My SUV developed a serious high speed vibration issue on the way back from a road trip during which the tires had been rotated. Though I had not bought the tires at Hometown (that happened during an earlier road trip) they worked me in quickly, did the work at a reasonable price, and solved the problem completely! Since I knew a lot of my original lugnuts were beyond their useful life, I bought a box of new ones for them to put on when remounting the wheels...and the mechanic even came out front to thank me for giving him new ones to work with.All in all, a great team with great service. When its time for new tires, Ill be calling them first.

The team is excellent to work with, they will explain you the issue with your vehicle and address all your concerns.They are very accommodating during time of emergency. I have been taking my vehicles to them for more than 2 years and no complaints.

Just got a new set of tires installed on my car and Nuno was very professional and honest with his recommendations. Amanda at counter was also very nice and accommodating to my difficult schedule. Now I cant wait to wash them once it stops snowing! They are also extremely fairly priced and have a cool Konami old school arcade game (while you wait) for the Contra lovers like myself lol

Hometown Tire - Not Just TiresOn 11/16/20 I was due for for normal service at the Kia dealer. This time I regretted going. But then I thought, Maybe Hometown Tire, where I get tires & tire maintenance, could do the work. I called and a pleasant young woman named Amanda answered. I asked to to talk to the mechanic, but she asked what was the problem. I explained that I needed 55k maintenance, and the the drivers side front window was not working right. She called a guy named Nuno who said they do all mechanical work using the dealers maintenance lists. As far as the window, it appeared to be the switch that was bad. Oh boy, I thought, ching, ching. But if they could fix it, it would probably cost less than the dealer. Well that evening, I received a call from Amanda telling me that that car was done. Nuno met me and explained all the work he did and replaced the windows switch (which I imagined was a nightmare). Anyway, I think Ive found a friend to take care of all my car needs. Kudos to Matt Zubicki and his Hometown Tire & AUTO SERVICE.Recommended

Came in for an alignment, they did fine with that. But they left a bunch of teeth marks on my tie rods because they used a vice grip to hold them. Also way over tightened my lug bolts. Had to go to another shop with an air impact to loosen them. Won’t be coming here again.

I took my 98 toyota camry for over $900 work done because of failed inspection however car still had check engine issue. Guy at the shop told me to drive for at least 50 miles and it should automatically reset however problem still exists. I moved out of the area and unfortunately cannot go back due to long distance but very upset with the work done by these guys because my car is still not passing the inspection for the exact reason they told me is already been fixed. The type of customer service and work they provide i would strongly NOT recommend going to these thugs.

Ever since the first time I came here about 4 years ago, weve been close friends.First time I came here was a Friday, about 10 minutes till 6pm, brought a new tire with me, to get one replaced that had a bubble, I told Matt(co owner) that I needed to replace it before the next day (because I had to go on a longer trip) and he didnt even think twice about it and just took the car in and took care of me like family, to my surprise I was treated like family by everyone else and was invited to the shop and given pizza. Ive been coming here ever since then for any of my automotive needs but also just to hang out and see how everyones doing. Definite 5 stars from me guys.

Weve done service here for sometime, but hate coming here because the receptionist has an attitude problem. She is very rude on the phone and shoots false information about your vehicle based on emails. Dont get me wrong, the mechanics in the back are very nice, but she literally ruins the face of the company because of her unwelcoming attitude. We are already worried about our vehicle and she makes everything a lot more complicated and uncertain. Most likely will not be returning.

I took my car there for a wheel alignment about 1 month ago and if felt ok driving it home which was only 2 blocks away but the next day when I drove it down the NJTurnpike at a higher speed the car is pulling towards the right, I feel like I just gave them free money, such a disappointment..they were friendly though.

Took my jeep in to replace the clutch they ended up doing a crappy job and over charged me.I had to take my car back several times to fix the shifter linkages eventually I took it to another mechanic only to find out they ZIP TIED! The Linkages rather then buy the proper clips from the dealer to spite charging me for them

Ive taken my car twice for an overheating problem & the combined visits cost me over $1,300 and only 2 days later, Im stuck on route 1-9 and the car is doing EXACTLY THE SAME Over HEATING ISSUE but now ITS WORSE .I was warned repeatedly not to go to Hometown Tire and Auto for my repairs, but I took the chance & trusted these fools who claimed to know their business. Ive much better luck using street mechanics then this rip off store front call Hometown Auto repairs. I feel insulted & cheated and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT use these guys to even do a oil change. Im going back on Monday and I will update you on my outcome. Lets see if these guys really do stand by their work because right now to me its a serious thieving joke.

Few times they didnt charge anything thing for easy fixes, they dont charge anything more than the repair cost and the estimations are best of all nearby workshops.
