I have been going to this one particular store since 1992 when I got my first apartment..Staff is friendly, the owners will try to work with you depending on circumstances... The prices are already very reasonable. The merchandise is in good condition, they clean and retest EVERYTHING before delivery or pick up.Will always recommend 👍👍👍

I bought a washing machine from them 8years ago and it was used but in good condition it just stop working today. Im in need of another washing machine due too the covid19 alot of places are not open, hopefully, they will be open tomorrow so I can go and purchase me another washer machine.

Great dealing with them as I am a regular. They sell new and used scratch and dent appliances with a 30 day warranty. They also sell 1 year warranties on everything they sell. Ive bought a bunch of stuff over the years from them and they sell to my family and friends.

They acted like they did not want to sell to a black person. So I took my business elsewhere.

I bought a refrigerator from there and the freezer stopped working within the first 30 days. Someone came out to look at it within 48 hours and got it back working and about 30 days later the entire fridge went out. Over $300 worth of meat went bad because they didn’t come out until a week Later. So unreliable just buy new.

Great place, I picked up a used refrigerator for $250 it works beautifully and it comes with a 90 warranty. It is cash only. I plan to go back soon for a washing machine.

Used fridges, washers/dryers, stoves, and AC units. They take old units fix and wash them and resell them. Sometimes it doesn’t make sense because the price is only a hundred or two off the MSRP. I expected them to be a lot cheaper but it’s not worth the risk.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from them and I honestly love it, its gorgeous..I was referred from my managers and my dad they shop their all the time but for some reason after almost a month my refrigerator stop getting cold and the freezer stop freezing😤 I literally just went food shopping for $400 worth of groceries and everything is going bad I called the store to tell them my situation and 11 AM on Friday morning the guy said hell call me back after he speak to his boss by 1 PM that afternoon......no one called me back ...I then called them back Saturday at around 6 PM I spoke to a representative named Tonya who was very disrespectful and rude she argued with me and I asked her a few times to change the tone of her voice she refused to and kept yelling at me then eventually hung up on me,from that experience alone I will never refer them to anyone else TONYA has horrible customer service Im very displeased
