Had a phone issue arise over the weekend that couldnt be resolved over the phone, so I came to this location.Luz helped me from start to finish, and she was amazing. She was the sweetest, so polite, and she had me out in no time with a working phone!I was really fortunate to have her take care of me like she did, I really feel like she went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate everything she did for me tonight (11/01/21). If we werent in a pandemic, Id have given her a big hug.

I always get great customer service at T-Mobile of Linden (NJ). Knowledgeable staff, a great selection of phones, tablets and other accessories. And, they can accommodate just about any budget. Thats why Ive been a faithful customer of theirs for many years.👌😉🤳 ❤️
I came in to get my phone upgrade. This is the first time I been here since the merger with T-mobile and Sprint. I spoke to a sales man and he set everything up for me. Phones are super expensive now and there are no more leases. Also they charge for little accessory that should come with the phone. The only good thing is my bill is now a bit lower with the phone I got. A decent experience all in all.

The worse customer service I have experienced. I went into the store for something simple, they made me open a new line for no reason just to close it 30 minutes later. The employee acted like I was there to bothered her. She gave me an attitude the entry time. At one point I felt so uncomfortable and just walked out the store. Avoid this location at all cost.
Poor customer service, they actually convinced me to drop T-mobile/Sprint and move to Verizon or another competitor. These kids tried to seal my ID, telling me T-mobile requires you to let them Biometric scan your drivers license, just to answer your questions. Tell me, what does scanning my drivers license have to do with answering a question? Do not go to the Linden T-mobile store #9139... currently looking into new phone plans with their competitors. Taking over Sprint was a bad move.👎

Store may be nothing to look at outside but go inside, it’s very neat, organized and very pink! I got my iPhone XR from there about a couple of years ago. Staff was wonderful. Yesterday New Years Day, my husband got an iPhone 12 PRO MAX. Travis P was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted us immediately and assisted us. He answered all our questions and dispelled all myths I heard. My husband is disabled and hard of hearing and Travis was very patient and understanding. He was too of my disabilities - he invited me to sit down so I don’t fall. I was struggling to stand and I think he knew I am mentally disabled too. If you go to T-Mobile I hope you get Travis. He is a very sweet guy. I just wish there was a way I can report him to his superiors for “being above and beyond “. William is very happy with his new iPhone and I am happy he got it too. My upgrade is next year. I’m definitely staying with T-Mobile.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. My wife and I have been loyal Tmobile customers for like 2 years now, paid our bills on time and referred family and friends. Went to this location for the third time to upgrade our devices and was added to a waiting list only to have another couple walk right in and be served by an associate after they had us sitting there for 30 minutes. When I tried to speak to an employee to find out what was happening she treated me as though I was covered in germs or something shouting you have to keep 6 feet though I was more than 6 feet away from her based on the markers on the floor. Then when I enquired as to why we were told to wait yet another couple was immediately served another employee jumped in to say it was a mistake and that I should wait a few more minutes. My wife immediately walked out. I was curious so I waited then after waiting they told me the device I wanted they again did not have in stock. This is after upon entering the store I told them exactly what device I wanted to upgrade to. Terrible, terrible customer service, possibly ratially driven but I will NOT assume that. We promptly drove down the road to At&t who were very happy to take our business. Moved all our lines from Tmobile and will be letting all our family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, church members know about how Tmobile Edgar Rd Linden treats its customers.

I just went to this location to try to Set up my new iPhone, first things first the doors were locked. When I knocked on the door a guy that refused to give me his name told me they don’t set up phones “due to Covid” when I asked to speak to the manager he said she wasn’t there so I asked if he can give me her name written on a piece of paper and he refused, stating “no I already told you the name.” While still standing outside in the cold I called another T-Mobile to see if this was a regulation in all T-Mobile’s, to my surprised of course it was not, so now I am on my way to another T-Mobile to have my phone set up because this t-Mobile location does not set up phones “due to Covid.” If I could give this place negative stars I would.
I purchased a phone here that ended up being defective. I went into the store to get it exchanged for another and the employee told me that the phone was not defective. That the features that were not working were in fact working as intended, and that if I wanted a replacement I would need to pay a 50.00 restocking fee.I spent 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer support who tried to do trouble shooting that the store refused to do. Phone customer support helped. The store actively tried to screw me over every step of the way.In the end I paid the 50.00 and phone customer service refunded me the 50.00. The replacement phone works fine. This employee just wanted me to cave and pay for a second phone. Go to other stores. This one does not care about your issues and will lie to you and misrepresent the situation to get you to pay fees you shouldnt.
Limited customers allowed in the store at one time, but still went fairly quickly. Large open spaces, very clean.

