I live very close to this location so I’m here atleast 1-3 times a week and constantly have to deal with rude cashiers. I would recommend they train their employees to have better customer service.

Great store, workers there are so kind and helpful, I have other dollar general stores closer to me, but I choose to go to wood avenue in linden, it’s a better environment of workers that help and are fast at checking out. Big 5 Star

Is not Walmart but I good. Quick bite, quick run for groceries house necessary can all be fFound here. They dont have apple pay or android pay but they do take card

This is the largest, most organized, and well stocked Dollar General that I have ever visited. I pass 2 other Dollar General stores just to get to this location.

I purchased 35.99 on veterans day 111120 asked do the store celebrate veterans day. She said no right away. I had my military id. Sorry employee she sounds like she is not american. Store needs better customer service.would like my discount

I must say each experience is great!!! Thumbs up to the staff that work so hard to make sure the store looks great... I live about 2 minutes from a dollar general and would rather travel from East Orange to Linden because I know every item I need will be in stock, as well as the cleanliness of the store makes it so much more easy to shop.. I thank the manager Wynetta for her great leadership skills it shows.. Maybe she should come to East Orange and train everyone there on how to run and keep a store stocked and clean!!!

Had last minute stop.Cashier so rude.Young girl.From time told closing soon..tracking me in aisles. I was oblivious. Trying get my things.To her checking me out.➡ATTITUDE.And, frankly, out of place.Made a comment bc no place to put hand baskets by the cashier..Somewhere afar off while your exchanging money.Placed near and out way of ppl falling.She wanted me to do her JOB.#Noted for this location.

Didnt realize the store had a coin shortage until paying my bill which was 14.97 gave the cashier a 20.00 bill and recieved $14.00 back. My fault for not reading the coin shortage sign but keeping close to $1.00 in change and not getting any credit I will no longer shop at Dollar General until this coin shortage is over. I too must budget my money.

Very clean. Shelves are neatly stocked. Reasonable range of prices. Looking forward to when this location is fully stocked. On this trip. I found Clover Valley spaghetti for $1 a box and cans of diced tomatoes for .75 a can. Campbells condensed soups were $1 a can.

Came from a dentist appointment and was buying soft foods. Bought cottage cheese from there today (July 14th, 2020). Was going to have it for dinner, it turns out the cottage cheese expired on June 8th, 2020. Called the store and no answer.

Today I wanted to shop, my baby had to use the bathroom, the employee & MGR, that was working on Saturday at about 5pm was VERY RUDE AND WITH A ATTITUDE TOLD ME CUSTOMERS CANT USE THE BATHROOM, I SAID HE IS A BABY,AND HE CANT USE THE BATHROOM THE DISRESPECTFUL MGR, SAID NO, SO I DIDNT SPEND ANY MONEY THERE AND LEFT THE STORE.SMH

Its kinda dark and gloomy looking inside. Pricing is okay, not that cheap, not that expensive just enough that if you need it, youll pay for it. Variety ehh.. I ran in only because I needed cat litter🤷🏽‍♀️ probably wouldnt go back. Nothing wowd me.
