While the staff know what they are saying the report with customers could be improved. Oh and being able to find a associate when you need one might be a great way to ensure more return business. The most helpful people where the ones working in returns at the time. They made me want to return for more items in the future. Their interpersonal skills should be a shining example of what the rest of the store should base its interactions with customers on .

This is the sloppiest Home Depot Ive ever seen. I was forced to come here because some other Home Depots closer to me didnt have the sink bowl that I was looking for. When I got to the aisle, my picture says it all. Every single box was beat up, torn open, and half of the products were sticking out of the box. This was worse than a Walmart. Nothing was in its proper place. I had to dig around to try and find the bowl I was looking for, I stuck my body halfway deep into the shelf and banged my head twice. All meanwhile 2 employees walk right by me, look at me, and then continue walking looking at their phone. Thanks for the help.

This Home Depot is a pro and is all set for everything in Home Maintenance interior and exterior and has everything you look for. Rentals nice prices, good staff . I love the landscaping area, they have well taken care. Good Job Home Depot in LINDEN N.J.

This store never has what you need. God forbid you need help here, good luck trying to find it. You walk towards an associate and they feel youre going to ask them something, they will clearly turn around and walk the other way. I drive to a Home Depot further away just to avoid this place as much as I can!

Scheduled delivery sucks. Ordered two items and paid for scheduled delivery due to size of one of the items. They kept pushing my delivery, blaming it on the “3rd party” vendor that does their deliveries. Honestly, I paid Home Depot. The vendor is not my concern, it’s Depot’s. It reflects on them. Doubt I’ll use that service ever again and currently looking for alternate products at other competitors. They could have kept my business if I got a straight answer and a call back when they said they would (3 times).

Always love and find things at Home Depot I find things here more than I do Lowes unfortunately Lowes is going downhill. With their 18-month extended Finance plan where you dont have to pay anything for the first 18 months how can you go wrong?

Staff are great! This is the only Home Depot where I get helped from everytime I go there. I just loved how the store is extremely well managed and the cooperation of all employees here are awesome. They dont hesitate to help, it doesnt matter what you need help for, there is always someone who can lend you a helping hand. The best department is their Pro Desk. They just have the best employees in that dept. and I dont have anything bad to say about that dept. They are really the Pros! I highly recommend this Home Depot if you want to be treated with respect and treated as the best customer.

The flowers are so taken care of and there is so many different kinds and so organized and pleasing to look. These are perfect flowers to decorate your house with .. they will bring life to your home!

I love coming to this home Depot, I dont know if its because Ive been coming here since I was a little girl or if its because the staff is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Of course there will always be some bad eggs, but for the most part everybody here is amazing. The store is kept impeccably clean and that includes the bathrooms which are modern and comfortable to be in for a hardware store. They have a nursery section, a pro desk, and equipment rental desk at the back of the store. Picking up orders is very simple as is returning any items. I just wish they had more people working especially at the return desks, sometimes it takes a little bit longer. They have self checkout counters and pro checkout for large orders. Due to covid-19 they currently do not have any regular registers open which I think they should for people who need more assistance.

Went to look for a flapper to fix my toilet. 30 seconds to a minute after I found the section was kicked out because they were shutting down the isle. For what I dont know. Asked how long it would take they didnt know. Asked if I should wait or go to another home depot. Their response was uhhhhhh. So I stormed out.

I went down at THD for a quick trip to purchase 3 things - wrench, solvent, and a lube. I found all of these parts within aisles 13 and 16 in the hand tools area. In an out in 12 minutes. The store however is cluttered with rails and tools and ladders kept everywhere providing narrow passage at the back of the aisle (between 13 and 16). Employee are helpful. Miss Melissa helped me find the cheapest wrench, in no time.

Recently went to Home Depot with the intention to buy wood for a shoe rack...ended up in the garden department. I mean look at these beauties! They also have a pretty stellar selection of succulent arrangements this year (which I was too busy ogling to get any photos of). Great variety and reasonable prices!

I went there for the kids workshop- windmill planter. The event was very organized.. everything was ready before time. although only two tables were there to work on and one staff to help with everything and everyone. Great experience. Helpful staff.Overall the store was clean and organized. Very good place with lots of variety and options to select from. I especially love the garden/ flowers section. Reasonable prices.

Purchased a refrigerator on 6/25/21, delivery driver called me to notify me of the delivery and stated that he was 10 minutes away from my house, a minute later a rude lady from the delivery department called me, instead of helping me to reschedule the delivery she decided to lied and told me that the delivery people were outside waiting “Terrible” this kind of people hurt business. I called customer service to reschedule and I was specific that I can only receive the delivery in the afternoon and if that wasn’t possible just refund my money, the customer service lady contacted the delivery department and they agreed to the afternoon delivery scheduled 7 days later. (Another lie), a week later the driver called me at 7am again, at this point just want my money back, I went to Home Depot with my receipt and I was told to wait two days to process my refund so I have to go back 2 days later to Home Depot. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

This is one of the worst HDs around! The customer service is horrible. I often come here because it is close to my home. I usually regret this once I arrive. There are maybe 2-3 employess who are resourceful and helpful however the managers are no help! Employees stand around in groups having conversations and dont acknowledge customers.

