Ive been looking for a deep draw chest for weeks. I noticed the store, walked in, and was greeted by one of the sales representative named Seath I explained to him exactly what I needed and within minutes him pointed me in the right direction. My experience at Home Discount NJ, was one of the easiest, friendliest experience I had ever encountered. I plan on spreading the word and making future purchases with seth in the near future. These guys sold me a bed frame with drawers on the bottom. First, the delivery was a week late. Second, they delivered the frame WITHOUT the drawers. Third, the frame broke within 48 hours of assembly. They are now refusing to reimburse me. Don’t ever do business with them. I’m now considering taking legal action against the company.

Beautiful store, well laid out. Sales efforts are not at all to pushy; they do meet you at the door and introduce you to the person that will help you, but theres no helicoptering. We didnt buy because they didnt have the couch in the color we wanted, but the prices are more than fair and the couches were mostly comfy

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!First and foremost, they do not care about the customers and only their pockets. A couch was delivered to my moms house. The delivery drivers upon arrival realized that the couch was not able to fit through the entrance and forced the couch through. Meanwhile, the couch is being ripped and broken into pieces. They set up the couch and rushed out to leave without letting my mom inspect the damages. When my my mom looks at the sofa there were severe damages and completely broken.She immediately calls the furniture store the next day and explains to them her concern. She goes into the furniture store to confirm they will be exchanging the couch for a new one and the manager/owner wrote on a piece of paper as proof that he will make the exchange within 7-8 business days. 7-8 business days have passed and my mom has not received the couch.So, at this point I call the store to follow up. As I was explaining the situation that they were fully aware of they hung up on me which was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.I took the initiative to go into the store today to settle the issue and I am in complete disbelief the way they treat their clients. They would rather settle things in court, rather than keeping their word and making the customer happy.I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE A SCAM AND ROB CUSTOMERS!

We work with Mo in sales to get all our furniture. Mo is attentive and very responsive. When we were selecting our bedroom and living room sets, Mo was very patient with us and let us take as much time as we needed reviewing and selecting our furniture. It felt like we were in the store a very long time and Mo stayed with us the entire time. He didnt try and bounce between customers and in no way made us feel as though we were keeping him from anything. Mo wanted us to be certain we were sure about our selections and encouraged us to take our time. We have been very happy with our purchases, delivery was seamless and the guys who put our furniture together did a great job. We will continue to go to HD for furniture and will also make sure we look for Mo to assist us with our future needs. Great customer service!!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and quickly became overwhelmed with furnishing it. We visited many furniture stores but could never finalize decisions as our room dimensions warranted a specific layout. During our visit to this location, we met Rob, who truly went above and beyond. He spent several hours with us going through dimensions, options for layout, and even went as far as driving us to and from another location so we could see the products in person. Rob made this process effortless and ensured we were happy and satisfied with our purchases. In the end we purchased several items and we will be going back in the future. Thank you Robert! Great service! We were helped by Ali and he was amazing! He let us shop around without hanging over us and that was a big plus. My husband really didnt want to go because of the salesman that follow you around, but not Ali He even got my husband talking towards the end and he talks to nobody ever and we purchased a sectional. If I had to recommend a furniture store with reasonable and affordable prices, this would be the place to go. Ask for Ali!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the selection and quality of the furniture offered in this store. Their excellent customer service set them apart from other furniture stores in the area!I stopped in Home Discount Furniture on a whim after looking for a electric fireplace at Ashley furniture and im so happy I did! Not only did they price match their competitors online advertised price on the exact same unit, they beat it!After I got my TV stand with firebox insert home and began to assemble it I discovered one of the cabinet doors was damaged. I emailed them immediately even tho it was after hours. I returned the following morning and met with Mohammad and Safe. I was pleased to see that they had read my email and were expecting me.The staff acknowledged and understood my concern and I feel they truly took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They were open and honest and rectified the situation immediately.I would highly recommend checking with this store FIRST before shopping anywhere else. I can say that Im looking forward to doing business with them soon for other items for my home.Very friendly staff.Fair prices.Honest no hassle business.

Me and my Wife needed a new bed to accommodate guests at our condo.We decided to go to Home Discount Furniture linden New Jersey. We were greeted well and an employee Mariana came to help us as we told her you were looking for just the bed. I liked her attitude and her helpfulness and she seemed interested and helping us pick out the correct bed not just getting a sale. It is nice and refreshing when a salesperson is very kind and not just looking for a sale.... Marianna was very helpful... Although we are very picky we found what we thought was the best bed for our condo after looking through several.... Even the checkout was very easy.... I compliment Raymour and Flanigan and especially salesperson Marianna who was so helpful and she even talked Spanish which came in handy!! I would recommend Them and Marianna I just hope the delivery on Thursday goes just as well!! Excellent service!