This is not my usual experience at this store but it seemed like everyone working there except the gentleman had an attitude. It seemed like they didnt want any customers to come into the store. When I got to the parking lot there were two other customers chatting about the same thing. As a result T-Mobile missed three potential sales. Smh

Buying new phones can sometimes be a very difficult experience for us.When we visited the Linden store we were very fortunate to have the manager Travis come to our aid. He showed us and explained all the functions that the phone had. He was able to answer all the questions that we asked. He was a very personable, patient and compassionate guy who excel at his work. An employee like Travis is the reason why we will continue to use T-mobile as our carrier.
Walked in and they were very welcoming, the manager made sure I got rebates and discounts on my new tablet and iPhone 10.
I recently switched from sprint to t mobile and the difference is definitely the customer service. Even walking in to the store, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially had a good encounter with a sales associate, Michelle. I was frustrated with the previous company I was in and the way they promised something and later it would change. But Michelle did provide the help and security I needed to not feel like I did before. And she was such a sweetheart!
I walked in the store NUMEROUS customers around and the manager despite being busy took that 30secs to make sure I was acknowledged and even MULTI TASKED and got me my item dealing with a customer who had lots going on, saved me lot of time without having to wait.. Great service guys.. 😉 💯
I love this location. Its decently sized so they have more inventory, especially in the accessories department. The people there always take their time to help you and go the extra mile to help out. Ive been to a few different T-Mobile stores while just browsing or looking for something in particular and never has a store been 9 for 10 on things needed like this store. Definitely the place to go if you need anything T-Mobile.
I never been happy with the service at this place, the only reason I go because it is close to my apartment, now I have to drive farther and not visit this store.

Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I’m already regretting it. Had the unfortunate opportunity to have Anthony Gonsalves (Who was not helpful what’s so ever) try to tell me my one week old brand new phone needs to be changed by Apple even though I bought the phone at this store. A simple exchange was all I needed. The manager just completely ignored the situation and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered to do his job (too busy watching videos on his phone.. since he wasn’t helping any other costumers) This place sucks!
I just had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile of Linden!! Keith the representative was so efficient and so nice! He offered me the best deals and Im sure my daughter will be so happy with her new phone and accessories!!!!
Horrible customer service. Anthony Gonsalves was supposed to assist me with my problem but acted very rude, as if he wanted to get me out of the door as soon as possible. Very rude remarks were said and nothing was done to help me with my situation. He seemed busier with watching videos, while there was a line of customers waiting. I do not recommend coming here.

Terrible experience. No people skills what’s so ever. I couldn’t believe how rude a person can get till I met Anthony Gonsalves. Lying thru his teeth even on one of his many lies one of his own colleagues tried to intervene to help him while he stood tall and doubled down on his lies. Complete disaster never going there again and seriously contemplating on moving my family plan elsewhere.

Its hard to judge this location since most phone stores always have a long wait but overall, the employees were really knowledgeable and helpful. They tell you their honest opinion, even if it means not making the sale. We never had a bad experience here, just a long wait =/
I dont give bad reviews or go by what people say bad about a review but in the beginning this place was good but then it went bad . Today I wanted to purchase a iPhone s max with iPhone watch but the sale guy was so into his personal phone try to transfer his old information to his new iPhone that he was never paying me no mind .it was like i was disturbing him. Not only I had to repeat myself more than once it just got to the point it was annoying . I had the money to get my items but this was a turn off. I wont ever drop by this store again.

I got the help I was looking for within minutes.
It has been a few weeks but my family decided to look into switching to T Mobile, from Sprint and AT&T(2 on Sprint, 3 on AT&T). After my wife grilled Travis(manager), he really helped gave us great service. Explained our plans in detail told us about the phones and even a special he got an email about that saved us 1000 dollars on the Google phones we got. I saved over 400 hundred dollars on a great phone the OnePlus 7 Pro b/c I didnt want to pay 1200 for the Samsung 10+. With the plan we got and the savings on the phones we pay less that what we paid with out old providers and those five phones were all paid off. Travis walked us through everything while helping the other associate with their questions and while we left and came back and waited for our kids to come to the store once we decided to switch. Travis helped with all the little details, questions and issues that came up because we where leaving two different companies. We are happy when the our phones and service and highly recommend Travis if you decided to go to this location.

