I am a regular there. I get my packages delivered there and I never have a problem. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. I live closer to another ups store, I drive extra just to come to this store. The employees alway try to give the best deal for the customer! Staff is Very friendly and honest!

Nice location inside the Super Fresh store

I was returning a prime amazon item in its sealed original package box. I have been coming here for the past year and all of a sudden they change the rules on the spot for prime amazon returns. The manager Young Choi tried to scam me and lied that it had to be in a shipping box and sealed with tape. He would charge me a $1 to seal with tape and he will not take it unless done so. According to Amazon, he was wrong and when I argued with him he sent his employee. His employee took the product, sealed it for free and scanned it to be returned. When I asked for a policy document stating the fee charges they both lied and said they can charge whatever they want, when ever they want and they dont have to advertise it. I called Amazon and UPS corporate, they told me that location has lied and gave me false information. Becareful with this UPS store, they are incompetant, liars, will scam you for a dollar and they just lost a customer.

This UPS location is the absolute best. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service.

The UPS Store 7165 is the best super helpful. Because of covid there hours were from 9am-6pm Some people didn’t know. They are now open full time 9am-8pm thank-you for working 7 days a week and being open that long.

Great Service but the post office is so slow to get yoir mail for yourpo box

Very different experience than other stores. I drive from Woodbridge to this store to handle all my UPS related business. Solid customer service.

They just had their grand opening and are already getting lazy. I showed up at 6:45pm and the gate was already down. What a joke!!!
