This is truly an authentic Polish deli. Everything sold is either imported from Poland or made in the store. They sell store made hot dishes, frozen pierogies, and many kinds of polish meats and sausages, such as kielbasa and sliced deli meats for sandwiches. There is a good variety of canned and jarred polish sauerkraut, pickles, mustards, jellies and jams, as well as desserts. The pierogies and regular kielbasa are excellent. So glad I checked out the reviews on this place. Will definitely be back to try more.

Place is ok, get you self a choice of hot lunch to go when you there, worth the buck . They could improve their hours of operation

I had to pick up a car in Roselle NJ, I called my friend Margaret who is Polish,and lives close, and she told me to stop here,omg the food was awesome.

Absolutely the best kiełbasa that Ive had outside of Poland. Amazing hot food bar. I especially recommend schabowy (schnitzel) - and pierogi z mięsem (meat filled pierogi). Also the house made pasztet is fantastic. Nice selection of imported Polish seasonings, condiments and canned goods. Ive been going here for years and its my favorite Polish store in USA.

Dirty. I don’t like how they breath, talk and cough MASKLESS over food. The pandemic isn’t over. Food establishments should still wear masks. PLUS some of the girls there are extremely RUDE AND NASTY.

Kielbasa is homemade and delicious!

This is the real deal. Husband and I took an out of the way trip to come here; him for kabanosy and kielbasa, me for pierogies and pickles. Some of the best, quality polish food weve had in awhile. Will definitely be back.

My wife loves Syrena. Always going there for take-home meals. In addition, there are tons of polish and east European specialty products: everything from a good twenty kinds of kielbasa to sweet butter. Its all there. The place is never empty.

I was going to get a sandwich but out of the corner of my eye I saw a hot buffet setup.So I got some stuffed cabbage and 6 assorted dumplings. I do not get to eat authentic Polish food too often and this was so good it was ridiculous. I know where it is now and I will be stopping whenever Im in the area.Oh and by the way if you are Polish and want to get some groceries from the old country you will be pleasantly surprised at the large selection they have.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this deli since they reopened under new ownership several years ago. They did great job remodeling. The new ownership seemed energized and caring. They had a great selection of products. And most importantly their daily prepared food was fresh and delicious. I kept going back for those pierogies and fresh bread. However, about a year ago I’ve noticed things started to change. Ive noticed more expired products being sold and I’m not sure 100% but I think they started freezing unsold breads and reheating them before putting back on shelves. I purchased a loaf once and it was tasting like reheated bread (my grandma used to do it). I also bought some pastries/cakes several times and they were stale. They also sell some prepared foods in the containers in the fridge. They used to put labels with name, ingredients, and expiration dates, but not anymore. Often you don’t even know what it is. Also, their pierogies and pyzy are inedible now. Pierogies used to be soft and seasoned well. Now they’re chewy and dry. They don’t even bother to prepare good filling anymore. And the pyzy with meat are hard and meat inside was not fresh at all. I spent lots of money and had to throw it out. And don’t bother asking for a refund. The owner will not issue it even when the product is bad. It seems that she doesn’t care to have returning customers. Given that there’re so many polish delis in Linden I don’t think this is very smart of her. Quality, honesty, and good service matter to customers. It’s a shame that such a beautiful deli has gone from great to mediocre.

OK selection on lunch buffet takeout but the food is generally cold.OK priced but WATCHOUT for those expiration dates.One time I brought to the blond lady owner/cashier way expired children yogurts and she just put them back on the shelf & waved her hand at me told not to worry about it. I kid you not!

Syrenas polish food store is a hidden Linden secret. If you love smoked meats and sausages its here. The place is small and all the way in the back you can have some of the most amazing polish food, the kind that sticks to your ribs. Cant eat it there so plan a night at home with some hearty eats. Hurry because they dont stay open late.

The meat section has a good selection, but their hot bar is delicious. Easily some of the best chicken and potato pancakes in the area. Everyone in the house loves the kielbasa and pierogis. I like my kielbasa a little more done.

Their takeout food is delicious. It is also reasonably priced. We love their pierogies. The staff is very friendly.

Best Stuffed Cabbage ANYWHERE.. the Kielbasa and Kobanosz are absolutely fantastic.. there is one bad thing though.. doesnt matter if you buy the large or small plum doughnuts there is almost no filling in either and the large has the same amount as the smalls.. so why buy the large at all

Close to my home, has great home cookedmeals, cold cuts made on premises, plus tons of imported from Poland packaged goods, sweets, bottled water, some articles of clothing and seasonal goods. Great experience. I patronize Syrena on the daily basis.

A mini-Polish supermarket! Clean Space, Delicious Food, Great Prices, and Helpful Staff. The cold deli counter, hot food station, grocery aisles, and dairy fridges all have a wide variety of items. If you want to eat real food, go take out a hot lunch plate.

Love this place! Its always been a family tradition for shop here and enjoy all of there fresh food. The deli os amazing. It does get busy so waiting sometimes can be a little longer then normal but its well worth it!

Its okay. I know people really like their dinners but I am not a huge fan. Their deli section (deli meats) doesnt look fresh and its not most of the time. The rest of the store is over priced. There are better polish stores in linden, one right around the corner.

Good comfort food! Some of it my Mom made when I was a child but I didnt know it was a Polish dish. But nonetheless its takes me back to childhood when I eat from here! Stuffed Cabbage is on the money! You get a lot for your money. Most plates will feed two people.

The food is great but the service could be better. The woman at the cash register makes faces if u dont want to pay cash. They should learn that the customer pays their salary so they should be nicer
