The staff are very helpful when recommending you a drink. I go here once a year when I travel to NJ. The people work very quickly to get your drinks out.

Tonight 11/ 3 / 2021 Is the first time that a server, really bad educated, treat me so bad, I got there in the Aviation Plaza Mall Starbuck 7: 20 pm with my son and 2 friends, it was a long line, finally we got our 4 delicious mocca coffee with wipe cream and seating enjoying it...then this very young guy who previous drop louder boxes at floor, Very rude behavior, he order us to leave the store in 2 min and very bossy way and louder, he said you have to leave the store in 2 minutes ok? 7:45 pm No smile, no sweet way, no kindness, I did check the store schedule on internet and it say they close at 8pm I dont understand how he can be so mean so unrespectfull I am 51 woman, even when we have until 8pm for stay at the store and it was a very cold night, I though this guy is not interested in give a good service he only wanted left the job early,,,I see all the effort the Starbuck do for gain new customers even making loyalty campaigns and this guy can destroy it in one minute.

Great, quick service! Even with the pressure of a rush, the staff here still manages to get your orders in-and-out quickly, and I can really appreciate that from them! They’re very friendly and make sure you’re content with your order.

It started as a not so nice experience. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an upset staff member named Ashley. She had a rude and nasty attitude only because I requested something extra on order. I did not appreciate the attitude as all I could have been told was no, it could not be done and I would have been ok with that. If it wasnt for a pleasant member that actually went above and beyond to provide me with what I asked for as a favor, I would not be going back.It is workers like Gianna that make going back to a store that much more pleasurable. She didnt have to get involved with the situation but she made it her business to calm the situation and make the customer happy. Thank you Gianna for being the GREAT person you are and I wish there was more people like you. I hope to be served by you the next time I go.

I visited this location on a Sunday around 2pm. The line wasnt too long and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My drink was made correctly and the young men that work there are quick and very friendly.

They made my Mocha very well, and have a clean space indoors to work.

STARBUCKS in LINDEN is HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! The guy did not have a clue how to use the Frappuccino machine and could not count high enough to add the correct number of pumps of Frap Roast! I LOVE coffee and STARBUCKS, this was very BAD coffee!

I usually come to this location and like their service but today I was told the store is closed 35 minutes before and the reason it’s a personal manner. It didn’t seem like a reason for me. Just didn’t like the fact you close a store just for a personal reason please they are many working. It’s like closing a McDonalds. Just saying. Did t like that. I don’t know if management uta aware of this.

Im sorry i really keep trying to give this Starbucks opportunity after opportunity but it just seems like they dont care about customer satisfaction, they are constantly always messing up my drink whether it be them not reading the drink directions correctly or them not shaking a drink and it separates and its frustrating because this is the nearest Starbucks to my house, this is my third complaint and they still have yet to get it right. drinks are not being made properly and it seems they are never updating the Starbucks app my second week trying to order a mango dragon fruit drink and it says sold out on the app but they have it in store then when i try to call them no answer. i dont know if they need to be retrained but these are simple fixes and i would have no issue, i hope they fix this soon because theres other customers complaining as well. customer satisfaction should be their main priority always so if they want better reviews they should work on these things

App for online orders never working asked managers they always say they are short staffed so idk sounds like McDonald’s when they say the ice cream machine is down lol

For the past 2 weeks, its been open, then they close for a few days in the week. They open randomly and then mostly close without any notice as to why or when theyll re open. Not serious leadership happening on there.

Really bad experience staff is very unprofessional. Place is very dirty . Will never go there again and definitely not recommend.

Ive brought my service dog here with me multiple times with no problem. But the other week as soon as I walked in an employee yelled from behind the counter, in the very crowded room, for me to leave with my dog. So I left without any chance of showing her papers, although she was wearing her vest. But very unfortunate since I really do love the company and their employees but this was just an awful experience.