My husband and I recently purchased furniture from Home Discount in linden NJ. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Our sales person was Danny, he made our experience even better. He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. My husband and I would go back to her for any future purchases and would definitely use this store again.Due to Covid many things were not available for a few weeks, so we will be awaiting the arrival of our furniture. We do not mind because we have furniture to use in the mean time. Hopefully our delivery and setup will run as smoothly as our sales experience.

Large selection, good quality and great staff. Our salesman was mohamad. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and allowed us plenty of time and space to discuss and come to our decisions. Didnt take delivery yet so I will update you when I do. So far....so good!

I was appalled by my experience at this store. We were repeat customers as I had bought my living room furniture a couple of years back. We had looked at many other stores for our dining table which was available but decided to go with this one as we had had good experience with thempreviously. We decided to pay the full amount in cash upfront (mistake never to do again) in mid February. The owner (Mohammed) and store manager (AJ) said they will check the warehouse for the items and should expect delivery in 3 weeks. We didn’t schedule a delivery till they verified the items were available for delivery. When we called the following week and requested for a COI, they said to email them the details and they will charge us for this. Previously they never charged me for this for my delivery so I was shocked. In addition when we emailed them the details, JJ said he doesn’t have access to the emails so can’t schedule and provide the COI. This went on for a couple of weeks with no follow ups from them. We finally got our apartment to agree to get the delivery without a COI. Each time we called to request for a time of delivery, the owner  (Mohammed) and AJ kept getting getting ruder by the call. We were told that we are wasting their time. This is after we had paid for the items in full. We were told that we aren’t a priority and there are other customers in the store they need to attend to. They threatened to cancel our order several times along with hanging up phone calls on us multiple times. A few times we were told to talk to the owner (Mohammed) and when we called again the owner was not in the store. When we finally got to the owner, he said we have to talk to AJ. There was no consistency on who was managing the deliveries. There was no customer service as both AJ and Mohammed were extremely rude! No manners on how to speak to a customer as highlighted above. We ended up getting our $ back and canceling our order. And as we were leaving the store after getting our $ back, the owner demanded we leave his store. I would never recommend anyone going to this store after this horrifying experience!

This furniture shop has amazing prices. Compared to Ashley Home furniture this shop has better prices. We have purchased two bed sets from here before and loved them! We came back to purchase our new sectional and the staff gave us amazing prices and amazing price on the warranty! Definitely recommend this place. If you are looking for a nice selection and good prices then this is the place to go to.1

Easy mattress purchase. Our sales associate, Omar, was great. Went to the store around 6pm and had my mattress the next day at 9am. Amazing! And we love the mattress. Its our 2nd icomfort. We had the first for 13 years (probably a few more years than we should have). Overall, excellent service and delivery.

Seaf was really helpful in buying a new couch and accent chair. He was gentle and patient which made me really excited about the furniture. He knew businesses that could move the old furniture and make slip covers. He continued to help us when we needed more information. He asked that I keep calling only him when I need help. Nice guy I was really pleasantly surprised. I will definitely not only see Seaf but also recommend him to others.

We bought a $2300 leather sofa loveseat. Few days later the arm on the loveseat falls off .They come to repair it and rip it. Six months later still broken and no repair. Impossible to reach by phone or they give you the run around. Empty promises. Extremely disappointed. They sold us a defective product and now we have to think about taking them to court. Its ridiculous.

Excellent service from Mo who was very kind and helpful. A great experience! Mo was attentive and was able tweak my order so that i would get to delivery this weekend instead of August 12th. Everything has worked out wonderfully and I am a very happy customer. Will definitely go back for more furniture.

Mohamed the store manager was excellent. He has a great demeanor and is very professional. I highly recommend this store. Mattresses came on time and early allowing me to have the rest of my day. Excellent choice. Delivery guys were friendly and made sure not to scuff walls etc.

Great place to pick out some very nice furniture for any room in the house. I like their 0 percent financing for 6 months we just needed a king size bed frame. The salesman Luis was a top of line salesman. Escorted my wife and myself to the area we needed to find what we were looking for. Then he return when we were ready and had us ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Luis we hope to see you soon again.

Have been searching for bedroom furniture for a little of a year. I decided to do business with Home Discount My sales Danny was the best. He made my experience very pleasant and was able to address all my concerns. I did purchase 3 full bedroom set, and five months later I purchased another bedroom set. Moe in Management was always very professional and flexible when it came down to pricing. Moe also made my experience a pleasant.