I was on the hunt for some Lysol for the second day and was told Home Depot may have it. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot and there was an organized line to get it. It wasnt too bad but I did have to wait a little. I walked in and asked a worker if they had any and he told me where it would be but he hasnt seen any. I went to the asile and no luck 🤦🏽‍♀️. I left empty handed.

Home Depot is great but this location sucks. Employees pretend they are busy and avoiding you so you dont ask them for help. Some shelves are empty but the website shows merchandise is available. Spent 40 minutes trying to get someone to get some bracket s from the storage shelf... Avoid this store . Go to the one in Colonia, more organized and employees actually wants to do their job.

Home Depot you could go and find anything you need for your house. Anything that has to do with construction for the house or business indoor and outdoor. Home Garden you mention it Home Depot has it. Home Depot has a section for contractors. You can basically find anything at Home Depot just asked and they will find it for you.

Reid the door/window specialist was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some great advice about how to fix my shower head and took me around the store to get each of the items I needed.

This was absolutely the worse experience I had at this Home Depot. We wanted to buy blinds and we asked an employee for help. We picked a color for the blinds and gave the measurements. First he said it was in stock and that he can cut them as needed for our measurements. Then he reported he was unable to do so and that we needed a custom order. We were then told the color we wanted was unavailable so we had to look through a book. After taking the time to look through the book and picking out another color we were told that color was unavailable and the book we chose from was outdated. Confused as to why he would give us that book in the first place, we asked to speak to a supervisor who of course, was unhelpful as well. I never leave a bad review. However they were unprofessional, lazy, and not helpful at all. Especially the supervisor. Will not be coming back to this location.

I went to 2 HD and both could not help me to get my keys made for my Home.

Some of the isles needed cleanup but it could have been cause of the holiday weekend.The people that work there are helpful.

A mixture of everything wrong with this Home Depot, a horrible synergy between employees, endless waiting due to slow workers and long lines for no reason. I purchased a bathtub, this Home Depot charged me through a special order and then they gave me a simple display product that has a obliviously damaged box. Charging upwards of Ana extra $30, how outrageous and unacceptable. Moreover, this trip was supposed to be a simple pickup, instead it turns into an over hour wait for even more waiting. It is funny, at one point I witnessed a line for online order pickup stretch into the entrance, outside the automatic doors to leave. People have lives, constant waiting can ruin business, poor experience.

Lol@Home Depot and other huge hardware stores where it can easily take you 40 minutes to find a specific item due to huge size of store and lack of knowledgeable humans working in the place to help you not to mention how its not fun pushing broken carts around a store the size of a football stadium and having to walk from one end to the other multiple times because the layout of store and location of items,To be fair these huge stores are the ones who put the mom and pop hardware stores out of business and if you do still have a mom and pop hardware store and your not looking for huge items or appliances or bulk items then chances are you can get what you need much faster and the cost will not be much different,The big joints are great for bulk items like 25 2x4s or 10 sheets of drywall but your local mom and pop have the same items with a more friendly experience and your helping a small business stay above water,,,check out your local hardware store before heading to the football stadiums and chances are you will be quite pleased,,

These guys are thieves they gave me a code and when I used it the canceled half of my order and then 4 days later after I didnt pick up the rest of my other they marked it as picked up. The store has a variety of items to purchase but good luck finding an associate to help you out if you have questions or need assistance.

Joe the manager was helpful, courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful as well. I go here to buy just for the friendly environment. I hope they never lose that attitude. Customer always come first.

After a hurricane, with generators in short supply, I was able to find one here. A helpful manager allowed me to purchase one over the phone and held it till I arrived. It was worth the drive. Grateful to not have to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food.

Your Linden location just lost a huge sale. I went in for a complete kitchen design, need everything including appliances. Dealt with 2 salespeople who seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. If they work on commission they lost out, big time.

Went this afternoon to buy a plug for a compressor. After spooking to a couple of employees to help me, they asked Diago to help me, it’s his department, he took me so fast to an aisle, Where the cables are, then said no just buy the pug and the wire separate, said ok, start look for the plug, then they wanted to close the Aisle to bring some down, I said ok. Then he Disappeared, no where to be found, he didn’t wanna help me to Begin with. Very bad customer service.

Been coming here for years. Its only gotten worst none of the workers seem to know what the products are to help a customer out. Service is horrible overly staffed and nobody knows nothing here. Labor day and nothing is marked the way should be. You ask a worker a simple question, on a tool or on a product they have no clue. you waste precious time waiting for someone that has knowledge to be able to help. it might be better to go to the home Depot in Elizabeth, or the home Depot in route 22 Union. you will have way better customer service.

Maggie is amazing! She helped with kitchen cabinet, farmhouse sink and appliance purchases. She is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. If she is still there I will be back for more large orders.

Normally HD is my spot to go to when I need to fix stuff. This particular HD was out of EVERYTHING I needed in the plumbing section, I was looking for 1/4 ball valves - not something obscure. The guy working in plumbing was very knowledgeable. I will try this one again to see if it gets any better.

This store is definitely better organized than the Woodbridge store, and cleaner. Seems a bit bigger too. Maybe its just the time of year, but this store was over crowded. Dont know if its like that all year, or maybe just a nice sell going on. Either way, Ill be coming back soon. I like going into a place thats nice and clean.