Some of the staff members at T-Mobile in Linden are horrible when it comes to customer service. Staff did not take their time to find out whats wrong with my phone when I came in the 2 time for service. They are money hungry, staff told me that I needed another phone instead of finding out why my speaker was not working. If I could give a 0 thats what it would be every time I step foot in that store.
Sales person aprroached me when I walked in said he needed my name to put on a list to be helped with a salesperson. Told him I only needed a protective cover for a phone. He asked my name and told me to have a seat. My name was called after about 20 minutes. Told the person what I was looking for and without hesitation said she didnt have a case for that phone. ( The first associate couldnt do that?)

The store is my bad very bad service .. they dont even greet you when you walk in they didnt even ask can they help me... i had to ask them then told i had to wait over a hour when i was sitting there for a hour before anyone said a word to me...
Really friendly and helpful stuff. I arrived there around 7:45 PM, and they helped me out with a rebate problem. They persisted with me and my mom until 8:45pm even though they closed at 8! They want to help you out no matter what time or what!Thanks guys

The rudest, racist STAFF EVER. There is 5 staff members, two costumers. One is already waiting for something. I walk in. NO One even wants to ask me what I need help with. I wait. I want a very simple thing, a replacement nano card because my new phone needs a different size. The employee couldnt help me because he didnt know how and was angry at me for that. I went to a T-Mobile in Springfield and was helped within 3 minutes, no questions asked.

I want my sales man Seun to be acknowledged for all his work .. this is my 3rd phone with the company and my last 2 phones Seun helped me out and I will always return back to him for my next phone, billing, etc. His customer service is phenomenal & he makes you feel like family he even interacted with my 5 year old daughter & 17 year old sister ; not just buy this phone get out! I Went in to the store for a car charger and to ask general questions about the iPhone XR. My mission was simple, walk in, ask a few questions, grab the charger, pay and leave. Boy, was I far off. Not only was I engaged in quality conversation by both Kelly and Sean, but the professionalism and knowledge they displayed about the phone and the charger I needed was bar none; all while being courteous to every customer who came up to them in between. Most retail associates that I’ve come across in my time are usually either too pushy or too dismissive, but Sean and Kelly were the complete opposite. Not only did I walk out a happy customer, but there is a HUGE possibility I become a Tmobile customer strictly because of those two. I would give them 8 stars and a raise if I could. They are the epitome of quality service.
My experience was an amazing one. I was attended to by Seun Oyelaja, one of the customer service representatives. He was very helpful, very courteous and friendly. My whole experience was so pleasant that we became friends at end of my visit. I will always go back to this location from now on.

Horrible customer service from an employee named Seun, seemed as if he didn’t want to be there and also complained about how people kept walking in, was very rude and had a terrible attitude when speaking my family and I, didn’t even look us in our faces when talking to us. They have great customer service, Seun especially is the best customer rep I’ve dealt with, making sure truly leave there satisfied and happy. 2 moths ago changed fromVerizon to T mobile got a price quoted including insurance for a phone that I am paying monthly for it. Now that the phone is lost I call T-Mobile and say the phone has no insurance and that I will have to pay for a brand new phone. Considering the lost phone is not even fully paid. What a disappointment with their sales people. Be very careful when you sign up with them. They tell you one thing and do another one.

Beware of this store! I have had my european SIM thrown away and the store has supposedly no ability to retrieve it. The store associate threw it out and told me i didnt need it anymore, without asking. The manager, Meghen B, is the rudest women I had the the displeasure speaking to. My SIM was required for business, bank transfers, online payments, and contacting Europe.Even though i was born and raised in Linden for 23 years, Meghen made fun of my english.No compensation, no remorse, no interest in making it right or calling Tmobile in Poland to cancel my SIM. For all I know, the employees are currently using it.Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else for tmobile or switch to any other service if this is the only store you can go to.0 stars if I could.

Eva who works there was very rude and unprofesional. All i wanted to do is to check if my sprint phone is unlocked. She started giving me looks and telling me that nothing can be done in a very rude and disrespectful way, and to top everything off one other worker came to her and right in front of me those two started talking spanish and looking at me every few seconds. I really hope the managment will do something about this situation, those people who work there make the whole company look terrible.
