, and loaded me out, had no idea when I called that I wasnt just a $50 a year customer. And yet, they really took great care of me.

They always have what we need and few oddities to pick up along the way. Never had any issues with this location or others Ive visited. Thanks guys and gals. Im sure Ill see you soon!

Amazing place. Very friendly people and nice atmosphere. Alot of feed for alot of different animals, they even have a knife selection. They have some cool knives you should check it out if you ever get there.

Bought 5 rolls of horse fencing at 200. Very nice employees. They loaded the fence onto my trailer no problem.

I know they were busy today, but asked for propane, and the girl never called for someone. Waiting 15 minutes then called the store for a very great guy to help me within minutes.

Prices are high, but there is some neat stuff in there. We wanted a regular swing that the website said they had but they didnt so we didnt really get what we went for but found a couple of things. Employees were very nice.

Good location, has a good selection of pet food, bolts and tools and yard supplies. Allot faster then Lowes for the basics!

We frequent here a lot for chicken feed. Store always looks great, well stocked. Employees are very helpful and pretty knowledgeable. Im a girl and usually just csrry my 50lb bag of chicken feed out ans while i do struggle i still try and there are always employees offering to help in various parts of the store or willing to walk it out to my car.

Great place to find a replacement belt for your lawn mower, prices are high on lots of things in store. I dont think Ive ever really walked in this store and been greeted with a hello or a smile. Some of the help I have no words for, I ask for a simple bearing if they carried it. Instead of being told no, I was taken to a help desk and stood there for 30 min while this guy looks online and then calls someone then he tells me he can have it for me in 4 days. I went to local parts house showed them the bearing within 10 minutes I walked out paying 6.00 for 2 instead of 45.00 plus for one that takes 4 days to get to me, not to mention if its shipped wrong. We do buy our dog food here its a little cheaper than Walmart. We wont bring up the mouse incident running around under the pallets 3 feet from where I was standing with this guy at the help desk.

They are always friendly and helpful. I buy Blue Wilderness canned cat food as well as the dry food. Also buy the large bag of sunflower seeds and some always carries to the car for me. I highly reccomend this store.

I like to give my babies (four legged) the best dog food I can afford. Purina Proplan is $3.00 here than the pet stores and yes I can take my dog if I want but my 72 lb. Puppy is still in training lol

Friendly, knowledgeable people. Great selection. But their prices on comparable items are 20 to 40 percent higher than Rural King or Wally World.

Surprisingly found our gun safe there—who knew?! It was just what we were looking for. Well priced. Have to make tractor supply our FIRSTsw place to shop in the future.

My go to spot for our small livestock food! Only wish they gave better coupons and store incentives! Only strange sales every once in awhile! More customer appreciation would be nice for the valued people who shop here!

I purchased a mower battery back in April seems it wasnt able to hold its charge. So I took it back and got an exchange no hassle what so ever. Kudos to the employees there I was impressed!

Im like a kid in a candy store. Theyre always reasonably priced. Im not sure what the point of that whole storage area to the left.. Maybe they can fill it with more of the stuff they have online for better convenience.

Dont go there if you need a propane tank refilled. Waited for someone to come out, after they were already paged. Called and told them we were waiting and no one showed up. NEVER AGAIN!

No one around to help, one associate was very rude and angry about something. Would not recommend it. There are stores in Denver and Shelby who are more than willing to help. These are the stores I will go to, not the one here in Lincolnton!

Love Tractor supply because of how helpful and cheerful the store assistants are. Plus, you can find just about anything in the store for livestock, tools, appropriate practical clothing for different kinds of weather, you name it.

Gaston Tractor Supply is very different and has much nicer personnel to work with...I recommend getting feed and supplies from them instead of the Lincolnton one...their feed is 8 months old or more in some animal feed.

Good stuff and the floor around the feed and stuff was a bit dirty but still good.

The Lincolnton Tractor Supply was awful. The bathroom was disgusting, no one around for help and the cashier was busy emailing or texting to ring me up. I stood there patiently waiting for her to finish because I was completely out of feed otherwise, I would have left and gone to Ace Hardware.