Terrible service, me and my family waiting in the store for 1 hour for a couple of drinks because the girl working there decided she didn’t feel like making and was lazy. She then continued to talk about my mother right in front of us and complaining about how we were waiting there. I will never go there again and the girl shouldn’t be working as a barista because she clearly has no social skills.

I went Wednesday afternoon and the cashier was so nice, i think shes new she had her hair wavy. And one of the baristas wrote on my cup have a nice day ❤ The service was so good i felt bad seeing the tip gar and not tipping since i never carry cash. Definitely will next time.

I ordered the green tea lemonade-sweetened. If I had ordered iced water it would taste EXACTLY the same. I had to ask for light ice. I imagine if I hadnt it would really taste like nothing.

There definitely needs to be more outlets and USB ports. Mostly busy and crowded but overall a nice spot when on the go and passing by.

I used to actually enjoy going to this Starbucks to eat & study. The place was clean and the staff was always friendly & accommodating. Today was quite different! I will say this is probably the first time Ive been here in the evening but the experience from beginning to end was just bad. It was not busy at all yet the order taker seemed to be in a rush. I asked a couple questions as I tried to quickly figure out this new, condensed menu & she answered in a such a hurry while keeping this plastered on smile like she was doing her best to tolerate me. Another girl overheard & politely answered my questions. I then went to use the bathroom while waiting on my order and both bathrooms were atrocious to say the least. Ill spare you the details but I passed & just went back to get my coffee. Long story short my $6 macchiato tasted like a big cup of vanilla milk and I guess the customer isnt always right because when I said something to the same girl who took my order she proceeded to tell me how the drink is made & how there are 2 shots of espresso, etc... in the same annoyed, hurried tone as if I asked or even needed to defend anything about this $6 cup of milk. Dont tell me how the watch was made, just tell me the time!! She finally just offered to make it over herself. It tasted just the same but I took it and left before I allowed anyone to put me in a bad mood ... oh & I had to pee. Hope its not a new management situation & they get it together.

Great stadium! Fans get really into it! My adevice is to sit in the lower sections if you can afford it. I brought my date to a Giants game and were 3 rows behind Giants bench and we go access to coach’s club, which includes free great food, including sushi!

Was The only person on line waiting for six people to make one cup of coffee and then when they finally got to me they took my order then the store got packed other people came in and order and came out after ordering at the store not online as we waited my husband‘s order came out and mine stayed in limbo we noticed the drinks were piling up on the side the girl was having a conversation about her hair and when I went up to her to ask where is my drink she said those were all online orders then the girl told her to check in my drink was sitting there just melting away at least 15 minutes after my husband got his drink and we ordered it at the same time

So I went to this Starbucks and ordered a coffee only to get half a cup of coffee sludge, yes it looked like slime. Unfortunately I took too sips and realized something was wrong. Called and was told machine may have broken and sludge seeped through. The machine malfunctioned, well ok then but what’s not ok is the an employee had the nerve to sit there and pull a lever and watch the sludge go in the cup and still serve it. Disgusting. I have a video of it. Hopefully I can post in here. After talking to the manager I was told I’d be refunded for the coffee and given a free one.

Ive worked there for a year and transferred stores but it is a great store! It is clean and very inviting every barista is willing to help you and find out what your taste buds are buzzing for if you are unsure. The best Starbucks !

I have been to a few Starbucks in the New York and New Jersey area. This one is among the best run and quiet ones I have been to. The service was excellent, my drink was made to my specification. The outside is of a parking lot, but who cares. I highly recommend this store

I rate this place at 2 stars because I visited for the first time and Im not too fond of their coffee however their brownies are very delicious thats why I get to to only because of the Browns. The copy on the other hand its too expensive and it taste like coffee that you would get from any pilot rest stop / gas station in America. I wont be visiting there again.

Worst Starbucks ever, I always order an Americano and that never comes out right. Its always cold and/or way too watery. Staff seems displeased to even see someone walk in. Im taking my business to Dunkin Donuts up the street.

In ordered a Venti, it was good.Unfortunately it was mostly whip cream instead of extra whip cream.
