An incredibly positive experience and especially with the personal service and advice that I received from Renee. I had an older Stiffel that I had been searching for the exact size unusual) shade replacement and hopefully the same color (greenish) as well. After just a few conversations and photos that were sent to follow up, I shipped the old lamp shade and frame to the outlet and since it was such a quality frame, it was recovered with a beautiful silk. Its stunning!So, as a bonus, it was a sustainable effort as the old frame was not thrown away and the packaging for the return shipping was minimal but effective. I truly appreciated the attention to that.Communication was perfect, thank you!

She spent more than an hours time finding the perfect substitute for a discontinued shade to the Stiffle lamp I purchased 45 yrs ago. She was knowledgable, patient and, above all, she had me feeling that my shade was as important as if it were HER shade. At the end of the conversation, I felt like I had just spent an hour talking to a friend..not a sales person.

Would often pass by on my way to and from Linden till today. This is a hidden gem, we brought some lamps to be repaired. We got them rewired, refitted and new shades in one afternoon. All their products are handmade and their shades can be custom made on the premises. Their attention to detail is awesome which matches their service. Well worth the trip, salesperson and I had a laugh in as much we both spell our first name Rene. What are the chances??

I live in a condo that has cement ceilings. Stiffel was able to take a light and make it a swag light for me . One for my dining room one for my bedroom. They both came out awesome. They even painted them the exact color I asked for. Thank you Stiffel.
