Came in for a used iPhone because my 8 plus was beyond cracked front and back. The owner proceeded to offer using the internals of my phone and the body of a donor phone for whatI would consider a really reasonable price due to not having what I was looking for. I enjoyed the ingenuity and and the out of the box thinking which ultimately gave me what I wanted and needed. Have bought 3 phones from here and stuff like that keeps repeat customers. Problem solving.

This place is amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. My phone cracked about two weeks ago and was completely unresponsive. I was desperate and I went to the guys next door, he was going to charge me about 200 dollars. I went next door and here at Intouch they only charged me 100! The screen is high quality and does not lag at all. Yesterday I had a careless accident, dropped my phone and my phone screen popped out. Today I went back to Intouch and they put my screen back on, free of charge! Incredible and timely service, will be recommending to all my friends!

I have been dealing with them for years.. EXCELLENT customer service.. The owner still deals with me personally to take care of my mothers service plan while Im out of state and travelling... I wouldnt take my business anywhere else...

Just came to repair my screen for the second time after they messed up the first time. my speakers werent working. i went back the second say to inform them that the speaker weasnt working, they chargewd me again to fix it. so far im 150 $ deep to fix my iphone 6 plus. the guy next door offers me a flyer after asking me how much i paid. i told him 80 for the first repair then 70 for the speaker. i should have went next door to fix it for 60$ and have no problems. this is the last time i use there service

I paid 70 to fix a screen. at intouch and they discovered the motherboard was bad so they asked me for an additional 140 to fix. i was frustrated already becuase i wasted 70 dollars on a phone they knew a wasnt going to work. so it would be a total of 210. i went next door to endless wireless and baught a completly new phone for less then they were asking to repair my phone. since i have never hjad a problem with my phone.