I think it is the best furniture store. The prices are a little expensive but the quality is good. There is a lot of furniture there. Sofas there are good with different sizes and colors,the leather ones are good. Mattresses there are good and will stay in good condition for years. The dinning tables and cocktail tables are good. The bedrooms and the recliner chairs are good there. There are home accessories that look good. It is a good furniture store.

Very disappointed and will not go back or recommend them. I have been to the stor twiceFirst for my daughter tiwn bed wish the for the material you best to buy at Walmart shipper it broke fast.2 time when to get my bed room set wish i love but i will never by catalog i have to see it.Got a matress with it cost $900 with the supose discount. It when it came to the delivery they were suppose to be at my home Tuesday or Wednesday. On Monday i was called they were ready to deliver. I was the room is not ready please come the day we spoke. Tuesdays and Wednesday come no delivery i called AJ the sales person i worked with he was never available.Friday come 7pm the delivery was made with out a matress .😡 they left me with a temporary mattress. Until the next week.Keep calling no Aj.When the matress finally came it was not the matress i payed fof $900.It was a mattres from Ashely wish cost $400.Bellow is 2 pictures of the box were the mattress came and the mattress picture. Terrible experience. Worst place to ever purchase furniture from. I understand, there is some issues because of COVID but that doesn’t mean you lie to customers- every week he gives a new delivery date but never delivers. He promises and swears it will come but it never comes. At least tell the customer the truth- we can wait. But we don’t have patience with liars.One delivery came, he said it’s 15 minutes away. But we ended up waiting the whole day. Just tell us it’ll come by the end of the day and nobody will be angry! It’s so simple. Just DONT LIE!My advice is to buy your furniture some place else

Best place to get furniture. They have a lot of stuff and they even show you lot others in brochure. You can get lowest price. Best part is that Ahmed was really helpful and nice to talk to. Overall had good experience and got really good furniture.

Very Nasty Company and salesman. On December 6 we purchase a bedroom set and dining room set for 7000 dollars... promise delivery in 3 day. 1 week pass no delivery schedule a week later and they keep saying tomorrow for 3 day finally it came...In that purchase I add a China cabinet which he said wouldve been in a week to get. Today is December 19 which is 3 weeks and still no cabinet.. went to the store and saw the bedroom set and the dining room was missing from the floor I question it and the salesman said someone bought it from the floor I laugh... I was the one he sold it to, trust me these ppl will go to hell.. very nasty in this time of pandemic I bought a floor sample and brought it to my house not knowing what diseases was contaminated in it...

It was my first time at this Home Discount Outlet on Rout 1&9 they have a beautiful selection. The staff is amazing and you must see Ahmad he was patient, helpful and very detailed and took the time to go online and assist me with my selection and decision in what I wanted. Went in for a boxspring and walked out with an entire bedroom set....crazy but I needed one anyways. Great store! Great customer service.! I highly recommend this store...

I thought this was going to be like the clearance store but its all new furniture at very good prices. I was helped by a very nice gentleman, Seaf today. He was knowledgeable and not at all like a pushy salesperson that i thought i was going to come across going in. I was really pleased with him and with the great selection! There is a large selection to choose from. I could take swatches home to match up. A very comfortable setting. Delivery was on time. Delivery people were courteous. And I love my new couch! Went there to pickup a recliner we first meet Danny and He was very very helpful very calm easy going directing us to what is best and what would be cool for our ideas. He was very good that we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.We were so happy with here that we ended up buying a brand new family room with beautiful side chairs

The salesman who helped us was Mohammad . He was really nice and greeted us immediately. He asked us right away what we looking for. We showed him a living set that we saw online, but unfortunately, they did not have this set in the store but he directed us to a similar style set. He had a good attitude, very patient, and we did not feel forced to buy anything. We spent time looking at other living room set but finally decided on the first set that he showed us. He also priced the set that had a lower price online without a problem. The rest of the staff were very kind and was able to set up a delivery date that worked best for me without an issue.

I was coming in with a store credit because I had purchased a platinum protection plan and my couch was just too worn down. it was a quick and painless process, and I was very thankful for Mo assistance. 100% recommend this store for their service.

Eslady was my salesperson and she made us feel comfortable, she took the time to show me many options on what I was looking for, explained the details about the items. Eslady was just exceptionally friendly and courteous. I told her I just need to go home and measure the furniture a d she gave me the dimensions and I told her I would be back. I called he4 a few days later to tell he4 I was on my way to see her so I can order the furniture. Her store isn’t as close to me and I have to pay a toll over the bridge and But I really like how Eslady treated us and I knew I would go back to see her again.

