I was a little sad this visit, I was trying to add an UNLOCKED phone to my account attendant told me, it wasnt unlocked, though it was/IS. Ive used this site 3 times in the last month and started going here in 2019. I was not satisfied with my service today.

These girls were rude, tried to charge me all this extra money for an upgrade, would ask them a question, give me this nasty look, like Im bothering them and go back to talking to each other in spanish, very unprofessional, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SO BAD OF A VISIT IM CONSIDERING CHANGING CARRIERS.

I went to this location to pay my bill. The fat Mexican girl that works there was talking to an older Spanish speaking woman for 20 minutes. The line had about 6 people waiting to pay or to purchase phones. I left went to oder food next door which took around 10 minutes. When I returned to the store people were leaving because that fat girl that works there was still talking to that woman. Im unsure what they were talking about because they were speaking in Spanish. I finally ask why was it taking so long. They employee started taking the next person in line only to stop working with them to talk with that older woman again . She wasnt typing and talk she stop working with the customer completely. I finally ask what was taking so long I was told by the employee I could leave . I told her that ok sure the owner would like to know how she let customers walk away because she wasnt assissing them .She called the police but police saw that I did nothing wrong. That store only hire Mexicans and other Spanish speaking people. Never seen a white, Asia, or black person working there. Our neighborhood is thinking of boycotting that store .

The lady here was so helpful and extremely friendly was told at the blackwood metro I needed a new Sims card for my phone cuz it was out dated. They sent me to a different store I came to the lindenwald store they were willing to help and do their jobs not like the blackwood store only want to stand around and talk to their friends.

Great customer service

Took my grandfather to upgrade his phone. Ended up with the ZTE Pro Max. After paying for the phone the store rep says by the way dont leave this charging overnight, because the phone might explode. Seriously? Something like that needs to be disclosed before a sale first thing. Second his reasoning was that the phone had a non removable battery and those are more prone to explosion than removable ones combined with the new USB type C new standard. (Which is total malarkey). Guy didnt know what he was talking about but freaked out my grandpa. And then the rep was like sorry, cant refund the sale when my grandpa was like I dont want a phone that blows up. Just a bad experience dealing with an uninformed sales person.
