About a month ago I got into my first car accident. I had no idea how the processed worked and as with someone with high anxiety, I was extremely overwhelmed. I am BEYOND THANKFUL to have been referred to V&J by the towing company that day. Not only did the team do a STUNNING job on my pickup truck (my car looks and smells brand new), but they demonstrated phenomenal interpersonal skills. As someone with high anxiety, I truly appreciate this. Honorable mention to Donna, who was the most friendly, calming and so pleasant to work with during the whole experience. My Tesla had a minor accident requiring body work. I went to V&J for repairs. Donna took care of the insurance issues, set me up in a rental and basically took care of everything else.Donna and Jackie kept me apprised of what was happening while it was being repaired.I picked up my car today and it looks great inside and out.Great service, nice people.

I cannot praise the team of V&J enough for the stellar job they did on my Marine’s 2016 Jeep. From drop off to pick up, they took care of EVERYTHING. It’s s probably been 25+ years since we’ve needed any kind of body work so we weren’t sure how things worked now. To say we were satisfied is a complete understatement! No one ever wants to have to get their car fixed. But after a hit & run that left my truck all banged up. I went to V&J. Donna, Jackie & John never stopped till I had what I needed. A rental car. Totally a first class operation they handled every phase of the repairs needed from a rear end accident and restored my car to original. Honestly the best body shop I have ever chose to use and will be my number one from this point on. V&J Auto is absolutely amazing staff and all and they stand behind they’re word. When they tell you they’re going to do something they mean it. I’ve used V&J Auto Body several times in the past and every time I am impressed by the consistent professionalism and attention to detail. The process is always seamless, the ladies in the office, Donna and Jackie, are so pleasant and willing to help in any way they can whether it’s dealing on my behalf with the insurance company which can be annoying on your own, or making sure my car is washed when I pick it up. One time I forgot something important in my car that I needed for work and Jackie personally made sure I was able to pick it up the next day...she saved me that day! Donna, Melissa, Pete... you guys are something else!I brought my car in for an estimate after I was hit and run... the tailgate on my Jeep Wrangler was smashed, the body seal was cracked, I couldn’t use my rear wiper and the front hard rubber bumper was pushed in. They immediately got the ball rolling with my insurance company and had a rental car ready to go. I felt so comfortable leaving my Jeep in their hands. They updated me thruout the process and were always there to answer my questions if I had any. Body work on a car takes a long time... especially when it involves paint and QUALITY work. I got my Jeep back yesterday and it looks brand new. Seriously, They did a really incredible job, I could honestly cry.They also love my dog, my adventure buddy/partner in crime, which always makes me feel extra good about giving them business. After damage was done to my parked SUV, I brought it to V&J (personal recommendation from a friend) The repair was done and the car looks better than ever.They were efficient, communicated often during the repair and worked directly with the insurance company. They even have Enterprise car rentals on site to get me in a car with no hassle.I grabbed a stack of their business cards. I will give them out to everyone who needs body work. They were that good.