The salesperson was actually very nice but they wouldnt split up a couch and loveseat we only wanted the couch we looked at a bedroom set he said hed get us the couch and if we bought the bedroom set but after we told him we were going to finance his attitude changed completely

I don’t recommended any body to go buy in that store, they make you pay expensive price for fake Ashley furniture, the don’t even have what the show you, I pay them for some furniture 3 months ago, and still waiting for the delivery, it’s been two months that I supposed to receive a dining table every day I called them is on the truck for delivery but never received them, I Decided to stop calling them and filled a complaint against those thieves, be careful folks this store is all bad news. They deserve 0 star.

I bought an Ashley dresser from them in late December. It was delivered and assembled in early January. A day later I noticed the dresser was broken on one side. I called them back and they asked me to send pictures. The manager was hesitant, but did eventually send 2 men to come look at it a few weeks later. They came and fix it after rescheduling with me 2 times. Once they left, I noticed the dresser still wasnt fixed but thankfully they were still in my parking lot. They asked me to take pictures to send to the same manager and agreed they couldnt fix it without a new part from Ashley. So now were into February. I called the store almost once a week to ask about the missing part and got the run around. They either forgot to order it or just didnt care. I called them every week to come fix it up until COVID hit. I saw they reopened in late June and began calling again. The manager never seems around. The associates assure he will call me back and never does. They dont stand by their products. STAY AWAY unless you like broken furniture and false promises.

Service is very good and my sofa got delivered on time. I am very much satisfied with their service and specifically Mr. Mo who provided good support to pick a right sofa according to our requirements.

Plenty of parking here. Its of rout 1&9 northbound in Linden NJ. Sales Person Tomas Martinez was very helpful with I was looking for. If you are looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices this is your place to shop. They do deliver too not sure if there is a charge for delivery. I have a truck so I didnt need the delivery service.Large selection of mattresses sofas kitchen tables to suit your taste.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER. THE PLACE IS RAN BY THE WORST TYPE OF PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. THEY ARE BASICALLY THE USED CAR SALESMAN OF THE FURNITURE WORLD. SO HERES THE STORY. I WALK IN ON JUNE 24TH TO LOOK AT BEDROOM FURNITURE AND THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I HAD A BAD FEELING. IM NOT SURE WHETHER IT WAS THE BUSTED FRONT DOOR WITH GLASS EVERYWHERE OR THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS ORGANIZED IN THE PLACE. IM ABOUT TO WALK OUT THE DOOR AND ONE OF THE WORKERS COMES OVER TO ME AND ASKS IF I KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I SHOW HIM A PICTURE AND HE SAYS HE WOULD BE ABLE TO ORDER THE SAME ONE AS WHAT I SAW @ VALUE BUT FOR $200 LESS. DEEP DOWN SOMETHING TOLD ME NOT TO BUT WITH ALL THE COSTS FOR MOVING, I ELECTED TO PULL THE TRIGGER. 2 WEEKS BEFORE I MOVED IN (WHICH WAS AUG 1ST) I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE, IDK IF HE WAS HIGH ON DRUGS BUT HE COULDNT FORMULATE A SINGLE SENTENCE TOGETHER AND I HUNG UP AND GOT SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE. THIS GUY COULDNT EVEN FIND THE ORDER SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE GUY NAMED SEF WHO I ORIGINALLY DEALT WITH. HE ASSURED ME EVERYTHING IS FINE BUT HE DIDNT SOUND TOO SURE. FAST FORWARD TO MY MOVING DAY, I CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS A GO AND THEY SAY YEAH YEAH EVERYTHING IS FINE. WELL SEE YOU SOON NOT EVEN AN HR LATER I RECEIVE A CALL AND THE P.O.S. TELLS ME THE FURNITURE THAT I ORDERED 6 WEEKS PRIOR IS ACTUALLY SOLD OUT. THESE SCUMBAGS SOLD ME FURNITURE KNOWING DAMN WELL THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER. I HAD TO THEN FIGHT WITH THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER TYPE OF FURNITURE WHICH I WASNT REALLY HAPPY WITH AND MADE ME WAIT A DAY FOR IT TO BE DELIEVERED AND TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE LUCK ONE BC THEY USUALLY DONT DO DELIEVERIES ON SUNDAYS. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THE FURNITURE THEY DELIEVERED CAME DAMAGED AND THESE SCUMBAGS WILL NOT RETURN A TEXT MESSAGE OR A CALL. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, STAY FARRRRR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. My family and I were looking for new bedroom sets for the kids and ourselves. We were traveling on Rt 1 and saw Home Discount Furniture. We decided to check it out. I AM HAPPY THAT WE DID! Their prices were the BEST in the area. We were able to afford 2 entire bedrooms sets and still had money left over to purchase NEW kitchen table. My wife and I purchased a height top dinning room set from Home Discount Furniture in Linden NJ, Seaf was the salesperson that sold us the set. He is very professional and knows the line well. We wanted it delivered within a week. Seaf said we would have it delivered on time. The set was delivered exactly like promised. The delivery men were very careful with moving the new set and assembly of it. We would suggest if your in the market for new furniture to stop in the Home Discount Furniture store and asking for Seaf.

