If I lived local this would be my go to shop for car repair. I ran over something with my car and broke down on the NJ Turnpike. Ended up needing a new transmission and exhaust. I didnt know where to go but luckily found Action Auto Repair. This was my first time working with this shop. They kept me well informed through the entire repair. My repair was completed in a timely fashion with the highest degree of care. Very happy with the quality of the repair and professionalism if the staff.

He took time to fit me in at the end of his day when my car broke down and I was travelling with my family. We felt stranded, far away from home, and worried. He hooked it up to the machine and ran the codes and tried a few quick things that it might be. He also gave us good insight and information regarding the problem the car was having. He saw people in a pinch having a bad day and reached out and showed kindness. So much appreciated!!

I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience at Action Auto Repair .They do honest business, they tell you what the problem might be before they start repairing your car...In my case there was an issue with the transmission (was shaking when driving) Chris is the real DEAL!!!He started by replacing the fluid which isnt as costly as fixing mechanical problems in a transmission and his suspicion was right on point!!! I thought i would leave my car at this place for couple of days but I went back on the road few hours later ...definitely recommend!!!!
