I was referred here by my cousin to get some body work done after cracking my front bumper. The car was finished so much faster than it was supposed to be and Steve updated me every step of the way. Steve and his crew thoroughly checked the car and found every little damaged piece under the car. They made sure everything was fixed with factory parts too. When I got my car back, I didnt even recognize it! I got my car back in better condition than when I bought it from the dealer! I was so impressed and will definitely use them again. I first met with Steve, and he had given me the rundown of what would get done to my vehicle from start to finish. Steve and his right hand Chris, were both very professional about handling the vehicles and dealing with the insurance companies, they were both very informative about every process that was taking place and when it would be taking place. If I had any questions about what was going on or the delivery of the vehicle, I was always answered back in a timely manner! Even after I had received the vehicle back after repairs a headlight washer cap had fallen off and I had called Steve and he had it replaced right away! I took my Volvo XC90 to Thriftway after waking up to someone sideswiping me overnight. Steve and crew were very helpful! Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Steve even coordinated a rental car for me. After thriftway completed the repairs. My Xc90 looked beautiful and brand new. They even cleaned the interior. Spotless work and totally shocked when returned $20 they found under seat. Overall very very happy!! Great experience and quality of work. Well done and thank you Steve.

I was referred to this place to get some bodywork done by someone I trust. I was incredibly pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism. My car was hit by a commercial vehicle and the front bumper was completely torn off. The guilty party accepted full responsibility for the accident and promptly provided me with a claim number through their insurance. When I went to Thriftway to inquire on what I had to do as the aggrieved party, they simply asked me for the claim number and handled everything. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf, secured a rental vehicle for me, and instructed me to purchase a new car seat for my toddler. I didnt even need to involve myself with the insurance company, which I appreciated since Im not well versed in such matters. I had no idea about the need to replace the car seat, until they informed me.As far as the actual work to the car, it looked even better than it did before the accident. Also, Im not sure if its typical with other bodyshops, but they took the care to have the car washed (detailed). Upon picking up the car, it looked cleaner and smelled better than it ever had. In particular, the rims looked beautiful.Hopefully, I am never in another situation where I would require their services. But if ever I needed them, there is no question that this is where Id go.Thank you for making this easy.

Amazing professional work

Had my 2016 ram 2500 in for rear end damage and paint. They finished the job before schedule. communication between them was the best customer service I ever experienced with a auto body shop. From handling all the insurance paperwork, rental car it was easy for me knowing I was being taken cared of . The truck looks brand New!!! They went above and beyond on the paint work and even touched up the truck in spots that I thought were never going to look new again. Steve and his staff have a loyal customer for life !!