Wow man! Home discount furniture a great place to shop. My wife I when there to pickup couple of furniture, a bedroom, sofa and loveseat and a end table. Their prices are cheap and affordable, great financing options with almost zero interest rate. Their sale guys are very helpful as well. I will recommend this place over all the big furniture outlet.

My mom and I went to look for a living room set I took my 2 year old daughter and went just went to look we took from 7pm to 9:20pm after closing time choosing wich one to buy and we look everything but we choose one then another and we ask the lady helping us to see the price for the ones we keep on changing and the lady all that time was really nice patience checking the prices and everytime we decide one and she was going to submit qe change lir mind for another one and the lady she keep chaking the one we ask her and reentering all the information and well we end up buying the firts set the in when you enter to the store haha and we saw a lot and all that time this lady was patient nice professional not rude nor tired of waitning on our indecision nobody rushing her it was a pleasant buy I hope all that work there are like that lady and you can have a good experience, the prices well so so between 1,200 and up sets they have variety of styles and color, offer a protection plan for 5 years and you pay depending on how much is the totalOf your buy and one time only and you got unlimited protection for 5 years,

I furnished my entire home with the beautiful things I found at Home Discount Furniture. I love my purchases and we get so many compliments! I recently returned to get mattresses for my kids and the friendly salesman AJ was so helpful. I will be looking to buy furniture again when we remodel and I will definitely come back again.

Salesman told me couch was real leather so he had to charge me more. When I asked for other colors he pulled out the catalogue, found the couch, then quickly turned the page saying he didnt have any other colors. When I flipped back to the couch it said it was made from POLYURETHANE not leather. Thanks for lying to me bro, you lost my sale for life.

My family ordered furniture from this place and everything was fine until the furniture came. They sent BROKEN furniture and used the excuse of the pandemic to leave us with the broken furniture for 6 MONTHS. Every time we spoke to them on the phone they were extremely rude and cursed at us. Especially some guy Saif... this man cursed and lied to us! He said the new furniture is ready to ship and when we called back they said “oops he was lying to you.” They don’t deserve your business so please go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service

We were a returning customer to this store as we ordered furniture from them in the past. This time we ordered a dining table and 6 chairs from Mohammed (Owner) in early February-2020 and paid the full amount in cash at the time of confirming the deal. We were told that the items will be delivered in 1 week. After 2 weeks, we followed up with Mohammed and his support team (AJ and Saif). To begin with, AJ was really rude on the phone and would keep delaying delivery even though the item arrived in their warehouse and was simply sitting there. We would call back every few days and both the owner and his subordinates kept giving false dates for delivery. Then we were told that they cant deliver as they dont have men (which is false as they were still delivering items for other customers as claimed by their support staff). After 6 weeks of follow up i escalated it again to Mohammed who then also started becoming rude on the phone. At one of the phone calls Mohammed (owner) got angry on the phone and hung up the call in the middle of a normal conversation and stopped picking up the phone subsequently. Such a behavior is the worst experience any customer can receive. Then we called from another phone they picked up and said they wont sell the item to us anymore and that we can come and take the refund.All we wanted was a proper delivery based on the timeline that they provided which they never followed. Hence, we decided to go and get the refund. We went in store again and the owner (Mohammed) started misbehaving again. He mentioned many times to get out of the store. Which business owner behaves like this is something we cant fathom. The behavior of the employees mimics that of the owner so obviously there is no expectations from them to have a civil conversation either. Most of the reviews here are fake (self promotion from this store) unlike ours who had a terrible experience and hence was forced to provide feedback to the larger community to safeguard themselves from such deceptive furniture company.

AJ is the best at what he does, he gave me the best deals that anyplace couldn’t have done for me. I highly recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for furniture and best customer service.Wish I could have give 6 stars reviews.

They are friendly and attentive. The salesman was nice and not pushy. The manager offered us additional discount to make the sale and we had a pleasant conversation. We will definitely recommend this store.

Welp I would like to say I had the pleasure of doing business with them but I havent. Mohammad posted on Facebook market and has yet to respond to me but I can see every time he views the message. You would think with business closed they would respond especially for a future sale.
